Abstract

. This study reviews the role of Islamic economics in promoting financial inclusion through literature analysis. Through a comprehensive review, we evaluate the concept of financial inclusion, Islamic economic principles, and the contribution of Islamic financial institutions to financial inclusion. The results showed that the Islamic economy plays a significant role in increasing public access to financial services by developing products and services in accordance with Islamic principles. Principles such as the prohibition of usury and the equitable sharing of risks serve as the foundation for financial products and services that are more inclusive and sustainable. Institutions such as Islamic banks, Islamic microfinance institutions, and Islamic capital markets have an important role in reducing financial disparities and increasing public access to financial services. Nevertheless, challenges such as low levels of Islamic financial literacy and unsupportive regulations remain obstacles to Islamic economic development and financial inclusion. Therefore, further steps are needed to improve Islamic financial literacy, strengthen supportive regulations, and encourage innovation in Islamic financial products and services.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the performance of lecturers in the basic laboratory integrated service unit in academic services at tadulako University Palu. The results of the research show that the performance of lecturers at the basic laboratory integrated service unit in academic services at tadulako University Palu has not run optimally, this is because of the 4 aspects studied, there are 3 aspects that have not worked well, namely aspects of effectiveness, responsibility and discipline and only 1 the aspect that works well is the initiative aspect. The research suggestion is that to improve the performance of basic laboratoty lecturers, it is necessary to build a performance concept to improve the quality of academic services at tadulako University Palu, especially at the basic laboratory integrated service unit adjusted to the organization and governance that apply in the basic laboratory integrated service unit. To improve the quality of lecturer performance at the basic laboratory integrated service unit at Tadulako University Palu, the fooowing steps must be taken: it is necessary to create a workshop on the academic service system which is attended by basic laboratory lecturers at tadulako University Palu, it is necessary to give academic sanctions to lecturers who are in effective in their work, such as is no longer scheduled for the next semester after previously being evaluated as irresponsible in carrying out academic services, it is necessary to review the amount and time of honorarium payments that apply in the basic laboratory integrated servive unit Tadulako University Palu.

Abstract

Due to time constraints and limited guidance, there remains room for improvement in students' academic performance. To address this issue, the principal and school staff coordinate extracurricular activities as an additional strategy to enhance academic success and foster students' talents and interests. These extracurricular endeavors, conducted outside regular class hours, serve not only as a means for the principal to support learning but also as avenues for enhancing the overall educational experience. In this study, literature review methods are employed to identify theories relevant to contemporary leadership phenomena. The theoretical frameworks uncovered in this research will serve as the foundation and roadmap for subsequent field investigations. Literature review, a method used to gather pertinent information and sources, spans across various media platforms. The findings underscore the critical role of effective learning management within the school setting. The principal collaborates with all stakeholders to improve the learning environment. Emphasizing the importance of extracurricular activities in enriching the learning process, efforts are directed towards enhancing school quality. Leadership in education serves as the cornerstone in aligning all activities with the school's vision, mission, and objectives. By fostering a secure and enjoyable learning atmosphere, the principal inspires enthusiasm and enjoyment in the educational journey. Despite diligent educational initiatives, there remains potential for further enhancing the academic achievements of all students

Abstract

The research analysis aims to find out whether service quality and brand image simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with Gojek service products (case study of 2020 stambuk management students at Panca Budi Development University, Medan. The data analysis technique used is an associative research method with the help of the SPSS program . This research uses path analysis. The sample in this research is 96 respondents. Primary data collection using a questionnaire shows that service quality partially has a positive and significant effect on the brand image of Gojek service products (case study of Stambuk Management Students 2020 at Panca Development University. Budi Medan. Service quality partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with Gojek service products (case study of Stambuk management students 2020 Panca Development University Budi Medan. Brand image partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with Gojek service products (student case study 2020 stambuk management, Panca Budi Development University, Medan. Service quality and brand image simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with Gojek service products (case study of 2020 stambuk management students at Panca Budi Development University, Medan. Abstract

This research aims to reveal methods for increasing human resources for recording and managing zakat in an effort to increase macroeconomic growth in Indonesia. The research method is in the form of a descriptive method or an elaboration method with a type of qualitative research based on the phenomenon of human resource development for zakat managers in Indonesia who have insufficient work competency. The data collection technique uses note-taking techniques on data in the form of sentence descriptions or other data that supports research needs. The data analysis model uses the Miles and Huberman analysis model which consists of three actions, namely data reduction, data presentation, and determining initial conclusions. The research results reveal that actions to increase Human Resources in zakat management are carried out with assistance from superiors in zakat institutions in terms of employee introduction, training and work processes, provision of performance facilities and infrastructure that support employee performance, as well as incentives. Accurately recording, managing and distributing zakat has the impact of increasing macroeconomic growth due to four things, namely income distribution, economic empowerment of the people, social investment, and increased consumption and investment.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the Stunting Prevention Program at the Kombo Community Health Center, South Dampal District, Tolitoli Regency. The basis of this research is descriptive qualitative with a total of 9 informants. Data and material collection was carried out through informants accompanied by observation, interviews and documentation. The theory used in this research is Richard M. Steers (1985-53), which includes: (1) Goal Achievement (2) Integration, (3) Adaptation. Data analysis used in this research includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that the Stunting Prevention Program at the UPT Puskesmas Kombo, Dampal Selatan District, Tolitoli Regency is quite effective in terms of achieving goals, integration and adaptation. However, in the process of the stunting prevention program, obstacles are still found, namely mothers of toddlers who experience stunting are not diligent in attending posyandu, mothers have limited knowledge regarding correct child rearing patterns and providing nutritious food, the condition of children who have difficulty eating and the lack of clean water for consumption and mothers Stunted toddlers are less able to grasp socialization material quickly due to limited knowledge.

Abstract

Analisis pengaruh musyarakah, mudharabah, dan liabilitas terhadap laba tahun berjalan menjadi tujuan utama penelitian ini. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel yang digunakan adalah Bank Mega Syariah selama 10 tahun mulai tahun 2014 hingga 2023. Teknikiyang digunakanidalam sampeliini adalahiteknik purposive sampling. Proses pengumpulan datanya berupa laporan keuangan tahunan dengan data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder eksternal dan kajian literatur. Temuan penelitianiini menunjukkan bahwa Musyarakah, Mudharabah dan Liabilitas secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap laba tahun berjalan.

Abstract

. Capital expenditures and personnel expenditures reflect unique economic and public administration dynamics in the provincial context. Both have a vital role in supporting infrastructure development, public services and inclusive economic growth, especially in West Java Province. The aim of this research is to test whether capital expenditure and employee expenditure have an effect on Regional Original Income. This research uses a quantitative research approach. The data source used in this research is a secondary data source originating from the Regional Financial Information System (SIKD) which is published via the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) website. The results of this research show that the variables of employee expenditure and capital expenditure have a significant positive effect on Regional Original Income.

Abstract

Zakat has great potential to alleviate poverty and equalize welfare in Indonesia. This potential is influenced by the existence of a very large Muslim population in Indonesia. Therefore, there is a need for BAZNAS to manage zakat effectively in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Allocation to Collection Ratio (ACR) analysis method which aims to analyze the effectiveness of zakat management by BAZNAS in Indonesia. The data of this study were obtained from BAZNAS financial statements during the period 2018-2022. From the research that has been conducted, it shows that from 2018-2022 BAZNAS has carried out zakat management very effectively which has an average score of 95.59%. This shows that BAZNAS has succeeded in achieving its goals and realizing its targets very well. Keywords : BAZNAS, Effectiveness, Zakat, Management Abstrak Zakat berpotensi besar dalam upaya pengentasan kemiskinan dan pemerataan kesejahteraan di Indonesia. Potensi ini dipengaruhi oleh adanya penduduk muslim di Indonesia dengan jumlah yang sangat besar. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan adanya BAZNAS untuk mengelola zakat secara efektif di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis Allocation to Collection Ratio (ACR) yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pengelolaan zakat oleh BAZNAS di Indonesia. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari laporan keuangan BAZNAS selama periode 2018-2022. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa sejak tahun 2018-2022 BAZNAS telah melakukan pengelolaan zakat dengan sangat efektif yang memiliki skor rata-rata 95,59%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa BAZNAS berhasil mencapai tujuannya dan merealisasikan targetnya dengan sangat baik.

Abstract

Dalam melaksanakan kinerjanya, Dinas Ketahanan Pangan, Pertanian dan Kesehatan Hewan Provinsi Kepulauan Riau perlu melakukan pengawasan, akuntabilitas, dan transparansi terhadap kinerjanya sebagai pertanggungjawaban pada masyarakat. Karya ilmiah ini mengusung suatu gagasan model mengenai impelementasi pengawasan, akuntabilitas dan transparansi kinerja pegawai menggunakan model Smart and Accurate. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana konsep penerapan program Smart and Accurate dalam rangka pengawasan, akuntabilitas dan transparansi keuangan. Tujuan penulisan yaitu untuk mengetahui rancangan dari model Smart dan Accurate pada pelaksanaan pengawasan, akuntabilitas, dan transparansi kinerja sehingga dapat dijadikan referensi bagi pimpinan dan maupun lembaga lain. Pendekatan penelitian dilakuakn dengan metode kualitatif dengan didukung Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan kajian Pustaka pada penelitian terdahulu. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan yaitu Model Smart and Accurate ini merupakan kerangka untuk mencapai pelaksanaan pengawasan, akuntabilitas, dan transparansi secara cerdas dab akurat. Implementasi model dengan integrasi antara aplikasi-aplikasi pelaporan dan akuntabilitas seperti SAKIP dan e-performance. Serta mendorong keterbukaan informasi melalui website official yang dimiliki tanpa harus membuat suatu aplikasi online baru dalam melakukan pengawasan, akuntabilitas dan transparansi. Model ini juga menghendaki adanya akuntabilitas dua sisi pada masyarakat dan ke lembaga otoritas yang lebih tinggi. Serta mencapai kinerja secara efisien dan mendukung keterbukaan informasi.
