The COVID-19 pandemic was a surprising event in early 2020. Patients were confirmed positive and patients died increasingly showing an increasing trend. Good knowledge and perception from the community are needed to break the chain of distribution of COVID-19. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of public perceptions about the risk of COVID-19 in Indonesia. This research is a descriptive study and used 134 respondents from several regions in Indonesia and taken used an accidental sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire consisting of 19 statements to measure people's perceptions about the risk of COVID-19. The results showed that the level of public perception in this study was 85.8%. The results of this study can be used as a basis for relevant parties in planning actions and also in formulating policies to break the chain of COVID-19 distribution in Indonesia.

Hypertension is a condition where an increase in blood pressure above normal. High prevalence of hypertension occurs in women. in Sumbar hypertension in women reaches 24%, and in Puskesmas Nanggalo reaches 7.53%. Factors of hypertension in women are obesity and stress. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the incidence of hypertension in women at the Nanggalo Padang Health Center. This research uses descriptive analytic cross sectional design. Data collection was conducted at Nanggalo Public Health Center in Padang with a sample of 57 people, with accidental sampling technique. Retrieval of data using primary data collected through questionnaires and weighing BMI and secondary data obtained from the documentation study at Padang Nanggalo Public Health Center. Data were processed with SPSS using univariate analysis of frequency distribution and bivariate chi- square test.The results of the study are known from 57 respondents 66.7% who suffer from hypertension, 78.4% respondents who are obese, 80% respondents are stressed Bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between. The relationship between obesity and hypertension (p= 0.024 ? 0.05). The relationship between stress and hypertension (p=0.030 ? 0.05). From the results of this study the incidence of hypertension in women is related to the use obesity and stress. Suggestions for health workers to further improve counseling about healthy eating and exercise to prevent hypertension.

Free sex behavior is a sexual activity that carried out without being based on a legal marriage relationship. Among adolescents the behavior occurs because most of them do not know the impact of free sex behavior. In addition, free sex behavior can also damage their future. This study aimed to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and sexual behavior among adolescent in SMKN 1 Bengkulu City. A quantitative study with cross sectional design was conducted in 80 respondents, who were selected using simple random sampling. Most of the respondents had good level of knowledge (78.8%), had most favorable attitudes (81.2%) and had most low risk sexual behavior (90.0%). The data were analyzed by using Fisher's Exact test, and obtained p-value = 0.001. It is showed that, there is relationship between knowledge and sexual behavior, with moderate category. There is relationship between attitude and sex behavior with p-value = 0,000 with a close category. It is recommended that SMKN 1 through counseling teachers to provide health education about sexual behavior and its effects so as to prevent free sex behavior among adolescents.

The patient's risk of falling is an increased susceptibility to falls that can cause physical harm. Prevention of falling patients is carried out by means of assessment, the use of a yellow bracelet for a high fall risk; as well as conducting regular monitoring and evaluation. External factors that influence the implementation of fall risk prevention are organizational and management factors, work environment, team factors, staff factors, task factors, patient factors, and communication factors. Monitoring results obtained by nurses have provided fall prevention education, there are still bedrails that are not raised and there are high risk patients. From these data it can be concluded that the nurse has carried out the fall risk assessment properly but the implementation of fall prevention has not been optimal and there is a risk of falling patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the risk of falling patients by nurses at Encik Mariyam Daik Lingga Hospital in 2019. This study used a descriptive analytical method with a cross sectional approach, the sample selection was carried out by using total sampling technique, the number of samples used was 32 respondents. The results were analyzed by using the chi square test and showed a relationship between factors, namely knowledge, attitudes and motivation of nurses with preventive measures for the risk of falling patients by nurses at RSUDEncik Mariyam Daik Lingga in 2019. Researcher's suggestions are that nurses can further improve knowledge, attitudes and motivation for good performance. especially in providing nursing care in the form of prevention of the risk of falling patients.

Hypercholesterolemia is one of the causes of metabolic disorders that cause coronary heart disease, blood vessels and diseases related to blockage of blood vessels. WHO data in 2015 states that more than 17 million people worldwide die from coronary heart disease and blood vessels. The results of screening for the elderly in the Daik Community Health Center Work Area in 2019, of the 398 elderly who were examined, there were 283 elderly who had hypercholesterolemia, namely 71.1% of the elderly with cholesterol> 200 mg / dl. One of the factors that affect hypercholesterolemia, among others: Diet and Physical Activity. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence hypercholesterolemia in the elderly in the Daik Community Health Center Work Area in 2020. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional design. The study population was 283 elderly people aged> 60 years who had hypercholesterolemia. The sample in this study were 165 people with purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a Diet questionnaire and a Physical Activity questionnaire. which was carried out on the elderly aged 60-75 years with hypercholesterolemia .. Data analysis for bivariate with chi-square test at degree ? = 0.05. The results showed that the eating habits of the most respondents were eating foods containing cholesterol, the results of statistical tests were obtained by using Chi-Square analysis x2 count 52.5 ? x2` Table 5.991. The most respondents physical activity was light physical activity with the number of Metabolic <600 (MET), the results of the Chi-Square test x2 count 182.94 ? x2` Table 5.991. There is a significant influence between dietary habits and physical activity with hypercholesterolemia in the elderly in the Daik Community Health Center Work Area.

Infusion is an invasive medical procedure that is often performed and causes acute pain and fear in children. Non-pharmacological pain management can be through distraction, one of which is music therapy. The problem in this study is that there are still many complaints of pain in the infusion procedure at Harapan dan Doa Hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of music therapy on the pain level of infusion in children aged 6-12 years in the Harapan dan Doa Hospital. This type of research is a type of Quasi-Experimental research with a one group design research design. The population is 1305 people and the research sample is 10 people. The type of data used in this research is primary data. Data analysis in this study used univariate and bivariate data analysis with the statistical method of paried sample t test at the 0.05 significance level. The results of this study were the average pain level of patients before being given music therapy was 7.70 and the average pain level of patients after being given music therapy was 5.80. Bivariate Results There is an effect of the effect of music therapy on the pain level of infusion in children aged 6-12 years at Harapan dan Doa Hospital. For officers, it is necessary to improve overall health services, especially regarding non-pharmacological pain intensity management, namely music therapy.

Awal Bros Hospital Batam in the last 2 years namely in 2018 there were 14 women and in 2019 there were 23 women who had osteoporosis.Data obtained in the last 2 years, namely in 2018 there were 20 women and in 2019 there were 31 women with osteoporosis. From the information above, there are still many women affected by osteoporosis, but still do not know about the factors that cause osteoporosis itself. This study aims to determine the factors related to the occurrence of osteoporosis in women in Embung Fatimah Regional Hospital Batam Bintan in 2019 on February 27 to March 11, 2020. The design of this study is descriptive quantitative with cross sectional approach with the sampling method in this study. is total sampling. The sample in this study consisted of women with osteoporosis at the Embung Fatimah Regional Hospital in Batam City amounting to 31 people and the data were analyzed using the chi-square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between respondent's knowledge of the incidence of osteoporosis in Embung Fatimah Regional Hospital in Batam City, there was a relationship between respondents 'attitudes toward osteoporosis in Embung Fatimah Regional Hospital in Batam City, there was a relationship between respondents' lifestyle on the incidence of osteoporosis in Embung Fatimah Regional Hospital in Batam City. From the results of the analysis, the determinant coefficient value (Adjusted R Square) = 0.312 means that 31.2% of knowledge, attitude and lifestyle factors can be explained about the incidence of osteoporosis.

Diarrhea is the highest cause of death in infants due to infectious disease characterized by increasing frequency of defecation more than three times per day with changes in the consistency of watery stool. The purpose of this study will to determine if health influence education with leaflet. The motivation of mother in caring for toddler diarrhea. The research is a quasy-experimental study with non randomized design without control group, pretest-posttest design with 27 taken then the respondents are divided group leaflet. Changes in motivation of the mother in caring toddler with diarrhea measured using questionnaires motivation with likert scale. There are difference of motivation of mother in caring for children with diarrhea before and after being given education with value ? value <0.05. Change in leaflet (motivation: 9.8, attitude: 10.2). It is expected that educators to apply audiovisual media in health education activities.

Hypertension is a health problem that needs attention because of its high morbidity and mortality. hypertension must be treated properly because it causes various kinds of complications. Compliance becomes a form of independence in the management of patients, especially those with hypertension, in the form of a framework that focuses on selfcare. The purpose of this study is to review the literature to determine the percentage of self care management of hypertensive patients. The literature search method was carried out through the CINAHL, DOAJ, and Pubmed database and obtained 30 research articles and then examined the completeness of the menus in the research articles with a total of 15 articles. After that, the criteria and stages of critical review were carried out using the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) format with a total of 10 articles that were reviewed by literature. The results showed that hypertension self management was in the good category. Further research is needed to provide an intervention strategy for hypertensive patients to improve self-care practices and control of related factors.
