Abstract

This research aims at testing and analyzing how the effect of Leverage (DER), Return On Asset (ROA), Current Ratio (CR)on stock price in Trade Service &Investmentcompanies registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2015 – 2017 period. Research method used is qualitative approach and the type of research is quantitative descriptive in which the nature of this research is explanatory. The total population of this research is 132 Trade Service & Investmentcompanies. Samples of this research are as many as 41 Trade Service & Investmentcompanies that have met the criteria. Data analysis was done by using multiple linear regression analysis with classical assumption test. Research findings show that: 1)Leverage (DER), Return On Asset (ROA), Current Ratio (CR) simultaneously affect significantly on stock price of Trade Service & Investmentcompanies registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2015 – 2017 period with the result Ftest ≥ Ftable or significant 6.934 ≥ 2.66 and 0.000 ≤ 0,05; 2) Partially, Leverage has no effect and insignificant on stock price; 3) Current Ratio (CR) does not affect and insignificant on stock price. From the results of the coefficient of determination analysis, the value of AdjustedR2shows that the variety of stock price variety that can be explained by Leverage (DER) variable, Return On Asset (ROA) is as many as 0.098 or is 9.8% meanwhile the rest is as many as 90.2% that can be explained by other variable variations.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the effect of the discipline and communication on the employees’ performance in P.T. Timur Deli Wicaksana located on Jln. Prof H.M. Yamin No. 86 Medan. The population in this study was thirty (30) persons from the sample of ninety eight (98) persons. Quantitative approach was used in conducting this research. The research also applied descriptive research method, the nature of causal research and multiple linear regression analysis method. Research findings showed simultaneously that communication and discipline had positive and significant effect on employees’ performance (18.382>2,31) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05). Partially discipline positively and significantly affected employee performance (value t> t table (2,754>1,66055and significant values> 0.05). Partially communication had positive and significant effect on employees’ performance (value t> t table (3.985>1,66055) and significant values> 0.05).

Abstract

The development of the era and the tight competition among companies require every company to run their companies optimally. That is why every company must well and thoroughly select their well qualified human resource for the success of the companies to reach their goals. Human resource is the main asset for organizations and the active agent of various activities in organizations and companies. Therefore the researcher used the variables of work discipline and job description on the employees’ performance of PT. Giovani Abadi Sentosa. This research was survey research with quantitative approach. The analysis method applied was Double Linear Regression Analysis. Samples used were eighty eight (88) employees and the sampling was done by using stratified sampling.The result of the study showed that work discipline and job description both had significant effect of employees’ performance. Estimate hypothesis coefficient used Adjusted R –2 as much as 44.9%. The variable of employee’s performance (Y) could be shown by the variation of Work Discipline variable (X1) and Job Description (X2) and the rest which was as much as 55,1% was other variables which were not tested in this research.

Abstract

This research aimed at simultaneously and partially testing and analyzing the effect of Inventory Turn Over, Debt to Equity Ratio and Current Ratio on Return On Assets at Food and Beverages companies which were listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018 period. The theories applied in this research were Inventory Turn Over, Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio and Return On Assets theories and the relation of Inventory Turn Over, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Current Ratio with Return On Assets. The approach applies in this research was quantitative approach with descriptive method. This research done was an explanatory research. This research used the population of twenty one (21) Food and Beverages companies which were listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018 period. The sample which consisted of five (5) companies in five years was taken by using purposive sampling technique. Adjusted R Square value was as much as 0.121 or 12.1 percent. This meant the variation or the measure of data dispersion from ROA (Y) was shown by the Inventory Turn Over of (X1), DER (X2) and CR (X3) meanwhile 87.9 percent was shown by other variables which were not analyzed in this research. From the result of the research, it was concluded that the variable of Debt to Equity Ratio partially had negative and significant effect on Return On Assets and Inventory Turn Over, Debt to Equity Ratio and Current Ratio simultaneously had significant effect on Return On Assets in the Food and Beverages companies which were listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018 period.

Abstract

This research aims at testing and analyzing the effect of Working Capital Turnover, Cash RatioandInventory Turnover on profitability (ROI) on Consumer Goods Industry companies registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2016 – 2018 period. Research method used in this research is quantitative meanwhile the kind of this research is descriptive quantitative and its nature is explanatory. The population of this research is 38 consumer goods industry companies that meet the criteria. The samples are as many as 17 companies that have been taken by using purpose sampling technique. Data analysis was done by using multiple linear regression analysis with classical assumption test. Simultaneously, research finding shows that Working Capital Turnover, Cash Ratio, and Inventory Turnover affect significantly on profitability (ROI) of companies in Consumer Goods Industry sector registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2016 – 2018 period in which the result is 6,792 ≥ 2,82 and 0.001 ≤ 0,05. Partially, Working Capital Turnover does not affect and insignificant on profitability (ROI) meanwhile Cash Ratio affects positively and significantly on profitability (ROI).Inventory Turnoveraffects negatively and insignificant on profitability (ROI). From the results of the determination analysis coefficient, it was taken that the value of AdjustedR2 shows the variety of profitability (ROI) variable that can be explained by variable variation Working Capital Turnover, Cash Ratio, and Inventory Turnover as many as 27% meanwhile the rest is as many as 73% that can be explained by other variable variations.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effect of the physical work environment and work discipline on employees’ job satisfaction in PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan. This research was conducted with the total population is 499 people and samples taken are as many as 83 people. The samples were taken by simple random sumpling withslovin formula. Data collection techniques in this research is by way of questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis model. Simultaneously research results show physical work environment and work discipline have significant and positive effect on employee job satisfaction (33 358> 4.88) with a significant level (0.000 <0:01). Partially discipline positively and significantly affectthe job satisfaction value of t> t table (2,425> 2,373) and a significant value (0.018> 0:01). Partially communicationhas positive and significant effect on employee performance value t> t table (4.475> 2.373) and the significant value 0.000 <0.01, respectively.

Abstract

Human resource competence and training has the usefulness that must be noted on career planning, especially for long-term employees in helping to face greater responsibility in the future. This research was conducted at PT. Pegadaian Regional Office 1 Medan with the amount of sample taken in this study amounted to sixty seven (67) persons.This research applied quantitative research method. The result of the research simultaneously showed that Competency and Training had positive and significant effect on employees’ performance which was as much as (8.545> 2.35) with a significant level of 0.000> 0.05. Partially Competence effect had t count of 2,009 and ttable value of 1.66039, the value of t count > t table was as much as (2,009> 1.66039) with a significant value of 0.049> 0.05.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh Return on Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Dividend Payout Ratio terhadap harga saham. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah Harga saham dan variabel independennya adalah Return on Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Dividend Payout Ratio. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, Jenis penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif, dan sifat penelitian explanatory. Polpupasi penelitian ini sebanyak 39 perusahaan sector Consumer Goods Industry dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga mendapatkan sampel 14 perusahaan sektor Consumer Goods Industry yang memenuhi kriteria. Metode analisi data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisi regresi linear berganda dengan uji asumsu klasik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara simultan Return on Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Dividend Payout Ratio berpengaruh terhadap Harga saham pada sektor Consumer Goods Industry yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2014-2018 dengan hasil Fhitung ≥ Ftabel 10,044 > 2,74 dan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Secara parsial Return on Assets berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Harga saham sedangkan Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Dividend Payout Ratio tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Harga saham pada perusahaan sektor Consumer Goods Industry yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018.

Abstract

This research aimed at testing and analyzing the effect of current ratio, return on equity and total asset turn over on stock price in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research applied quantitative approach with descriptive method. This research was an explanatory research. The sample of this research was twelve (12) consumer goods industry companies which met the criteria. To prove the hypothesis, this research applied Double Linear Regression model which used T test (partially) and F test (simultaneously). This research showed that current ratio, return on equity and total asset turn over simultaneously had effect on consumer goods industry sector stock price in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Partially current ratio and return on equity had positive and significant effect on stock price, meanwhile total asset turn over partially did not have significant effect on stock price. The result of determination coefficiency showed that Ajusted R2 value had variation of stock price variable which could be explained by current ratio, return on equity and total asset turn over which was as much as 52%, while the rest was as muc as 42% explained by other variation of variable.
