Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Modal Intelektual dan Good Corporate Governance yang terdiri dari kepemilikan institusional, dewan direksi, dan dewan komisaris independen terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada perusahaan barang konsumen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2020-2021. Jumlah perusahaan yang digunakan sebanyak 60 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan model regresi yang dianalisis menggunakan Eviews 10. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa Modal intelektual berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan, Dewan direksi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan, sedangkan Kepemilikan institusional dan Dewan komisaris independen berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan Perusahaan.   This research aims to determine the influence of Intellectual Capital and Good Corporate Governance consisting of institutional ownership, board of directors and independent board of commissioners on the Financial Performance of consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2020-2021. The number of companies used was 60 companies using the purposive sampling method. This research uses a regression model which is analyzed using Eviews 10. Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that intellectual capital has a significant positive effect on the company's financial performance, the board of directors has an insignificant positive effect on the company's financial performance, while institutional ownership and the independent board of commissioners have an insignificant negative effect. on the company's financial performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis “Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Work Engagement Dengan Motivasi Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening studi pada karyawan Sekertariat Daerah Kabupaten Magetan”, pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data yaitu Path Analysis ( analisis jalur ) dengan menggunakan software IBM SPSS versi 22.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode sampel jenuh yaitu semua populasi digunakan sebagai responden. Pengumpulan data ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan penyebaran Google Form, dan data didapat untuk diolah sebesar 80. Berdasarkan hasil analisis mendapatkan Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Work Engagement, Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Work Engagement, Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Work Engagement, Motivasi Kerja memediasi Iklim Organisasi terhadap Work Engagement, Motivasi Kerja memediasi Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Work Engagement.   This research aims to analyze the "Influence of Organizational Climate and Transformational Leadership on Work Engagement with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable: A study on employees of the Regional Secretariat of Magetan Regency." The research employed the data analysis technique of Path Analysis, using IBM SPSS software version 22.0. The sampling method utilized in this study was the saturated sample method, where the entire population was used as respondents. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of Google Forms, and data obtained were processed for a total of 80 respondents. Based on the analysis results, it was found that Organizational Climate has a positive and significant influence on work motivation, Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant influence on work motivation, Organizational Climate has a positive and significant influence on Work Engagement, Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant influence on Work Engagement, Work Motivation has a positive and significant influence on Work Engagement. Additionally, Work Motivation mediates the relationship between Organizational Climate and Work Engagement, as well as mediating the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Work Engagement.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh “self-efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan employee engagement sebagai variabel mediasi pada CV. Jawara Digital Yogyakarta”. Dalam penelitian ini sampel berjumlah 89 responden yang dipilih dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh (sensu), yaitu seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap CV. Jawara Digital Yogyakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner berbentuk Google Form. Penelitian ini diolah menggunakan analisis data dengan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement, employee engagement tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, employee engagement tidak memediasi self-efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan.   The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of self-efficacy on employee performance with employee engagement as a mediating variable at CV. Jawara Digital Yogyakarta. In this study, a sample of 89 respondents was selected using saturation sampling, where all members of the population were included as respondents. The population in this study consists of permanent employees of CV. Jawara Digital Yogyakarta. Data collection in this research utilized a Google Form questionnaire. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that self-efficacy has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, self-efficacy has a positive and significant influence on employee engagement, employee engagement does not have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, and employee engagement does not mediate the relationship between self-efficacy and employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Peran Kepuasan Kerja Dalam Memediasi Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Turnover Intention pada PT. Bogor Ukhwah Berkah. Teknik sample pada penelitian ini menggunakan cencus sampling yaitu merupakan teknik penentuan sampel yang diperoleh dengan melibatkan semua anggota populasi mengingat jumlah anggota populasi tidak besar. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner berbentuk Google Form, dan terkumpul sebanyak 108 responden. Metode yang digunakan untuk analisis adalah path analysis dengan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention, Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention, Kepuasan Kerja Organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention, Kepuasan Kerja dapat memediasai Iklim Organisasi terhadap Turnover Intention, Kepuasan Kerja dapat memediasai Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Turnover Intention.   This study aims to determine the Role of Job Satisfaction in Mediating the Effects of Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention at PT. Bogor Ukhwah Blessings. The semple technique in this study used cencus sampling, which is a sampling technique obtained by involving all members of the population considering that the number of members in the population is not large. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire in the form of a Google Form, and collected 108 respondents. The analytical method used is path analysis with SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Climate has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Organizational Climate has a negative effect on Turnover Intention, Organizational Commitment has a negative effect on Turnover Intention, Organizational Job Satisfaction has a negative effect on Turnover Intention, Job Satisfaction can mediate Organizational Climate on Turnover Intention, Job Satisfaction can mediate Organizational Commitment to Turnover Intention.

Abstract

Optimalisasi aset merupakan upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengelola aset secara efektif dan efisien. Pada dasarnya Barang Milik Daerah (BMD) dapat memberikan nilai ekonomis jika dikelola dengan baik, maka  Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) akan meningkat. Pedoman Pengelolaan BMD tertuang dalam Peaturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 19 Tahun 2016. Lebih lanjut Pemda DIY mengeluarkan Perda Nomor 6 Tahun 2018 tentang Pengelolaan BMD yang yang dijadikan sebagai dasar pelaksanaan pengelolaan BMD. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu dapat diketahui optimalisasi aset yang dipengaruhi oleh inventarisasi, legal audit, penilaian, serta pengawasan dan pengendalian. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan  data primer yang didapatkan dari pemegang aset BMD di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi DIY. Teknis analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil  penelitian  yaitu legal audit serta pengawasan dan pengendalian mempengaruhi optimalisasi aset Pemda DIY. Sedangkan inventarisasi dan penilaian aset tidak mempengaruhi optimalisasi aset Pemda DIY.   Asset optimization is an effort made to manage assets effectively and efficiently. Basically, Regional Property (BMD) can provide economic value if managed properly, then Regional Original Income (PAD) will increase. BMD Management Guidelines are contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 19 of 2016. Furthermore, the DIY Regional Government issued Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2018 concerning BMD Management which is used as the basis for implementing BMD management. The purpose of this research is to find out the optimization of assets that are influenced by inventory, legal audit, valuation, and supervision and control. This study uses quantitative methods with primary data obtained from BMD asset holders within the DIY Provincial Government. The technical analysis carried out using multiple linear regression. The results of the study are legal audit and supervision and control affect the optimization of DIY Local Government assets. Meanwhile, asset inventory and valuation do not affect the optimization of DIY local government assets.
