Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of human capital and APBD (social assistance) on poverty levels in Indonesia during the period 2013–2023. Human capital is measured through three main variables: average years of schooling, life expectancy, and social assistance spending in the Regional Government Budget (APBD). This research uses a quantitative approach with panel data regression, analyzing 10 provinces with the highest poverty rates. The results show that average years of schooling and life expectancy have a negative and significant effect on poverty, indicating that improvements in education and health contribute to reducing poverty levels. Meanwhile, social assistance spending through APBD does not have a significant effect on poverty. This suggests that social spending has not been effective in reducing poverty, possibly due to ineffective targeting. These findings emphasize the importance of improving human capital and evaluating the effectiveness of social assistance programs.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Average School Length, Pre-Employment Card Program, and Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) on the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) in Indonesia. Open unemployment is one of the main indicators of employment problems, which is influenced by various factors, including education level, access to job training, and participation in the labor market. This research uses a quantitative approach with panel data from 32 provinces in Indonesia during the period of 2020 to 2023. The analysis method used is panel data regression with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) approach, which is determined through the Chow test and the Hausman test. The results of this study indicate that the average length of schooling and the level of labor force participation have a significant negative effect on the Open Unemployment Rate in 32 provinces of Indonesia. However, this study found that the Pre- Employment Card Program has no effect on Open Unemployment. This research provides new insights into how the government's role in education and program policies can have a new influence on the Open Unemployment Rate.

Abstract

Di tengah persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat, perusahaan dituntut untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas kerja guna mencapai tujuannya. Salah satu faktor yang berperan dalam hal ini adalah kinerja karyawan yang dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan disiplin kerja yang tinggi. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja memengaruhi kinerja karyawan dan sejauh mana dampaknya terhadap produktivitas perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di perusahaan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 35 karyawan perusahaan. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,027, sedangkan disiplin kerja juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kesimpulannya, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung serta memperkuat disiplin kerja karyawan dapat meningkatkan kinerja di PT. Artha Pratama Technology.

Abstract

Perkembangan e-commerce di Indonesia semakin pesat dan mendorong persaingan antar pelaku bisnis online, termasuk dalam penjualan produk smartwatch. Dalam kondisi tersebut, strategi pemasaran seperti promosi penjualan dan penetapan harga menjadi faktor penting yang memengaruhi perilaku konsumen dalam mengambil keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh promosi penjualan dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian smartwatch pada toko online Veebeegallery di Shopee. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang pernah melakukan pembelian di toko tersebut. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi penjualan dan harga secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 67,4%. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan strategi promosi dan harga yang tepat dapat meningkatkan daya tarik produk serta memperkuat daya saing toko online di pasar e-commerce.
