Abstract

In the era of globalization 4.0, business strategies and challenges have undergone significant transformation, impacting how companies operate. This article analyzes various strategies that can be implemented by business actors to remain competitive in an ever-changing environment. Approaches such as digitalization, technological innovation, and human resource development are key components of modern business strategies. Additionally, challenges such as market uncertainty, changes in consumer behavior, and the rapid impact of regulations are identified as obstacles that must be confronted. This research employs case studies to illustrate how some companies have successfully navigated these challenges through the adoption of various adaptive strategies. The findings indicate that collaboration between the public and private sectors, as well as investment in information technology, is crucial for driving sustainable economic growth in this era. In conclusion, while there are many challenges, the opportunities presented by globalization 4.0 can be leveraged through the right strategies, which in turn will provide significant competitive advantages for companies

Abstract

Nasi Uduk is one of the culinary delights that is popular with local people. In developing a business, it is necessary to carry out a business feasibility study analysis so that the business being run is worthy of development. This research aims to analyze the feasibility of the Nasi Uduk Bu Asiah business in Rawa Sentul, Kab. Bekasi. This research focuses on marketing aspects and management aspects. This study uses a qualitative approach through direct observation and interviews with business owners. The results of this research indicate that Nasi Uduk Bu Asiah has good business potential by utilizing offline (word of mouth) and online marketing strategies via social media. A strategic business location and a combination of quality products at affordable prices are key factors for success.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a fundamental element in business success, especially in the small and medium enterprise (SME) sector which has limited resources but faces increasingly fierce competition. This satisfaction is closely related to the business's ability to meet or exceed customer expectations, which in turn can drive loyalty, positive reviews, and long-term growth. In the context of Bu Wiwin's Es Cendolita Business, efforts to understand the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction are important to ensure the sustainability and competitiveness of the business. This study aims to analyze how aspects of product quality, such as taste, cleanliness, and aesthetic presentation, affect the level of customer satisfaction. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with consumers, direct observation of the production and presentation processes, and documentation of customer reviews and sales data. Interviews provide insight into consumer perceptions of product quality and their overall experience. The results of the study indicate that product quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Bu Wiwin's Es Cendolita Business. Abstract

The transformation of human resource management (HR) in the era of digitalization has become the main focus in facing the challenges and opportunities presented by artificial intelligence (AI). This article examines the innovations offered by AI in HR practices, including automating recruitment processes, analyzing employee data, and improving employee experience through personalization technologies. On the other hand, the study also identifies emerging challenges, such as the need to improve HR skills, maintain human interaction in an increasingly automated environment, and address ethical issues related to the use of AI. Through a case study approach and literature analysis, this article provides recommendations for organizations to effectively integrate AI in HR strategies, while maintaining human values. These findings aim to help HR leaders formulate sustainable adaptive strategies in the midst of rapid changes in the world of work.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the feasibility of Rohmawati's Freshcake business based on legal, marketing and financial aspects. Freshcake Rohmawati, as one of the MSMEs in Bekasi Regency, presents typical cake products with an innovative digital-based strategy. A qualitative approach was used by collecting data through interviews, observation and document study. The research results show that the legality aspects of the business include NIB and PIRT certificates, but have not yet obtained MUI halal certification and trademark registration, which have the potential to add to the legal basis of the business. In marketing, the use of social media is quite effective in increasing market awareness, but does not make optimal use of digital campaign strategies, such as collaboration with influencers or development of official websites. In the financial aspect, transaction recording is still done manually, so cash flow is difficult to monitor, and evaluation of profit margins is not routine. Strategy recommendations include prioritizing halal certification and trademark management, optimizing digital marketing through social media and marketplace collaboration, as well as implementing simple financial recording technology such as the BukuKas application. Through these steps, Freshcake Rohmawati is expected to be able to increase business appetite and have a positive impact on the local economy. These findings are also relevant for other MSMEs in facing similar challenges in the era of business digitalization.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of establishing a restaurant in Surabaya, one of the largest cities in Indonesia with significant market potential. The research investigates several key aspects including market potential, technical considerations, financial projections, and environmental factors. The findings reveal a promising market for new restaurants in Surabaya, but emphasize the importance of thorough planning in technical, financial, and environmental aspects to ensure business success. Recommendations include increasing government support, strengthening local wisdom, fostering collaboration among stakeholders, and enhancing public awareness of sustainable business practices.

Abstract

Depot air minum Ritonga water ialah salah satu UMKM yang memproduksi air minum isi ulang di daerah Deliserdang. Depot air minum Ritonga water beralamat di Jalan Beringin pasar VII, Hutan, Desa Tembung, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Pelaksanaan dan metode pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam metode pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh secara berkelompok dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, perilaku dan sikap yang diperlukan untuk mendukung operasional bisnis mereka, peneliti mengambil data penelitian dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan pemilik usaha. Depot air minum Ritonga water ini sudah berdiri dan mulai beroperasi sejak tahun 2012. Dalam menjalankan usahanya depot air minum ritonga water belum menerapkan Manajemen risiko dengan sangat baik secara usaha ini sudah beroperasi selama 12 tahun, dari risiko operasional masih ditemukan beberapa risiko-risiko yang juga sering terjadi pada usaha, begitu juga risiko keuangan dan risiko eksternal. Oleh karena itu tim peneliti dalam PKM melakukan dukungan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dslsm bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan manajemen risiko yang diperlukan oleh usaha untuk meningkatkan ketahanan dan kelangsungan bisnis serta memberikan rekomendasi strategi manajemen risiko yang dapat diterpakan untuk meminimalisir dan memitigasi dampak negatif dari risiko yang terjadi.

Abstract

Revolusi digital telah memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap perkembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), termasuk dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi berbasis syariah di Medan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran e-katalog sebagai alat digital dalam mendorong penguatan ekonomi syariah bagi UMKM di wilayah tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen terkait implementasi e-katalog. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan e-katalog membantu UMKM meningkatkan akses pasar, transparansi transaksi, dan efisiensi operasional, sehingga mendukung prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah seperti keadilan, kemaslahatan, dan bebas dari riba. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa e-katalog memiliki peran strategis dalam mendorong revolusi digital UMKM sekaligus memperkuat ekonomi syariah di Medan.

Abstract

Perkembangan UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah) mengalami kenaikan yang signifikan, dalam beberapa tahun terakhir perekonomian di Indonesia sangat terbantu dengan adanya UMKM. Dominasi usaha mikro di Indonesia perlu didorong untuk terus berkembang. UMKM juga memainkan peran penting dalam mengurangi kemiskinan, pengangguran dan distribusi pendapatan. Tetapi dalam setiap membangun usaha pasti perlu meninjau sejauh mana bisnis itu layak untuk berproses dan bertahan menghadapi tantangan. Dalam penelitian ini perlu melakukan studi kelayakan bisnis membantu menilai apakah suatu bisnis layak dijalankan dan membantu pelaku UMKM meraih kesuksesan. Sebagai upaya mencegah kegagalan, penting untuk melakukan studi sebelum memulai proyek bisnis. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada salah satu bisnis UMKM yang terdapat di Bekasi Timur yaitu Master Ivan Sosis Solo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kelayakan rencana investasi untuk pengembangan usaha Master Ivan Sosis Solo. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisa kualitatif. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Aspek yang digunakan yaitu aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek teknis dan produksi, aspek organisasi dan manajemen. Hasil analisis pasar dan pemasaran menunjukkan bahwa prospek Master Ivan Sosis Solo cukup baik, dilihat dari peningkatan jumlah permintaan setiap tahun. Analisis teknis dan produksi menunjukkan bahwa lokasi home industry dekat dengan pemukiman sehingga memudahkan untuk merekrut tenaga kerja. Analisis organisasi dan manajemen menunjukkan pemilik usaha telah menjalankan fungsi manajemen dengan baik

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kelayakan bisnis restoran Burger Bakar Kemayoran dari perspektif manajemen dan pemasaran di kawasan Kemayoran, Jakarta. Analisis dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif, mencakup aspek hukum, pasar dan pemasaran, teknis, keuangan, manajemen, serta dampak lingkungan (AMDAL). Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Burger Bakar Kemayoran memiliki potensi besar untuk berkembang lebih lanjut, didukung oleh legalitas usaha yang memadai, strategi pemasaran yang efektif, lokasi strategis, serta pertumbuhan keuangan yang signifikan. Meskipun demikian, diperlukan inovasi berkelanjutan dalam manajemen operasional, pemasaran, serta pengelolaan limbah untuk memastikan keberlanjutan usaha. Dengan potensi pasar yang besar di kawasan urban seperti Jakarta, bisnis ini dinilai layak untuk dikembangkan dan mampu bersaing dalam pasar kuliner yang kompetitif.
