Abstract

The purpose of this study intends to explain the limitations of management of facilities and infrastructure to support student learning motivation at the MA Raudlatul Istiqomah Suko Maron educational institution. Limited facilities and infrastructure can actually have a negative impact on student learning motivation. However, in some cases, these limitations can give rise to factors that encourage student learning motivation. As is the case at the MA Raudlatul Istiqomah educational institution, limitations as a challenge, students can see it as a challenge to remain enthusiastic and try harder in learning. They may feel compelled to overcome obstacles and achieve despite the limited facilities available. Creativity and Innovation Limited facilities and infrastructure often trigger students to become more creative and innovative in their learning approaches. They may seek alternative ways to access resources, utilize available technology, or collaborate with peers to overcome limitations. This process can increase their motivation to learn and achieve their goals. When resources are limited, students may appreciate and make better use of existing resources. They may feel more motivated to make efficient use of available time and facilities, thereby improving the quality and effectiveness of their learning. Limited facilities and infrastructure can encourage students to work together and collaborate in overcoming obstacles. They may help each other, share knowledge, or support each other in achieving learning goals. This solidarity and collaboration can increase students' learning motivation because they feel supported and involved in the learning community. However, it is important to remember that limited facilities and infrastructure are generally considered an obstacle to achieving optimal learning quality. The availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure is an important factor in creating a conducive learning environment and motivating students as a whole. Therefore, efforts must be made to improve and expand educational facilities and infrastructure in order to increase student motivation and quality of learning.

Abstract

Field Work Activities (KKN) are field activities for students that must be carried out, this activity aims to increase student empathy regarding conditions in society. The 2023 UNZAH KKN takes place in Liprak Wetan Village, Banyuanyar District, Probolinggo Regency. In this activity we analyze the processing of tomatoes into candied tomatoes. This tomato management was the first experiment conducted by Mrs. Aisyah (tomato farmer) to produce candied tomatoes. This research was conducted using the mentoring method, by means of which the researchers held discussions with tomato farmers and conducted evaluations from the initial process to the final process of making candied tomatoes. Based on the results of the activity, it is known that the involvement and active participation of partners is very high in every implementation of the candied tomato making program. So that with the production of tomatoes into candied tomatoes, it can increase the development of Mrs. Aisyah's income and provide opportunities for people who do not have a job to serve as partners in the process of making and selling candied tomatoes.

Abstract

Tofu dregs are a by-product of tofu production which still has a relatively high protein content, because not all of the protein can be extracted in the process of making tofu. So far, the utilization of tofu dregs is still limited as animal feed and is processed into tempe gembus. Tofu chips are a new breakthrough for developing the tofu factory business in Tarokan Village, Banyuanyar Regency. This food is processed by utilizing tofu dregs made from soybeans which contain carbohydrates and are rich in protein and fiber so that they are beneficial for the health of the body, from treating diabetes, strengthening bones, and so on. The method we use is qualitative, field observation methods, in-depth interviews, documentation and lab tests. The results and discussion are the preparation of tools and materials, washing, drying, mixing the dough, printing, frying, packaging and branding. The conclusion of this community service program is the innovation of chip products with other additives such as flavors and fragrances. Packaging uses a plastic standing pouch and branding in the form of a front label and a back label containing the product logo, product description. The development of tofu chips can be given a variety of flavors such as spicy, sweet, salty.

Abstract

Islam is a universal religion, therefore Islam must be spread to all mankind through its easy-to-implement Shari'a. Thus, human beings are not only obliged to carry out the teachings of Islam in their daily lives, but they also have to convey or preach the truth of Islamic teachings to others. Islamic boarding schools as one of the existing institutions in society have a very important role in improving the quality of human resources. One of them is to improve the spiritual abilities of students in Islamic boarding schools, namely UBUDIYAH training which is emphasized on each student as a booster for Islamic education in improving the quality of religion for each individual and in society later. In dealing with these conditions, Islamic boarding schools, in this case as Islamic institutions, are required to appear as one of the most important elements in order to produce generations of students who are professional in the fields of religion and education. With the embodiment through UBUDIYAH activities using effective and efficient methods and teaching.
