Abstract

Pneumonia is very dependent on the daily behavior of the mother in taking action to prevent her toddler from contracting a dangerous disease. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between mother's behavior and the incidence of pneumonia in toddlers in Pajar Bulan. From the Chi Square test results obtained p value (0.000) knowledge variable <α (0.05), attitude variable p value (0.000) <α (0.05), mother's action variable p value (0.181) <α (0, 05). These results can be interpreted that there is a significant relationship between knowledge, attitudes and actions of mothers regarding the incidence of pneumonia in the working area of ​​the Pajar Bulan Health Center, Semende Darat Ulu District, Muara Enim Regency.

Abstract

Deployment Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) increases the risk of infection in the elderly, especially elderly people who have the diseasecomorbid if infected it will worsen the condition of the elderly. Due to this pandemic. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of health-based education WhatsApp Group to knowledge, attitudes and actions caregiver elderly withcomorbid in preventing COVID-19 infection. Research design Quasi Eksperimen Pre Posttest With Non Equivalent Control Group. The total sample was 76 people consisting of 38 intervention groups and 38 control groups. Sampling method probability sampling by using techniques Sample Random Sampling. The research results showed that there was a significant influence on the knowledge, attitudes and actions obtained (p < α = 0.05). Conclusion based health education WhatsApp Group effectively improve knowledge, attitudes and actions caregiver elderly with comorbid in preventing COVID-19 infection.

Abstract

Indonesia is the third country with the highest prevalence in Southeast Asia with the number of stunting at 30.8% above the limit set by WHO, namely 20%. West Sumatra Province in 2021 the incidence of stunting was 25.6%. One area with a proportion of stunted toddlers is Sijunjung at 30.1%. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between maternal knowledge about nutrition and feeding patterns and the incidence of stunting in toddlers aged 12-59 months in the Sijunjung health center working area. This research is a descriptive study with an analytical survey, and the design is cross sectional. The population of this study were all mothers with children under five who were in the working area of ​​the Sijunjung Community Health Center. Purposive sampling was used to select 30 mothers and toddlers aged 12-59 months. This research uses a questionnaire as a research instrument. The research results show that there is a relationship between maternal nutritional knowledge and stunting with a p-value of 0.005 > 0.05, and there is a relationship between feeding patterns and stunting with a p-value of 0.001 > 0.05. And to the community health center.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of early complementary feeding on the nutritional status and incidence of diarrhea in infants aged 0-6 months at the 7 Ulu Palembang Community Health Center in August 2022. Employing an observational analytic approach with a cross-sectional design, the study sampled 47 infants using simple random sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires and measurements, and analyzed using Chi-square tests (p < 0.05). The study found a significant relationship between early complementary feeding and poor nutritional status (p = 0.048) as well as the incidence of diarrhea (p = 0.029) in infants. These findings underscore the importance of adhering to recommended feeding guidelines to improve infant health outcomes.

Abstract

Fluid restrictions cause patients with kidney failure to become stressed and anxious about facing a life-threatening disease. Family support is very much needed for patients with chronic kidney failure. Research Objective: To determine the relationship between family support and compliance with fluid restrictions in patients with chronic kidney failure in the hemodialysis room at Siti Fatimah Az-Zahra Regional Hospital, South Sumatra Province in 2023. Quantitative research method using analytical surveys and using correlational research with a cross sectional design. Research results: There is a significant relationship between family support and compliance with fluid restrictions in chronic kidney failure patients in the hemodialysis room at Siti Fatimah Az-Zahra Regional Hospital, South Sumatra Province in 2023 with a p.value of 0.016 and OR 5.769.

Abstract

The present study has been conducted to investigate the Psychological Techniques to reduce the psychological illness of athletes.  Study includes the athletes (Distract level players) in Aurangabad respectively who were between the age of 20 and 30. To assess the Anxiety and Frustration and factors of the subject the Shina’s Anxiety inventory and  Nayrashmapa Frustration test and Psychological Techniques is counseling and Guidance, Meditation, and  Relaxations techniques.   Research design is Pre-Post test.  Proposed Statistical Procedure is Descriptive statistics i.e. Mean, S.D, will be computed and‘t’ test .Conclusion in this study On the basis of data and discussion of results, the hypotheses were tested and verified. Psychological illness of athletes tends to show reduced by Psychological techniques.
