Abstract

Penggunaan tepung Tartary Buckwheat dan tepung sorgum putih sebagai substituen tepung terigu di dalam pembuatan biskuit dapat menghasilkan produk fungsional baru yang tinggi aktivitas antioksidan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan biskuit terbaik dari segi fisikokimia, organoleptik, dan aktivitas antioksidannya. Penelitian diawali dengan membuat tepung Tartary Buckwheat serta melakukan analisis kimia. Desain penelitian biskuit menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 1 faktor berupa proporsi tepung Tartary Buckwheat dan tepung sorgum dengan 6 level (10:60, 20:50, 30:40, 40:30, 50:20, 60:10) sebanyak 3 kali ulangan. Data hasil analisis biskuit diolah menggunakan ANOVA pada taraf signifikansi 5% dan dilanjutkan dengan DMRT 5% bila faktor berpengaruh signifikan terhadap parameter. Biskuit dengan proporsi 50 g tepung Tartary Buckwheat dan 20 g tepung sorgum merupakan biskuit terbaik hasil pengambilan keputusan menggunakan uji indeks efektivitas metode DeGarmo yang memiliki kadar air sebesar 5,49%; abu 2,65%; protein 11,97%; lemak 19,12%; karbohidrat by difference 60,74%; daya patah 11,6 N; aktivitas antioksidan 88,92%; serta hedonik (skala 1-5) warna dengan nilai 3,64; aroma 3,72; tekstur 3,48; dan rasa 3,76.

Abstract

Microwaves are the best technique for thermal sensitive materials processes performing high temperature with short time and less consumption of energy in addition to perfect control. Microwave heating technique has a faster heating rate compared to conventional heating methods. Microwave process consists QVF tube of 240 mm length and 17 mm internal diameter which located in the center of microwave oven (2.45GHz). The experiments involve the flow rate of the water is (2, 4, and 6) l/hr and the power of the oven are (500, 750, 1000, and 1250) W. The temperature of the water increased by increasing power of microwaves and reached 110 ˚C at 1250 W and 2 l/hr flowrate and it is increased with decreasing of flowrates. The experimental temperature measured by inferred camera. The temperature predicted by COMSOL are aligned closely at power 500 W and all flow rate. The results were analysed by COMSOL Multiphysics (v6.0).

Abstract

This work is part of the development of algorithms and digital tools for the tomographic reconstruction of the (3D) temperature field from images resulting from thermal metrology based on two optical techniques (Moire deflectometry and holographic interferometry). It is intended not only for digital scientists and image processing specialists but also for researchers and practitioners in instrumentation and measurement by non-invasive techniques in general and in thermal metrology by optical techniques in particular  Tomography by optical techniques of axisymmetric transparent media, the main subject of application of this thesis, is a perfect example of an imaging system based on an elementary mathematical property (the Abel transform and its inverse in this case). This property comes up against in its practical application the hypersensitivity to noise and problems due to the intrinsic characteristics of this transform. However, the study of transparent media such as air in our case, which does not present any radiative, absorption or diffusion properties, makes the images resulting from optical techniques unusable only after a treatment which precedes the inverse calculation of the Abel transform. This treatment thus limiting the development of 3D imaging requires special attention. Furthermore, the tomographic reconstruction of the temperature field of such an environment will be done in two processing parts, the first of which will focus on the analysis of mud figures, while the second is dedicated to solving the inverse problem generated by the Abel transform.

Abstract

Teori Einstein-Debye memberikan deskripsi mekanika kuantum tentang kalor jenis zat padat, khususnya pada suhu rendah. Secara tradisional, teori ini telah dirumuskan menggunakan kuantisasi mode getaran dalam kisi kristal. Dalam artikel ini, kami menyajikan formulasi teori Einstein-Debye dengan menggunakan integral lintasan Feynman. Formulasi ini memberikan gambaran yang lebih mendalam tentang mekanika statistik kuantum getaran kisi, yang menawarkan kerangka kerja terpadu untuk memperoleh kalor jenis zat padat. Dengan menggunakan integral lintasan, kami mengeksplorasi kontribusi berbagai mode getaran dan pengaruhnya terhadap sifat termodinamika zat padat, yang memberikan perspektif baru tentang model Einstein dan Debye dalam satu teori yang koheren.

Abstract

The current research introduces a theoretical framework developed to integrate sustainability ideas into the construction sector. The suggested framework, established on the sustainable triple-bottom paragraph concept, encompasses resource preservation, expensive reduction, and planning that emphasizes the well-being. After conducting a comprehensive literature assessment, each concept related to strategies and methodologies applicable throughout the life cycle of construction projects is elucidated, accompanied by many case examples to illustrate the approaches. The framework will enable designers to achieve a suitable equilibrium among economic, cultural, and environmental considerations, transforming the mindset of construction practitioners regarding the information utilized in evaluating building projects, thus promoting the sustainability of the Iraqi construction industry.
