Reswara; Jurnal Riset Ilmu Teknik wadah pengetahuan terkemuka yang mengeksplorasi peran penting bidang teknik dalam mewujudkan SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). Abstract

Abstract Linear functions are a material in economic mathematics that is often used in solving economic problems. In economic mathematics, linear functions are used as demand functions and supply functions. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the demand function and supply function on market balance. The method used in this research is literature study. The results obtained are: (1) Market balance occurs when the supply function is the same as the demand function (2) The demand function and supply function are very influential in determining market balance. When you want to determine market balance, this is done by entering the equation of the demand function and also the supply function with the mathematical formula Qd = Qs or Pd = Ps (3) The rise and fall of supply and demand affects the market equilibrium price and quantity. Abstract

Abstrak Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi secara global berdampak pada berbagai sektor di Indonesia termasuk sektor UMKM. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, maka diperlukan strategi pemasaran bagi UMKM agar bisnisnya dapat bertahan dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan strategi pemasaran yang sesuai bagi UMKM agar mampu bertahan dalam kondisi pandemi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif eksplorasi dengan teknik observasi partisipatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang merupakan hasil dari observasi dan data sekunder berdasarkan tinjauan terhadap penelitian sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian memberikan rekomendasi bagi UMKM untuk menjual produknya melalui e-commerce dan melakukan promosi produk melalui digital marketing sebagai strategi pemasaran bertahan di masa pandemi. Selain itu, UMKM juga perlu mengoptimalkan hubungan pemasaran dengan pelanggan melalui customer relationship marketing agar tercipta pelanggan yang loyal. Pelanggan yang loyal berpotensi untuk melakukan pembelian berulang dan merekomendasikan produk kepada calon konsumen lainnya. Dengan menerapkan strategi tersebut, diharapkan agar bisnis UMKM dapat terus bertahan, serta memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat dan perekonomian. Abstract

CV Lestari is a company that produces asbestos. There are several asbestos production centers in the city of Jakarta, one of which is CV. CV Lestari is located in Buaran, East Jakarta. In implementing this plan, CV Lestari must compete with the companies or factories that follow it. CV Lestari must retain customers and anticipate ever-increasing market needs. Knowing these conditions, the author will provide alternatives to overcome these problems by identifying and analyzing company conditions, not only internal and external conditions but also profits, company competition using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Linear Goal Programming (LGP) methods. In this final project, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used because by using this method the priority calculation results show the roof tiles that consumers want compared to other products. CV Lestari, which produces asbestos, will try to improve product quality. their product. The Linear Goal Programming (LGP) method is also used using the QS (Quantitative System) program to obtain a planning strategy for the development of the roof tile industry based on sequential priorities, then the analysis is emphasized in calculating the quantity of roof tile products to find better ones. So, the goals achieved with optimal valves are also anticipating market needs and maximizing company/factory profits as well. Keywords: AHP, LGP, planning developing

Abstract

The business "Pempek Palembang Musi Raya" is a business in the culinary field that is managed as a family business. The products offered include submarine pempek, lenjer pempek, and adaan pempek, fish skin pempek, curly pempek, boiled tofu pempek, fried tofu pempek, model pempek, tekwan. This study aims to determine the feasibility of establishing a business "Pempek Palembang Musi Raya" located at Ragunan street Number 6A, Sunday Market, South Jakarta. The research was conducted by collecting data in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. The analytical methods used are legal analysis, marketing analysis, and environmental analysis, technical and technology analysis, HR analysis, and financial analysis. In this study the "Pempek Palembang Musi Raya" business has covered and fulfilled all aspects of the analytical method so that it can be declared feasible. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the feasibility of producing dishwashing liquid, with a focus on the case study of PT Nirmala Resik Indonesia. The feasibility of this business is assessed from various aspects, including financial, market, technical, management, and environmental aspects. In the financial aspect analysis, calculations are made for the initial investment, which includes the purchase of machinery, raw materials, and operational costs. The results indicate that the required initial investment is relatively high but can provide profitable returns in the long term. Profit and loss calculations also show that this business has the potential to generate stable profits. The market aspect becomes the next focus, involving an analysis of the market demand for dishwashing liquid. Market research reveals that the demand for dishwashing liquid continues to rise, especially with the increasing awareness of cleanliness. PT Nirmala Resik Indonesia has significant opportunities to effectively market its products and participate in this positive market growth. Technical analysis includes an evaluation of PT Nirmala Resik Indonesia's ability to produce dishwashing liquid that meets quality standards and customer needs. The results show that the company has adequate technology and production capabilities to produce high-quality products. The management aspect involves an assessment of the management team and the company's business strategy. PT Nirmala Resik Indonesia has an experienced team and a commitment to business development. They also have a comprehensive business plan for long-term growth. Finally, the environmental analysis covers the impact of dishwashing liquid production on the environment. The company is expected to comply with environmental regulations and have appropriate waste management plans. Based on the analysis conducted, it can be concluded that PT Nirmala Resik Indonesia's dishwashing liquid production business has a fairly good potential for success. Despite requiring significant initial investment, positive market opportunities, adequate production capabilities, and competent management can support the success of this business. By following good business practices and adhering to environmental regulations, the company can grow and thrive sustainably in this competitive market. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study how to implement marketing mix strategies in the Tempe Mendoan business. The current global pandemic, namely Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19), is hampering all community activities. The social distance system implemented to minimize the spread of virus transmission, on the other hand, has a negative impact. One of the elements most affected by the social distancing system is the workforce. Many workers were laid off and even laid off (termination of employment) due to the decline in company activity. Therefore, people are expected to become more creative and innovative individuals so that they can survive in meeting their daily needs, especially in this pandemic era. One way is to create an SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) which can be done at home by utilizing existing technology. Mendoan tempeh is a traditional culinary product that has great potential in the food market. In Indonesia, tempe mendoan has become an inseparable part of culinary culture, offering a distinctive taste that is appetizing. However, in the midst of increasingly fierce market competition, an effective marketing strategy is crucial to maintaining and increasing the competitiveness of this product. However, the large number of competitors and the current pandemic conditions mean that the Tempe Mendoan business must have a good and mature marketing strategy, namely the 7P Marketing Mix strategy. The research method the author uses is phenomenology with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation and documentation related to research. The research results show that the application of the 7P marketing mix method can provide development to the businesses run by MSMEs in Tempe Mendoan.

Abstract

Queues are part of everyday life. Queues occur when the number of customers to be served exceeds the available service capacity. This queuing situation can be found on several occasions, one of which is at the delivery counter at PT Batik Ekspedisi Indonesia. The aim of this research is to analyze the customer service queuing system that occurs at PT BEI at the delivery counter. Which describes how the queue conditions are and to find out whether the service provided to customers has been carried out optimally, even though the company already has several goods delivery counters. For this reason, modeling and simulation using the Monte Carlo method with a Multi Channel Single Phase queuing system are used. And using Arena software to create a simulation model of the queue model at PT BEI. This research uses the observation method or goes directly into the field and carries out library research and laboratory research. The results displayed are in the form of a simulation using Arena software on the desktop layer.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memeriksa penerapan Strategi Industri Bisnis dengan penekanan pada Metode Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) di PT. Citra Van Titipan Kilat. Dalam menghadapi persaingan yang intensif, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi langkah-langkah implementasi E-CRM yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan memperkuat hubungan pelanggan. Metode penelitian melibatkan wawancara dan analisis data kualitatif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa integrasi E-CRM di PT. Citra Van Titipan Kilat berhasil meningkatkan retensi pelanggan dan responsivitas terhadap kebutuhan pelanggan, dengan dampak positif pada efisiensi operasional. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan praktis tentang manfaat strategis E-CRM dalam konteks industri logistik, sekaligus memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman teoretis di bidang ini. Penelitian ini tidak hanya memberikan landasan bagi perusahaan serupa untuk mengadopsi strategi serupa, tetapi juga menggarisbawahi pentingnya penerapan E-CRM dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan kualitas layanan di sektor logistik. Implikasi praktis dari temuan ini diharapkan dapat membantu organisasi dalam mengoptimalkan pengelolaan hubungan pelanggan dan meraih keunggulan kompetitif.

Abstract

Artikel ini menguak keunggulan dan strategi model bisnis Tape Singkong Kang Asep, usaha mikro menengah (UMKM) yang mengkhususkan diri dalam produksi tape singkong. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, artikel ini menyoroti faktor kunci kesuksesan, termasuk kualitas produk dan inovasi. Strategi pemasaran yang cerdas, seperti pemanfaatan media sosial dan kemitraan lokal, menjadi landasan keberhasilan dalam menjangkau pasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selain kualitas produk, adaptasi terhadap tren pasar dan pemanfaatan platform digital adalah elemen krusial dalam kesuksesan model bisnis ini. Implikasinya memberikan panduan bagi UMKM sejenis untuk mengadopsi strategi serupa guna meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan di pasar yang dinamis.

Abstract

Masyarakat dan kebudayaan manusia di mana pun dan kapan pun selalu mengalami perubahan. Perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi dapat berjalan lambat dan dapat pula berjalan cepat. Oleh sebab itu perlu diidentifikasi dampak modernisasi terhadap system social budaya masyarakat tani menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dengan kajian kepustakaan (library research). Perubahan sosial memberikan dampak positif maupun negatif dalam segala aspek kehidupan masyarakat tani. Modernisasi pertanian dapat dimaknai sebagai pengembangan teknologi dalam pertanian yang mencakup manajemen pertanaman, sarana produksi serta alat dan mesin pertanian. Perubahan sosial masyarakat tani terjadi akibat dari modernisasi pertanian, hal ini dapat dilihat dari masuknya alat mesin pertanian modern seperti mesin penuai dan traktor tangan, hal tersebut berdampak pada hilangnya mata pencaharian buruh tani yang mendapatkan upah dari pekerjaan menuai. Perubahan sosial masyarakat terjadi karena dorongan dari beberapa faktor diantaranya, pola pendidikan, sistem ekonomi, politik, dan faktor terpenting adalah teknologi.
