Abstract

This study aims to describe the self-management of driving teachers in increasing students' learning motivation at SMAN 1 Tunjungan Blora. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method to determine the phenomena in the field related to the self-management of driving teachers so that the information obtained is factual and accurate. The population of this study was the driving forceteachers at SMAN 1 Tunjungan Blora, the sample used in this study was purposive sampling. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and primary and secondary data documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out until the data was saturated, that is, if there was no other information or it was the same, both the data from the same informant and different informants. The research results show that; 1) Motivator teacher self-management increases student learning motivationby knowing the purpose of work as an educator, namely not only by educating but also building character, guiding students' nature, interests, and talents, 2) Motivating teacher self-management increases student learning motivation students by carrying out self-development through education and training (training), reading books and journals literacy, and increasing competence in the field of technology, 3) Self-management of driving teachers increases student learning motivation by cultivatingemotional intelligence through selfsoothing activities before starting learning in class and also take a personal approach for students who have problems in learning, 4) Self-management of the driving teacher increases student learning motivation by managing time through making time lists and using group methods in the defense process horse

Abstract

A Effective learning is learning that is able to condition students to have motivation and understand the material presented. One of the obligations of educators to fulfill these obligations is by utilizing learning media in teaching and learning activities, including the media in question is audio visual media. This study aims to (1) find out how the application of audio-visual media in an effort to increase the understanding of class VIII students at MTs SA Al -Mustawa Randublatung Blora. (2) To find out the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the application of audio-visual media in an effort to increase the understanding of class VIII students in the subject of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) at MTs SA Al -Mustawa Randublatung Blora. (3) To find out the results of the application of audio-visual media in an effort to increase the understanding of class VIII students at MTs SA Al-Mustawa Randublatung Blora. The research method used is a qualitative method with the type of field research (Field Research). With the nature of qualitative descriptive research. Data collection is done by way of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The form of application of audiovisual media goes through several stages, namely preparation, implementation and follow-up. Film/video media that are applied in learning are adjusted to learning objectives, and the teacher communicates the activities to be carried out with students, and there is follow-up from the teacher as material reinforcement. (2) The supporting factor for the application of audiovisual media is the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure. While the inhibiting factors are differences in the level of intelligence of students and frequent power outages. (3) The results of the application of audio-visual media in an effort to increase class VIII students' understanding of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) subjects show that students are able to understand the content of the material presented.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze student errors in solving descriptive statistics questions. The results of this analysis serve as information for researchers in improving learning and finding solutions for students to overcome their problems. This research was conducted at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Study Program (PGMI) of the Khozinatul Ulum Blora Islamic Institute. The subjects in this research were 10 students who were given a test in the form of a description. The results of this research were: 1) two students made mistakes presenting data in diagram form; 2) as many as four students made inconsistencies in using mathematical symbols. And 3) as many as four students made errors in calculating and errors in using formulas. Meanwhile, most students are able to understand the concepts of descriptive statistics courses, but are still less careful in carrying out calculations and using symbols

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of academic supervision, to find out the problems faced by teachers in academic supervision, to find out the follow-up to the results of the academic supervision of the principal at SD Negeri Tlogowungu 01, Pati Regency. The results showed that (1) the management of academic supervision by the principal starts from planning, implementing academic supervision activities, there are two stages of supervision carried out, namely academic supervision of learning devices carried out at the beginning of the school year and academic supervision of the learning process carried out by technical supervision individually with class visits. Evaluation and follow-up supervision in the form of indirect coaching in the form of training and workshops (2) All problems faced by teachers in academic supervision can be resolved by starting a meeting and coaching by the principal. (3) Evaluation of academic supervision at SD Negeri Tlogowungu 01 is carried out by the principal and assisted by senior teachers. The results of the teacher evaluation are used to provide input to the teacher

Abstract

This research aims to explore innovations in developing the Islamic religious education curriculum in overcoming the ethical challenges of technology for students at Al-Ma'ruf Kudus Senior High School. Innovation in curriculum development is considered a key parameter for assessing the success and quality of Islamic religious education in overcoming the technological ethical dilemmas faced by students. It is necessary to remember that the curriculum is a dynamic entity that is always developing, keeping up with the times and the needs of society. Therefore, an educational institution that is part of society must always see the development of society as a source of learning as one of the considerations in preparing the development of the institution's or its institution's curriculum, understanding the use of social media, digital security, and the impact of technology on Islamic values. This research involved a sample of Al-Ma'ruf Kudus High School students. Qualitative methods and types of field. Therefore, data sources were taken through triangulation techniques, information was obtained from various sources to ensure validity and reliability. Then it is analyzed by reducing, presenting the data and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that innovation in developing the Islamic religious education curriculum can overcome the technological ethical challenges of students at Al-Ma'ruf Kudus Senior High School.

Abstract

The emergence of planning for a law on the elimination of violence against women or the PKS Bill has drawn a lot of criticism, both for and against. In the PKS Bill, article 11 paragraph 2 letter f states that forced marriage is a criminal act of sexual violence. However, quite a few cases of divorce are caused by an influence on the guardian's right to ijbar. Responding to this, this research raises at least two basic questions, namely what is the epistemology of sexual violence according to gender analysis and how the right to ijbâr can trigger the roots of sexual violence. From the results of this research, the right to ijbar does not appear to be the root of sexual violence unless there is an element of coercion (ikrah). Although in the view of madzhab jurisprudence there are also pros and cons regarding the existence of ijbar. This occurs because a child is mature in choosing a mate so that the guardian only acts as the legalizer of the marriage. An approach with a gender theme can explain the roots of sexual violence that occurs in the right to ijbar which is interpreted as ikrah (coercion) and discrimination that occurs against women from related topics.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) the influence of the Realistic Mathematic Education and Problem Based Learning learning approaches. (2) the influence of learning motivation on learning outcomes. (3) the interaction between Realistic Mathematical Education and Problem Based Learning learning approaches in terms of learning motivation on mathematics learning outcomes. Type of quantitative research with experimental design. The research sample used Cluster Random Sampling from the population of class XI Science students at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta in 2016/2017. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, tests and documentation. Before the analysis is carried out, a balance test, normality test and homogeneity test are first carried out. Data analysis technique using two-way unequal cell variance analysis with a significance level of 5%. The results of this research were: (1) there is an influence of learning approaches on mathematics learning outcomes. (2) there is an influence of learning motivation on mathematics learning outcomes. (3) there is no interaction between learning approach and learning motivation on mathematics learning outcomes
