Abstract

Elderly is an advanced stage of a life process that will be experienced by all individuals. The aging process in the elderly tends to potentially reduce the level of independence of the elderly in carrying out daily activities. This type of research is a correlational analytic method that aims to reveal the relationship of Family Social Support with the Level of Independence of the Elderly in Taal Village RT 14, RW 04 Tapen Bondowoso Regency. correlative between variables. Data were obtained about the category of family social support with the independence of the elderly in the village of RT 14, RW 04 Tapen  Bondowoso district most respondents in the category of social support with good elderly independence were 15 people (93.3%), while a small proportion of social support categories with poor elderly independence were not good as many as 2 people (10.0%). The results of the analysis of the relationship of social support with the level of independence of the elderly Spearman rho statistical test results with the help of SPSS for Windows software program, obtained the value of p = 0,000 with a significant level of 0.05 (p <0.05) so that it can be concluded that H0 is rejected which means there the relationship of family social support with the independence of the elderly. If the family's social support is good, it will affect the level of independence of the elderly and among them, the cause of the elderly's independence is due to the lack of family social support and decreased the function of all cells in the elderly.

Abstract

One of the emotional problems disorders that are often encountered and has a psychological impact seriously is anxiety. Anxiety is an unclear and diffuse concern related to feelings of uncertainty and helplessness. Anxiety is an emotional experience that is short-lived and reasonable response, when individuals faceup pressure or events that threaten their lives, both internal and internal threats. Anxiety that happened and hav a relation ship with medical condition often found when patient came to healt hfacility, whichone of themisemergencyroom. Therapeutic communication methods provide understanding between nurses and patients with the aim of helping patients clarify and reduce the burden of the mind and are expected to eliminate anxiety. This study aims to knowabout relationship between therapeutic communication and the anxiety level of new patients.This study useddescription korelation with cross sectional approach. Sample are171 people. Instrument used for data collection is the questionnaire, anddata analysis used the Spearman Rho test. Therapeutic communication of nurses was mostly in good categorywas128 respondents (74.9%). The anxiety level of new patients is not anxious categorywere 127 respondents (74.3%). Rho Spearman's test results obtained a coefficient (r) of 0.901 with a p value of 0,000. Because p<0.005 then H0 is rejected.Conclusion,There is a significan trelation ship between therapeutic communication and the anxiety level of new patients in the emergency room at Tamanan Bondowoso Public Health Center.

Abstract

Health services is most closely related to when someone needs health services and how far the effectiveness of these services. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence clients in utilizing outpatient services at Klabang Community Health Center, Bondowoso District. Quantitative research design with a Cross. With a sample of 245 respondents taken with accidental sampling technique. The tool used was a questionnaire, which then carried out a bivariate and multivariate analysis to determine the factors that influence the client in the use of outpatient services at the Klabang Community Health Center in Bondowoso district. The results of the statistic test found that service facilities, nurse or midwife services, service fees, doctor services, ease of information and health insurance regulation systems significantly affected the utilization of outpatient services. Community perceptions of good service from the community health center give a deep impression and cause motivation to be able to take advantage of the health services provided. If the public knows that service delivery is by what is expected, trust and satisfaction will increase. The Public Health Center as one type of first-level health service facility has an important role in the national health system, specifically the health efforts subsystem.

Abstract

Background Degenerative disease is an increasing disease in Indonesia and the most common disease found in Indonesia is hypertension. Hypertension is a direct risk factor for the onset of myocardial infarction and cerebrovascular accidents (CVA). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of education and self efficacy with self-management in hypertensive patients at Puskesmas Tamanan. This research method uses Cross Sectional research design. The sample in this study were all hypertensive patients at the Tamanan Puskesmas as many as 120 patients. The sampling technique used in this study was using simple random sampling. Data analysis using spearmen correlation test. The results of the analysis data obtained α 0.01, which means that there is a relationship between education, self efficacy and self management. Conclusion Low education levels in patients with hypertension do not become an influence on self efficacy and patient self-management.

Abstract

Pulmonary TB and Self Concept are two things that influence each other both directly and indirectly. Pulmonary TB is a disease that affects not only physical health, but also the psychological (mental) and social conditions. At the physical level in the form of self-concept because of daily activities, handling symptoms and treatment. At the psychological level, self-concepts include rejection, worry and stigma about infectious diseases. Physical and emotional conditions determine how a person evaluates his abilities. Self-efficacy in pulmonary TB patients focuses on being able to carry out behaviors that support disease improvement and self-care management such as being able to breathe deeply, cough effectively and adhere to pulmonary TB treatment. This study aims to identify the relationship between self-concept and self-efficacy in pulmonary TB patients in the work area of Wonosari Health Center, Bondowoso Regency. The measuring instrument used was a questionnaire, then bivariate analysis was performed with Spearman Rank Analysis, with a significance of p = 0.05. The results of the Spearman Rank statistical test with significance levels p <0.05. Obtained p value 0.002 which means that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, There is a Relationship between Self Concept and Self Efficacy in patients with Pulmonary TB in the Wonosari Health Center work area with a correlation Coefficient level of 0.311. then nurses need to examine the problem of self-concept and self-efficacy to determine appropriate self-concept management interventions and to improve the self-efficacy of pulmonary TB patients and it is expected that future nurses can provide comprehensive nursing care and give more attention to the principle of health promotion through the provision of health education pulmonary TB treatment and provide motivation so that pulmonary TB patients still have the enthusiasm to recover in undergoing treatment to completion.

Abstract

Community satisfaction measurements are intended to determine the level of community satisfaction with the services provided and provide an opportunity for the community to assess the services that have been received.The design of this study is quantitative with a Cross-Sectional approach. The study was conducted by involving 59 respondents taken by accidental sampling. The study was conducted in April until May 2019 at Wonosari Health Center, Bondowoso Regency. The measuring instrument used was a questionnaire, then bivariate analysis was performed with Spearman Rank Analysis, with a significance of p = 0.05. The results of the Spearman Rank statistical test with significance levels p <0.05. Obtained p-value 0,000 which means There is a Relationship between the Quality of Inpatient Services and the Wonosari Community Health Center Community Satisfaction Index with a correlation coefficient of 0.714. The quality of inpatient care results in an index of community satisfaction when receiving health services provided. The quality of this service can ultimately provide several benefits, including the establishment of harmonious relationships between service providers and customers, providing a good basis for creating customer loyalty and building a favorable recommendation for these service providers.
