Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of leverage ratios measured using debt to total assets or debt ratios (DAR) and profitability ratios measured using return on assets (ROA) in predicting financial distress in food and beverage companies listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia period. This research is a quantitative study, while the study population was taken from Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. The number of samples selected was 10 company samples determined by the purposive sampling method. This type of secondary data was obtained from www.idnfinancial.com. The data analysis method used is the Classic Assumption Test and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS version 16. The results of the study show that: 1) the leverage ratio and profitability ratio together (simultaneously) influence in predicting financial distress. 2) Leverage Ratio (DAR) has an influence in predicting financial distress, t calculate 1,400 with a significance of 0.168 at a significance level of 20%. 3) Profitability Ratio (ROA) effect in predicting financial distress, t arithmetic - 3,003 with a significance of 0.04 level of 5%.

Abstract

Organizational behavior on employee focus to how to think, feel and behavior of individuals, groups and organizations on the personality and attitude or behavior is influenced by motivation, abilities (ability) and perceptions of personality, values (values), perceptions, emotions, attitudes and stress. Employee performance is determined by leadership in the organization. The behavior of employees who either positive influence on their performance so needed motivation to encourage employees to improve job satisfaction with organizational culture that has an influence on organizational behavior so that it affects job satisfaction which can improve the performance of its employees . The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence Organizational Behavior upon servant performance, to find out how much influence E-Auction Event Construction and Procurement upon servant performance, to find out how much influence Organizational Behavior and E-Auction Construction and Acquisition Activity upon servant performance. The method used is quantitative, from 28 respondents CV employees. PESONA ALAM district Kediri who worked for at least 1 year by giving answers to the questionnaire . The results of this study are the Effects of Organizational and E- Auction on employee Performance showed significant 0.000 (b) which means that the variable behavior of Organitation and E-Auctions are significantly may affect the variable employees performance. Influence of Organizational Behavior against Employees performance show influence positively and significantly to the performance of these employees were necessary to achieve the effectiveness and success of an organization. Effect of E-Auction of the performance of employees affect positive and significant on the performance of employees, Organizational Behavior dominant influence to variable Y is compared with the variable Employee Performance X2 is E - Auction. Employees who have high levels of job satisfaction are more likely to behave extra roles. The results of this study are expected to be useful in developing the following research on organizational behavior

Abstract

This research is motivated by the growing of economy which is enlivened by various kinds of business competition, such as in the automotive sector. PT. MPM Kediri Motor is one of the official dealers of Honda motorcycle products that struggle to full fill the consumers need in the automotive field by carrying out the concept of better serving. In running the business, PT. MPM Motor Kediri needs to maintain customer satisfaction to create customer’s loyalty, by improving product quality and service quality that is provided to customers. The loyalty level of customers to PT. MPM Motor Kediri is still lacking or beneath of PT. MPM Kediri Motor’s target. The purpose of this research is, to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction in creating customer loyalty. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. The population is all customers / consumers of PT. MPM Motor Kediri, while the sample of this study is 100 customers of PT. MPM Motor Kediri who came to take the BPKB. Data collection techniques through questionnaires with the sampling technique used is the Slovin method. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 15.0, which previously the descriptive variable test, validity test, reliability test, coefficient of determination, significant test (T test and F test), multiple linear regression is tested first. Based on the results of regression analysis shows that product quality (X1) and service quality (X2) partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). Customer satisfaction variable (Y) partially also has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty (Z). Based on the research results, the company is expected to increase customer satisfaction by maintaining product quality and the service quality. PT. MPM Motor must continue to control the marketed products and conduct regular evaluations or employees training or FLP in providing satisfactory services.

Abstract

Land dispute cases are still common in Indonesia, this problem is what makes the government really think of the best solution to avoid such social conflicts. That is why, the management of land serotying as a basis for the legal force of land ownership became a priority in the presidential program of 2019 years. The program was realized in the acceleration program of complete systematic land registration. The Program proved to reduce the problem of land disputes and make Indonesia has agrarian spatial well. All that, not apart from the role of HR in BPN quality and the team that support the program. In order for the program to run properly, certain strategies are required so that objectives can be achieved. This research explains the strategy, influencing factors, and implementation of PTSL.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the financial health of banks on the profitability and corporate value of BUMN banks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period of 2015-2019. The population in this study was obtained using the Purposive sampling method and based on predetermined criteria, a sample of 4 BUMN bank companies was obtained. The analytical method used is multiple linear analysis with SPSS application tools. This variable is used in research, namely, Non Performing Loans (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), BOPO and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) as independent variables, and Return on Assets (ROA) and Price to Book Value (PBV) as variables dependent. The results showed that partially Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) had a significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA) and Price to Book Value (PBV) of bank BUMN listed on the IDX, Non Performing Loans (NPLs), Loans to Deposit Ratio ( LDR) has a significant influence on Price to Book Value (PBV) of listed state banks on the IDX while Non-Performing Loans (NPLs), Loans to Deposit Ratio (LDR) have an insignificant effect on ROA listed bank assets. on the IDX and BOPO have insignificant influence on the bank BUMN Price to Book Value (PBV) listed on the IDX and Return On Assets (ROA) have no significant effect on the bank BUMNPrice to Book Value (PBV) listed on the IDX. F test results state that the independent variables jointly affect the dependent variable under study.
