Abstract

The quality of health services is health services that can satisfy every user of health services that is in sync with the level of satisfaction of the average population and the implementation is in accordance with professional standards and ethical codes. Service quality and patient satisfaction are the two most important things in hospital services. This literature review aims to determine the relationship between the quality of health services and the satisfaction of inpatients. This type of research is literature review research, the articles used were obtained from PUBMED and Google Scholar with articles published starting from 2018-2022. The number of journal articles was 8 articles analyzed. The results showed that there was a relationship between the quality of health services (asscurance, empathy, responsiveness, tangible and reliability) with inpatient satisfaction at the hospital. It can be concluded that satisfaction is a level of patient feeling that arises as a result of the service performance that is obtained after the patient compares it with what he expects. If the patient is dissatisfied with the nursing services provided, he will not seek the service or accept it, even though the service is available, practically obtainable and reachable.

Abstract

Heart disease often causes death if not treated quickly and appropriately. Early diagnosis can prevent more serious complications and treat heart disease patients best. The existence of a disease prediction model can help health workers to diagnose diseases more quickly and accurately. The heart disease prediction model using a classification algorithm is a system built using machine learning techniques. The classification algorithm chosen is NN, Naive Bayes, Random Forest, and SVM because it is the best algorithm for predicting heart disease. This study makes a comparison of the four algorithms using a dataset of 918 instances with 11 features. The result is that the Random Forest algorithm produces the highest accuracy, with 86.8%, and has the best ability to distinguish classes based on the ROC curve.

Abstract

In physiological conditions the left heart ventricle produces a higher pressure which aims to pump blood throughout the body while the right heart ventricle has a lower pressure to pump blood to the lungs. If pulmonary hypertension or increased blood pressure in the pulmonary arteries occurs, it can cause the right ventricle of the heart to work harder to pump blood against the high pressure. If there is pulmonary hypertension in the long term so that the right ventricle of the heart is burdened, it will cause cor pulmonale. Cor pulmonale is hypertrophy or dilatation of the right ventricle caused by pulmonary hypertension. Pulmonary hypertension is caused by diseases that attack the structure, function of the lungs or pulmonary blood vessels that can progress to right heart failure. Cor pulmonale can be acute or chronic. This literature review in made to know the theoretical concept of patients with cor pulmonale disorders including definitions, epidemiology, pathophysiology, clinical features, interventions, and prognosis and complications in acute cor pulmonale patients.

Abstract

Kidney disease is one of the primary causes of mortality and disability in many countries throughout the world. Protein consumption may worsen kidney damage because the most dangerous metabolism is the concentration of blood urea nitrogen. Currently, hemodialysis is one of the renal replacement therapies, but the most frequent complication in dialysis is hypertension, which may increase morbidity and mortality. Objective: To identify the correlation between frequency of protein consumption and incidence of intradialytic hypertension in the hemodialysis unit of Ade M Jhon Hospital Sintang. Methods: This research is quantitative with a cross-sectional design. The population in this research was 177 respondents based on medical records, while sampling employed purposive sampling which was taken in 66 respondents with chronic renal failure in the Hemodialysis Unit of Ade M Jhon Hospital Sintang. The statistical test in this study employed chi-square, with an error rate of ? of 5% (0.05). Results: Most frequency of protein consumption with intradialytic hypertension categorized as rare was 12 respondents (18.18%) who did not suffer from hypertension and 3 respondents (4.55%) who suffered from hypertension, while categorized as frequent was 49 respondents (74.24%) who suffered from hypertension and 2 respondents (3.03%) who did not suffer from hypertension. The significant value of the variable of protein consumption frequency with intradialytic hypertension was P value of 0.000 <0.05 (?).

Abstract

Anxiety is an emotional state characterized by consistent fear, tense mood, unstable state of mind, and increased blood pressure and body chemistry. This includes the cognitive perception of the behavioral, physical and social aspects of the emotion. Anxiety makes children uncooperative and creates difficulties in carrying out treatment. Usually children are more anxious during the waiting period before treatment and this time can be used for behavior management to minimize anxiety. Children's distraction provides an effective relaxing experience during painful treatment. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a form of active distraction, in which children are encouraged to engage in activities that calm them from anxiety. Passive distraction includes audiovisual (AV) distraction, in which children remain still and engage in visual and auditory scenes. The aim of writing several systematic reviews is to compare the provision of image recognition play therapy in children aged 4-6 years. As a comparison or comparison is without play therapy. The outcome or outcome that is measured is anxiety. Articles were searched through the database from 2019 - 2020. Searches were obtained from the PUBMED database. The keywords used are “Play Therapy And Anxiety” or “Cognitive Behavioral Play Therapy (CBT) and Anxiety” Free full text in English or Indonesian. The subjects used were children aged 4-6 years. The research design was a randomized controlled trial. Based on the results of the study that the application of therapeutic games to children who are hospitalized reduces preoperative anxiety and can reduce postoperative pain, improve behavior and attitudes, and reduce anxiety during a hospital stay. Conclusion: play therapy has a beneficial impact on the care of hospitalized children and should be implemented in pediatric units after assessing the resources and training required for pediatric nurses.
