Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Training and Work Environment on Employee Performance in the Fire Department. The sampling technique was carried out using a saturated sample technique obtained by 88 samples. The method used is quantitative method. This study used multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test using t test and F test. The results of the study conducted in the t test (partial) training variable had an effect on performance with a sig value of 0.004 < 0.05 and a calculated t value of 6.173 t > table 1.988. The work environment variable did not have a significant effect on performance by obtaining a t count of 1.689 < t table 1.988 with a sig of 0.095 > 0.05. The results obtained from the F test (simultaneous) variables of training, work environment and performance affect simultaneously with the calculation results F calculated at 42.885 > 3.10 with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

To achieve the goals of a company, employee performance is needed which is a driving factor for the creation of every organization in the company. However, to support the achievement of company goals, there are several factors that are strong and perfect employee performance, such as Communication, Work Stress, and Compensation. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an Effect of Communication, Work Stress and Compensation on Employee Performance. The analysis method used is quantitative analysis. Using non-probability sampling research techniques with data analysis methods Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Regression Analysis and Hypothesis Test using partial and simultaneous. Abstract

This study aims to see the extent of the influence of the independent variable of the Recruitment Process and the free variable of Selection on the variable tied to Employee Performance partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted at PT Padma Soode Indonesia located on Jl. Raya Narogong No.KM.15 Ciketing Udik, Bantar Gebang District, Bekasi City, West Java. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach. The sample in this study used the Random Sampling technique. The data obtained is primary data from the results of questionnaire answers distributed to 92 respondents and processed using the SPSS program version 22. The results showed that in the partial t test, the Recruitment Process variable did not have a significant effect on Employee Performance and the Selection Variable had a significant effect on Employee Performance. In Test F, the variables of the Recruitment and Selection Process simultaneously affect Employee Performance. The next suggestion to researchers is to conduct research by adding other variables such as placement and with a larger number of respondents

Abstract

Transformational leadership and knowledge management on organizational performance in coffee shops. This study aims to determine how the influence of transformational leadership and knowledge management on organizational performance at coffee shops in North Bekasi. In this study, researchers used a quantitative approach with the Smart PLS method which is useful for analyzing the influence of transformational leadership and knowledge management on organizational performance at coffee shops in North Bekasi city using 46 respondents who were randomly distributed through questionnaires to the owner of each coffee shop.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study using a questionnaire addressed to employees of PT. Samara Inovasi Hutama. Sampling in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a total sample of 40 respondents. The design used in this study is hypothesis testing using the SmartPLS 4.0 statistical tool.The results of this study provide an explanation that the variable Awareness has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Samara Inovasi Hutama. However, the variables of work discipline and work environment have no effect on the performance of employees of PT. Samara Inovasi Hutama in this study indicating that work discipline and work environment are not the main considerations in employee performance.

Abstract

This research is research used to measure the influence of financial literacy, religion, risk and locus of control on financial distress in the millennial generation in Bekasi City. This research is quantitative research where the objects used are the millennial generation in Bekasi City. The technique used uses a probability sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The number of samples used in this research was 132 respondents. The design used in this research is hypothesis testing using the structural equitation model (SEM) - SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this research provide an explanation that each variable in this research, namely financial literacy, religion, risk and locus of control, has an influence on financial distress. This research has the limitation of the research object being that it was only carried out on the millennial generation in Bekasi City. This can be a suggestion for future researchers. The novelty in this research combines the variables of financial literacy, religion, risk and locus of control on financial distress in the millennial generation in Bekasi City
