Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction and Work Climate on Work Enthusiasm at the Medan City Umkm Cooperative Service. The test method used is sampling testing, the number of tests in this review is 35 respondents taken from the population. seen from the F test obtained Tcount 14.405 > Ftable 3.285 with sig 0.000 <α 0.05, indicating that H0 is rejected and H1 is recognized, which means job satisfaction and work climate together have a significant effect on the variable morale. Judging from the results of the t test, it is very clear that the tcount of the morale variable is 3.181 greater than the Ftable of 1.692 with a possible t of 0.003 which means it is more significant by 0.05 on the morale variable. the variable of job satisfaction is seen from the variable of work enthusiasm. on the work climate variable, a tcount of 4.363 is greater than a ttable of 1.692 with a probability of sig 0.000 which is imperfect with the furthest level of importance reaching 0.05, so that the work climate variable is more or less seen from the work spirit variable. The Adjusted R Square value obtained means 0.441, this figure indicates that 44.1% of morale (reliable variable) can be explained by job satisfaction and work climate.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance at PT. Askrindo with a focus on liquidity and solvency ratios. Insurance companies have an important role in providing services to overcome risks that occur in the future. The performance of these financial companies is evaluated using financial statements consisting of a balance sheet and profit and loss. The ratio of liquidity and solvency was chosen as the main analysis tool in this study. The results of the analysis show that PT. Askrindo has good liquidity performance, where current assets can adequately cover current liabilities. The liquidity ratio during the period 2019 to 2022 shows a positive increase reaching an average of 297% in 2022. However, there has been a decline in the solvency ratio, especially in the debt to equity ratio, which has decreased and averaged 1.05% in 2019 to 0.78 % in 2022. This situation can affect the company's ability to bear high risks, especially due to high premiums. Therefore, PT. Askrindo needs to take steps to raise capital and ensure the efficient use of assets to strengthen its overall financial position. In conclusion, even though PT Askrindo has good liquidity performance, the company must increase capital and improve its solvency ratio. This is expected to increase the confidence of creditors and investors and strengthen the company's ability to face risks in the future

The results of this study are Y = 0.550 + 0.447 X1 + 0.398 X2. The stress variable has a partial effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the significant value of 0.001 <0.05 and the t-count value of 3.543 > t-table 1.673. The variables of stress and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the resulting sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and the Fcount value of 34.156 while Ftable is 3.17 so Fcount > Ftable. Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) it is known that the R square value is 0.554 which means that the influence of stress and motivation variables on performance variables is 55.4%.
