Abstract

Dalam era digital ini, perusahaan perlu mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang menarik perhatian dan meningkatkan keterlibatan pelanggan. Perkembangan pemasaran digital telah mengubah cara bisnis menggunakan teknologi baru untuk menjangkau pembeli potensial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak penggunaan teknologi AR dalam pemasaran digital IKEA terhadap consumer engagement. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif, dimana data disimpulkan dalam bentuk kata-kata. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi AR oleh IKEA, khususnya melalui aplikasi IKEA Place, memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap keterlibatan konsumen. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan pelanggan untuk memvisualisasikan furnitur dalam lingkungan rumah mereka secara virtual sebelum melakukan pembelian, yang meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan kepuasan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa teknologi AR tidak hanya meningkatkan keterlibatan konsumen tetapi juga memperkuat posisi merek di pasar, memberikan pengalaman belanja yang lebih interaktif dan personal.

Abstract

Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kepuasan Gaji dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Turnover Intention (Studi Pada Karyawan Pt. Berau Coal)” Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan gaji dan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT. Berau Coal. Dalam penelitian ini sampel berjumlah 96 responden yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dengan menggunakan software IBM SPSS 19. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan gaji dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif sigfikan terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract

This literature review investigates the relationship between public sector innovations and economic stability, focusing on initiatives in public financial management, digital governance, and policy innovations. Utilizing a qualitative research design, it synthesizes insights from existing scholarly works to identify key innovations such as performance-based budgeting, accrual accounting, and e-government, which enhance efficiency, transparency, and accountability in governance. The findings reveal that these innovations significantly contribute to economic stability by optimizing resource allocation, reducing fiscal risks, and fostering sustainable growth. However, implementing such innovations faces challenges, including bureaucratic resistance, political constraints, and organizational inertia. Overcoming these obstacles requires proactive strategies such as capacity building, fostering collaboration, and incentivizing innovation within the public sector. The discussion emphasizes the importance of aligning innovation strategies with broader economic goals, leveraging evidence-based decision-making, and fostering public-private partnerships to enhance the effectiveness of innovations. The implications suggest that governments must adopt a strategic, coordinated approach to fully leverage public sector innovations for long-term economic stability and societal advancement, thereby ensuring resilience and prosperity.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of global supply chain configuration on economic dependence in an increasingly globally connected world. This study uses a qualitative research design with a literature analysis method to combine insights from supply chain management, international economics, and resilience studies. The findings of this study show that integrating digital technology in supply chains increases resilience. However, there are still challenges in managing the impact of supply chain disruptions on regional and global economic dependencies. The implications of this research include recommendations for developing sustainable supply chains, adjusting trade policies, and improving resilience strategies in the face of supply chain disruptions. This research contributes by bringing together theory and practical application to understanding how supply chain configuration affects economic outcomes in the era of globalization.

Abstract

This study investigates the integration of production planning and scheduling by leveraging advanced technologies such as machine learning, data analytics, and Industry 4.0 innovations to enhance operational efficiency and responsiveness in manufacturing. Employing a mixed-method approach, this research combines quantitative analysis of empirical data with qualitative insights from industry case studies. The study evaluates the effectiveness of advanced planning and scheduling (APS) systems through real-world data and stakeholder interviews, focusing on industries implementing or implementing Industry 4.0 technologies. The findings demonstrate that integrating production planning and scheduling significantly improves resource utilization, reduces lead times, and enhances adaptability to dynamic manufacturing environments. Machine learning and data analytics provide potent predictive and adaptive decision-making tools, while Industry 4.0 technologies enable real-time monitoring and control. These results confirm the hypothesis that advanced APS systems outperform traditional methods in managing variability and uncertainty, aligning with existing theories and expanding on previous research. This study contributes valuable insights into the scientific understanding and practical application of advanced production planning and scheduling techniques. The research highlights the transformative potential of integrating machine learning, data analytics, and Industry 4.0 technologies, offering a comprehensive framework for manufacturers. Despite its limitations, the study provides a foundation for future research to explore broader contexts and long-term impacts, guiding further enhancements in manufacturing efficiency and competitiveness.
