Abstract

Sumbawa Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province (NTB) in eastern Indonesia is in great demand by local and international tourists. It is necessary to preserve diverse cultures, one of which is traditional clothing. Where the community still does not understand the traditional clothes of Sumbawa and the people tend to combine in dressing. This research aims to design an Android-Based Sumbawa Traditional Clothing Learning Media Application with the Waterfall method, which aims to produce web-based and android-based applications presented with visuals and text. The application presents Home, History, Clothing Categories and About features. The data collection methods carried out are observation, interview, and literature study methods. The application is built using the Waterfall method software development methodology, with the Laravel Framework, Flutter Software Development Kit, the Dart programming language and Visual Studio Code text editor as well as black box testing. The result of this research is the Sumbawa Traditional Clothing Learning Media Application.

Abstract

Seketeng Market is one of the traditional markets as a center for economic and social activities for the community in Sumbawa Regency, West Nusa Tenggara, which is under the auspices of the Diskoperindag. The use of digital technology in managing data and fees at Seketeng Market is still done manually. This research aims to design and develop an information system for managing trader data and levies at Seketeng Market, Sumbawa, which aims to produce a web-based application with an attractive appearance with features, namely trader data management menu, levy management menu, report and monitoring menu. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and literature study methods. This application was built using the prototype software development methodology, with black box testing. The results of this research are a web-based information system for managing trader data and fees at the Seketeng Market in Sumbawa. It is hoped that this application will be able to increase efficiency and accuracy in managing trader data and levies at Seketeng Market and facilitate reporting and monitoring of payments by market managers.

Abstract

- SEAL is a type of stream cipher, which processes units or input data, messages or information at one time. Units or data are generally bytes. In this way, encryption or decryption can be performed on variable lengths. This algorithm does not have to wait for a certain amount of input data, messages or information before processing, or add additional bytes for encryption. The encryption technique used in the SEAL algorithm is to encrypt and decrypt each input data to secure customer data at PT. Amanda Tour & Travel, a travel company in Medan that provides airline ticket booking services. To prove the encryption results, direct access to the system is demonstrated by applying the SEAL algorithm stored in the database using a database access interface. The cryptographic algorithm to be used in securing PT. Amanda Tour & Travel is a symmetric cryptographic algorithm and a stream cipher, so that the encrypted data (ciphertext) has the same size as the original data (plaintext). Symmetric cryptography was chosen because it is expected that this algorithm will securely encrypt and decrypt customer data.

Abstract

In cryptography, the encryption process is carried out by changing the data into another form of data that cannot be understood and its meaning can be understood. However, with other forms of data, this can raise suspicion, so after the data is encrypted, it is necessary to hide the data into an object without changing the object's shape using steganography techniques. The process of double securing text files is done by using cryptographic techniques using the Pohlig-Hellman algorithm, then the encryption results in the form of ciphertext are inserted back into the audio object using the Ezstego algorithm. From the analysis, the ciphertext characters that have been encrypted using the Pohlig-Hellman algorithm can be accurately inserted into the audio object without changing the audio form using the Ezstego algorithm.

Abstract

- Bidikmisi is a government-funded educational assistance programme aimed at prospective students from economically disadvantaged families who demonstrate academic potential. This assistance is distributed through higher education institutions under the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education (Ristek Dikti). The selection of Bidikmisi applicants is conducted during the admission process for new students by higher education institutions designated by Ristek Dikti. The distribution of Bidikmisi must also consider specific criteria before being awarded to eligible students who have passed the administrative selection and met other evaluation components as requirements for receiving the scholarship. In making decisions to determine which students are eligible to receive Bidikmisi, the process sometimes takes a considerable amount of time, and at times, the Bidikmisi program provided is perceived as not being targeted appropriately. The objective of this study is to develop an information system based on data mining analysis that can be used by the academic department as a recommendation for making quick decisions so that the Bidikmisi program can be distributed on time and targeted appropriately in the Bidikmisi selection process. The clustering technique is used to group records in a database based on specific criteria. The clustering results are provided to end users to give an overview of what is happening in the database. One method that can be used in clustering is the DBSCAN method. The DBSCAN method works by growing areas with high density into clusters and finding clusters in random forms in a spatial database containing noise. DBSCAN defines a cluster as the maximum set of density-connected points.
