The crime of physical sexual violence against individuals with mental disorders is a serious human rights violation and requires strict law enforcement. This study examines Decision Number 657/Pid.B/2024/PN Tjk, in which the defendant was found guilty under Article 285 of the Criminal Code and sentenced to eight years in prison and a fine of Rp 2,000. This study aims to analyze how law enforcement is carried out against perpetrators of sexual violence targeting people with mental disorders and to identify factors that hinder this process. Using a normative and empirical juridical approach, data were collected through a literature review and interviews with investigators, judges, and legal scholars, then analyzed qualitatively. The findings indicate that although law enforcement has been carried out in accordance with the Criminal Code, weaknesses still remain, especially at the execution stage, which focuses more on punishment than on victim recovery. In addition, this study identifies challenges related to legal substance, law enforcement capacity, infrastructure, and socio-cultural attitudes. In conclusion, synchronization between the Criminal Code and Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning Crimes of Sexual Violence is crucial to ensure justice, with an emphasis on victim restitution, rehabilitation, and strengthening inter-institutional coordination.

Pregnancy is a physiological process that women go through. The pregnancy process begins with conception and ends with childbirth. Prevention of emergency conditions during pregnancy is carried out four times throughout the pregnancy period. This effort is done to observe the development and growth of the fetus and monitor the health of the mother during pregnancy. Mothers will undergo hemodilation or blood tests, which put them at risk of anemia. Method: This study used a cross-sectional approach. There were 42 pregnant women in the Telaga Dewa Community Health Center working area who were selected as research samples using accidental sampling techniques. The research subjects had to meet the predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The research data consisted of primary and secondary data. Data or variables were analyzed using the Chi-square formula. Of the 42 pregnant women, 23 (54.8%) were non-compliant and 19 (42.2%) were compliant. For pregnant women with hemoglobin ≥ 11 gr%, 19 pregnant women (42.2%) took iron tablets, while 23 pregnant women (54.8%) with hemoglobin ≤ 11 gr% took iron tablets. The Chi-Square test yielded a P-value (<0.000) < (0.05), indicating a significant association between pregnant women's compliance in taking iron tablets and hemoglobin levels

Cases of vertigo at Sawah Lebar Community Health Center increased from 68 in 2022 to 84 in 2024, with pharmacological therapy as the main treatment. Brandt Daroff Exercise is a simple and safe technique proven to reduce headache intensity in vertigo patients. This study aimed to determine its effectiveness in lowering headache pain scales among vertigo patients in the Sawah Lebar Community Health Center, Bengkulu City. The research used a descriptive case study on one 38-year-old patient. The intervention was conducted for 10 consecutive days, three times daily, lasting 20–30 minutes per session. Pain intensity was assessed using the Numeric Rating Scale before and after each session. Results showed a consistent reduction in pain scale from 6 on the first day to 1 on the tenth day, with gradual improvement observed in all daily measurements. The findings indicate that Brandt Daroff Exercise effectively decreases headache levels and supports non-pharmacological management of vertigo. This exercise is easy to perform, cost-effective, and suitable for use in primary healthcare settings. It can also be taught as a home-based self-therapy for patients to improve symptom control and enhance their quality of life.

Hypertension is a major global health problem, affecting approximately 1.28 billion people worldwide (WHO, 2024). In Indonesia, the prevalence of hypertension reached 34.1% in 2023, indicating a significant public health concern. At Pasar Ikan Health Center in Bengkulu City, hypertension cases have shown a marked increase, rising from 1,193 cases in 2020 to 2,307 cases in 2024. If left uncontrolled, hypertension can result in severe complications, including stroke, heart failure, and other cardiovascular diseases. Non-pharmacological interventions, such as the administration of green grass jelly, have been explored as complementary therapies to help manage blood pressure naturally. This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of green grass jelly in reducing blood pressure among hypertensive patients in the working area of Pasar Ikan Health Center, Bengkulu City, in 2025. A descriptive case study was conducted on one hypertensive patient who received 100 grams of green grass jelly daily for seven consecutive days. The patient’s blood pressure decreased from 140/90 mmHg before the intervention to 134/80 mmHg on the seventh day, indicating a positive response. These results suggest that green grass jelly is effective in helping to stabilize blood pressure. Therefore, it can be considered a safe, natural, and accessible complementary therapy for managing hypertension”

This study aims to analyze in depth the dynamics of criminal procedural law in narcotics cases through a case study of the Bireuen District Court's Vrijspraak Decision Number : 202/Pid.Sus/2024/PN Bir and an examination of the Cassation decision submitted by the Public Prosecutor, namely the Supreme Court Decision Number : 7506 K/Pid.Sus/2025. This study uses a normative legal research method, which analyzes court decisions as positive rules. The case approach is used to critically compare the ratio decidendi of two court decisions at different levels. The results of the study indicate that the Bireuen District Court erred in applying the doctrine of limited negative evidence by prioritizing the lack of physical control of narcotics (insufficient valid evidence), which resulted in the failure to form a conviction in the judge. The Public Prosecutor challenged the decision by arguing an error in the application of the law (onjuiste toepassing van het recht). The Supreme Court, as judex juris, corrected the error in the ruling by confirming that the element of "intermediary" had been fulfilled through the defendant's functional role in the criminal network, even though evidence was found on another party. This correction affirmed the Supreme Court's role as guardian of the unity of substantive law.
