Abstract

In physiological conditions the left heart ventricle produces a higher pressure which aims to pump blood throughout the body while the right heart ventricle has a lower pressure to pump blood to the lungs. If pulmonary hypertension or increased blood pressure in the pulmonary arteries occurs, it can cause the right ventricle of the heart to work harder to pump blood against the high pressure. If there is pulmonary hypertension in the long term so that the right ventricle of the heart is burdened, it will cause cor pulmonale. Cor pulmonale is hypertrophy or dilatation of the right ventricle caused by pulmonary hypertension. Pulmonary hypertension is caused by diseases that attack the structure, function of the lungs or pulmonary blood vessels that can progress to right heart failure. Cor pulmonale can be acute or chronic. This literature review in made to know the theoretical concept of patients with cor pulmonale disorders including definitions, epidemiology, pathophysiology, clinical features, interventions, and prognosis and complications in acute cor pulmonale patients.

Abstract

Kidney disease is one of the primary causes of mortality and disability in many countries throughout the world. Protein consumption may worsen kidney damage because the most dangerous metabolism is the concentration of blood urea nitrogen. Currently, hemodialysis is one of the renal replacement therapies, but the most frequent complication in dialysis is hypertension, which may increase morbidity and mortality. Objective: To identify the correlation between frequency of protein consumption and incidence of intradialytic hypertension in the hemodialysis unit of Ade M Jhon Hospital Sintang. Methods: This research is quantitative with a cross-sectional design. The population in this research was 177 respondents based on medical records, while sampling employed purposive sampling which was taken in 66 respondents with chronic renal failure in the Hemodialysis Unit of Ade M Jhon Hospital Sintang. The statistical test in this study employed chi-square, with an error rate of ? of 5% (0.05). Results: Most frequency of protein consumption with intradialytic hypertension categorized as rare was 12 respondents (18.18%) who did not suffer from hypertension and 3 respondents (4.55%) who suffered from hypertension, while categorized as frequent was 49 respondents (74.24%) who suffered from hypertension and 2 respondents (3.03%) who did not suffer from hypertension. The significant value of the variable of protein consumption frequency with intradialytic hypertension was P value of 0.000 <0.05 (?).

This type of research is a quantitative study using observational analytic methods. The population in this study were all mothers giving birth in the fourth stage at EMC Pulomas Hospital as many as 80 respondents. The statistical test uses the chi-square test. There is a significant relationship between the type of delivery and the time the colostrum comes out at the EMC Pulomas Hospital, Jakarta. evident from the value of p = 0.002. There is a significant relationship between the type of delivery and the time colostrum is released at EMC Pulomas Hospital, Jakarta, so it is necessary to provide counseling on types of delivery and its side effects

Abstract

Postpartum depression affects around 10-15% of all new mothers, but can be up to 35% higher in the demographic group. In developing countries, the prevalence ranges from 5-25%. 4 One study found 19.2% of new mothers diagnosed with major or minor depression in the first three months postpartum, 7.1% of whom had major depression. In another study of 214 women, 86 of them had symptoms of depression (40.2%), but only 25 (11.7%) were significantly diagnosed as depressed. The number of postpartum mothers in the Tembelang Regional PKM is 47 starting from January to August 2018. This study is an analytical study using correlation analytic design regarding social support roles for postpartum psychology in the Jombang District Auction Area PKM. Test of bivariate data analysis using spearman rho hhe total sample in this study was 47 samples with a total sampling technique. From the analysis of this study it can be concluded that it shows that the model variable has p value <0.05. This means that the social support role variable has a significant relationship to postpartum psychology. It is expected that the results of this study can be used as input for basic health services in the work area associated with early screening for postpartum maternal disorders through postpartum visits.

Research using a qualitative descriptive design using a questionnaire. Data on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the Pharmacy Installation were obtained by observation and in-depth interviews. From the SWOT analysis, a SWOT matrix is obtained based on the External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS) and the Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS). The results of the study show that the Pharmacy Installation of X Hospital is in quadrant two with a diversification strategy to implement its development strategy. The RS X's internal strength factor is 1.11 times greater than its weakness and the results are opportunities that are smaller than the threats.
