The influence of the role of technology today, bringing competition in the business world will be more stringent over time. Technology in the modern world is a very important role in supporting the company's business processes that will have a positive impact on the company. For example, business people in the field of transportation. PT. Gojek Indonesia is one of the online services transportation business that utilizes mobile technology platform to support the business process model on demand service used by Gojek companies so that the services provided to customers run well and in line with expectations of business opportunities in Indonesia. Gojek companies are examples of startup companies in Indonesia that use mobile platform technology. In this study using descriptive method that starts with a survey to find the necessary data such as the data downloader of the Gojek application in the play store and the reviews or comments given by the customer to the application. These data will then be analyzed to see the level of satisfaction of customers or users of mobile platform-based services.

Learning with the E-learning method is learning by using technology because online e-learning uses computer networks to provide information and communication. Where with the use of e-learning can occur changes in learning activities between teachers and students and students can learn wherever and whenever. SUMSEL N HIGH SCHOOL (Sampoerna Academy) Palembang has a vision that is international level and has the hope to become an example for other national schools by implementing international standards and has a mission to make students global in mind. In the SUMSEL High School in the learning process still using conventional learning methods through face-to-face in class, the provision of subject matter is carried out only in class and also if the teacher is not entered, the subject material is not obtained by students. So that this research was carried out by utilizing information and communication technology in changing learning activities namely the use of school-based elearning. While this research is research and development research refers to the development model Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluation (ADDIE). School-based Elearning has features similar to Facebook and schoology also combines social networks and LMS (Learning Management System). So that with schoology-based e-learning can get information about the subject matter that is given by the teacher easily even though the teacher is unable to attend the class because through schoology the teacher can attend student attendance, and between the teacher and students can interact socially while learning.

STIPER Sriwigama Palembang is one of the agricultural science college located in Palembang City. STIPER Sriwigama Palembang has a computer network that utilizes wireless transmission media. Therefore, one of the most needed devices is AP (Access Point). Currently, STIPER Sriwigama Palembang only has 2 Access Point so that the internet network can not be spread to the entire environment of STIPER Sriwigama Palembang. With these problems, in this research will be designed WAP (Wireless Access Point) by utilizing Raspberry Pi 3 Model B owned by STIPER Sriwigama Palembang. Raspberry Pi 3 Model B is a mini computer that is about the size of a credit card equipped with SD card which is where the installation of Operating System and data storage managed on Raspberry Pi 3. Building a Wireless Access Point can be done by doing some configuration stages to Raspberry Pi 3 Model B which has been installed by Raspbian Operating System. With the construction of WAP utilize Raspberry Pi 3, then the internet network will be spread throughout the environment of STIPER Sriwigama Palembang by using wireless transmission media.

In designing an academic information system in the wider scope, the first thing to be built is an information system that can process master data. Examples of such master data is student data, course data, and lecturer data. This student data becomes very important because student data will become a reference or data source for other information system incorporated in an academic information system as a whole which is found in Islamic University As-syafiiyah. To build an academic information system that capable of processing master data student required an adequate framework. Codeigniter is a very popular framework as it is very light and has very complete documentation making it easy to use. Codeigniter also uses the MVC approach (Model, View, Controller) in the concept of application development so it will be easier if the development of this information system is growing or transferable in the development process. Based on the above, it is necessary to develop an academic information system with master data subsystem of students at Islamic University As-syafiiyah which can manage all student data with Codeigniter framework.

Malware is currently growing rapidly, diverse and complex. But, human resources that can carry out malware analysis is limited, because special expertise is needed.Reverse engineering is one of many solution that can carry out malware analysis, because reverse engineering techniques can reveal malware code. On March 5, 2018, found spam email containing files, the file contained malware flawed ammyy. This flawed ammyy is a software that comes from Ammyy Admin version 3 and then misused by hackers TA505. This study aims to identify the malware, especially the Flawed Ammyy RAT malware. This research uses descriptive methodology, then to do malware analysis used dynamic analysis and reverse engineering methods. The results of the study show that the Flawed Ammyy RAT malware works by hiding in the Ammyy Admin application then connecting to the attacker with ip address 103.208.86.69. netname ip address 103.208.86.69 is zappie host. There are 50 registry changes that are carried out by malware on infected systems. After the attacker has been connected with the victim, the attacker can easily do the remote control without the victim's knowledge.

The Special Criminal Investigation Directorate is the executing element of the main task under the Regional Police Chief, led by Dir Reskrimsus with the rank of Chief of the Police Commissioner (Kombes Pol) / Echelon II-B, tasked with conducting investigations and investigating special crimes, coordinate, supervise, and administer PPNS investigations in accordance with statutory regulations. So far, the Directorate of Criminal Investigation of the Central Java Regional Police, especially the Cyber Crime Unit, in its service still uses manual methods. This was felt to be inefficient because of the large number of complaints coming in and the lack of police personnel who handled complaints from reporters so that servants to the community were judged to be less than optimal and needed a long time in a complaint report. This study uses the Extreme Programming method in designing the developed system. Based on the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that Extreme Programming is one method that supports the acceleration of the development of a small to medium scale system and can improve the quality of the system. Unfortunately, Extreme Programming does not have formal documentation so there is no measuring instrument that shows that the system has been completed.

Twitter is one of the most popular online networking service that accessed by the community / citizen. The account @ambonlima which has proven their credibility, take the opportunity to provide the information about the electricity in Ambon Island, Maluku. Power outage in Ambon is become the issue lately and the community conveyed via tweets addressed to @ambonlima accounts such as complaints, criticisms or supports. The opinion is textual data which can be extracted to know the sentiment of society to the performance of PT. PLN Ambon. The purpose of this research is to to found out the sentimental level of the society about the electrical condition in Ambon by using sentiment analysis method. There are two classification method used in this research, Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC) dan Support Vector Machine (SVM). In this case, the researcher will compare both method to understand which method have better accuracy. The NBC classification results using 2 fold in validation process showed a better accuracy than other fold value, which is 67.2%. Positive sentiment obtained 67%, neutral sentiment 19% and negative sentiment 14%. Meanwhile, the SVM classification method also showed a better accuracy using 2 fold. Positive sentiment derived 24%, neutral sentiment 29%, and negative sentiment 47%. This study shows the average level of accuracy of SVM classification method is better than the NBC method, which is 76.42%. The presence of negative sentiment that is not more than 50% indicates the influence of account @ambonlima which is able to afford the electrical problems to the public in real time.

Inventory control can be said to increase the speed of work to achieve the level of energy efficiency and time in data management. Sales that have the transaction data still handwritten resulted in long enough time in recording the data, as well as the absence of determination of inventory and determining when the ordering of goods returned. Point of Sale Study with Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Reorder Point (RoP) Method will be used to overcome the problem, management of transaction data in which there are methods of calculating order quantity and reorder time can minimize operational cost and optimize inventory. The EOQ method is used as a stock inventory controller and the RoP method is used for warning notification to avoid negligence. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that Point of Sale Application with Economic Order Quantity and Reorder Point Method 90% accepted and able to overcome the problems that exist in Faranita Foam Store.

Designing an Android-based News application using UML (Unified Modeling Language) that is implemented using Android Studio, while the Android Application uses PHP and MySQL Programming for the database. The programming used is Android-based programming using a MySQL database for php script creation. The results showed that the Android-based news application as a news data processing process that occurred in Labuhanbatu Regency could be done quickly, efficiently and economically; Then the results also show that processing news data from online media on the application facilitates work processes that can improve agency performance.

Diabetes or Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a disease in which the glucose content in the blood can not be processed by the body. Based on the case of many diabetic patients, first action is needed as a solution of the problem of diabetes by predicting to detect early diabetes. This is necessary because often medical decisions are made based on experience and rational reasoning. Prediction of diabetes can be done by using some data of diabetic patients who have been stored in the database to make a pattern for the determination of diabetes with Artificial Intelligen technique so that the result of inaccurate diagnosis can be avoided. In this study the authors apply Genetic Algorithm (GA) to optimize Neural Network (NN) model by searching the best parameter value on Neural Network (NN) model. The experimental results showed a decrease in RMSE value which means an increase in predicted accuracy value, ie from 0.402 +/- 0,035 to 0.396 +/- 0,032.The optimization of the NN model prediction, the relevant policy makers can determine the prediction of diabetes more accurately.
