Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence the human development index (HDI) and unemployment simultaneously have on poverty in Bone Regency in 2011-2021. The research method used is expo facto. The results of this study describe the description of the data, the Development of the Human Development Index (IPM) Unemployment and Poverty in Bone Regency in 2011-2021. This study uses several tests, namely: Multiple linear regression test, Normality test, Heteroscedasticity test, Multicollinearity test, Autocorrelation test. The results of hypothesis testing: t test and f test and the last one is the coefficient of determination.

Abstract

Dompet digital dan pembayaran digital sebagai bukti adanya perkembangan tersebut. Aplikasi DANA adalah dompet digital Indonesia yang digunakan untuk melakukan transaksi digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) dan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, data display dan dianalisis data.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Peran dompet digital Indonesia (DANA) yakni memudahkan masyarakat melakukan pembayaran digital dikarenkan tidak perlu lagi keluar rumah untuk melakukan transaksi, membantu masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya dikarenakan bisa diakses dimanapun dan kapanpun, meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap aplikasi pembayaran digital yang diawasi oleh Bank Indonesia karena privasi sangat dijaga keamanannya, memberikan pelayaan berupa respon yang baik jika penggunanya mengalami masalah pembayaran digital. Mengenai kelebihan dari aplikasi ini ialah aplikasi ini mudah digunakan, bisa diakses dimanapun dan kapanpun, memiliki sistem keamanan yang mumpuni, proses pendaftaran yang sangat praktis, gratis 10 kali transfer setiap bulan, terus mengembangkan inovasi, serta merangkul semakin banyak UMKM. Adapun kekurangan dari aplikasi DANA ialah terkadang mengalami gangguan jaringan, top up saldo hanya bisa dilakukan dengan minimal Rp. 50.000-, memiliki resiko tinggi jika ingin melakukan pergantian nomor serta sering mengalami pembelian produk error.

Abstract

This research discusses the Analysis of Maintenance Cost System (Mu'nah) in Amanah Financing at Pegadaian Sharia Unit Bone. The study aims to determine how the maintenance cost system (Mu'nah) works in Amanah financing at Pegadaian Sharia Unit Bone, the mechanism of Amanah financing products at Pegadaian Sharia Unit Bone, and the advantages and disadvantages of maintenance costs (Mu'nah) in Amanah financing at Pegadaian Sharia Unit Bone. The research employed a field research design with a qualitative approach. Primary and secondary data sources were utilized. The results of the research indicate that (1) the maintenance cost system (Mu'nah) in Amanah financing at Pegadaian Sharia Unit Bone is a maintenance cost (1%) multiplied by the vehicle price, with the vehicle's BPKB serving as collateral, as per the Fatwa DSN-MUI Number 688/DSN-MUI/III/2008. (2) The mechanism of Amanah financing products at Pegadaian Sharia Unit Bone involves document completion, analysis stages (survey and BI Checking system checks), signing and delivery of the DP, disbursement, payment to the dealer, delivery of the vehicle to prospective customers, and collateral goods to murtahīn, while still paying attention to elements of trust, agreement, duration, and risk to avoid undesirable situations. (3) The advantages and disadvantages of maintenance costs (Mu'nah) in Amanah financing at Pegadaian Sharia Unit Bone include delayed payments, inventory at the dealer, and surveys.

Abstract

In this study, it discusses the moderating role of Islamic marketing ethics on the influence of the decision to become a customer of an Islamic bank (studies at BSI KC Bone) and is analyzed using a quantitative research type. In this study three research question were proposed, namely: (1) the effect of attitudes and subjective norm on the decision to become a customer of an Islamic bank, (2) the effect of Islamic marketing ethics on the decision to become a customer of an Islamic bank, and (3) Islamic marketing ethics moderates the influence of attitudes and subjective norm of the to become a customer of Islamic banks. To answer these three research questions, statistical data were collected through questionnaires which were distributed to customers of the Indonesian Islamic bank (BSI) KC Bone as many as 100 using simple linear regression analysis through the smart PLS application.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dampak covid 19 terhadap penjualan dan pendapatan pedagang pakaian muslim di pasar sentral palakka serta untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara penjualan dan pendapatan pedagang pakaian muslim sebelum dan semasa pandemi. Metode penelitian berjenis kualitatif yang berbentuk deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan deduktif dan induktif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pedagang di Pasar Sentral Palakka dan objek pada penelitian ini adalah dampak covid 19 terhadap penjualan dan pendapatan pedagang pakaian muslim di pasar sentral palakka. Teknik dan instrument dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaTerdapat perbedaan yang sangat signifikan antara penjulan dan pendapatan pedagang pakaian muslim sebelum dan semasa pandemi, karena sebelum adanya pandemi penjualan dan pendapatan pedagang pakaian muslim yang didapatkan oleh pedagang selama berjualan di pasar sentral palakka yaitu stabil sedangkan semasa adanya pandemi mengakibatkan penjualan dan pendapatan pedagang pakaian muslim mengalami penurunan yang sangat drastis kurang lebih 50% dari biasanya sebelum pandemi covid 19.
