Abstract

The goals of this study were to analyze the most cost-effective requirements for the primary raw materials based on the requirements of Laatunsa Bakery for the 2020–2021 period, due to the excessive frequency of raw material acquisitions, the inventory procedure results in a high cost expenditure; to examine the total cost of the primary raw material inventory that must be paid by Laatunsa Bakery for the 2020–2021 period, to analyse the frequency of purchases that are necessary; to analyze the quantity of safety stock (safety stock); to analyze the timing of reordering (reorder point), and to analyze the Laatunsa Bakery's primary raw material inventory control utilizing the EOQ method. Data gathering was place between November 2021 and February 2022. All information pertaining to the acquisition of the primary raw material inventory required for production, as well as the associated expenses of raw material inventory was utilized. This study adopted Economic Order Quantity as the analytical technique approach. The study's findings utilizing the EOQ approach revealed that the inventory of raw wheat cost Rp. 585,581.45, a savings of Rp. 2,613,934.94. Additionally, saving Rp 2,559,472.21 on sugar raw materials costing Rp 585,582.23 is possible. Additionally, the cost of the raw ingredient for butter is Rp. 585,582.23, saving Rp. 2,559,472.21. Additionally, the cost of the raw material for eggs is Rp 952,399.69, saving Rp 3,355,584.19. Additionally, the developer can save IDR 1,132,400.99 on the IDR 590,582.81 in raw materials.When compared to conventional method, the EOQ method can reduce inventory costs and optimize the need for raw materials. The EOQ approach is utilized using Microsoft Excel for the calculation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of social media usage on customer satisfaction on wardah products. (2) The effect of social media usage on Brand Trust on Wardah products. (3) Influence of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty of Wardah products. (4) The effect of Brand Trust on @wardahbeauty Instagram customer loyalty. (5) The effect of social media usage on Wardah product customer loyalty. (6) The effect of social media usage on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. (7) The effect of social media usage on customer loyalty with brand trust as media. The population in this study were all followers of Instagram @wardahbeauty and the sample in this study were users of wardah products with a minimum of one purchase. The number of samples in this study were 131 respondents. The data in this study were collected through the distribution of online questionnaires and data processing was carried out using the SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that (1) social media usage has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. (2) social media usage has a positive and significant effect on Brand Trust. (3) Customer satisfaction on brand loyalty has a positive and significant influence. (4) Brand Trust has a positive and significant relationship with Customer Loyalty. (5) Social media usage does not have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty.(6) Social media usage has a positive and significant relationship to customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediation.(7) Social media usage has a positive and significant relationship to customer loyalty with brand trust as a mediation.

Abstract

The scope of the economy is to increase revenue and minimize costs, social, namely the welfare of employees, fair trade/business, and participation in charity programs. Green financing encourages the formation of a green industry; stimulates the development of technological innovations through the creation of clean, energy-efficient, and radiation-free environmental technologies; and creates new business growth in the financial industry through the establishment of financial instruments, such as green loans, green bonds, green investments, green funds, and various other financial business opportunities. The purpose of this study is to determine (1) the concept of green financing and sustainable development (2) the dimensions of green financing and (3) the efforts that must be made so that green financing is implemented optimally. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research are (1) there are 3 (three) concepts of green finance: greening the banking system, greening the bond market, greening institutional investors (2) the dimensions of green financing are achieving industrial, social, and economic excellence; (3) efforts that must be made so that the application of green financing in sustainable development can be further enhanced namely increasing government participation, support and regulation.

Abstract

This research is research in the field of culinary business where raw materials if stored for too long can cause damage as well as losses to the business owner. The businesses chosen were those of Cireng and Cimol Nella which had problems in supplying raw materials, namely flour. This research also aims to enable business actors to carry out an inventory of raw materials so that product quality is better maintained so that it does not change the taste of the product and the condition of the product is even better. From the existing problems, the method used is to use the application of the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) formula because using this method is considered appropriate for calculating the number of times the right order is made in 1 month. Then the determination of the reorder point was made by the company when the stock of tapioca flour in the company was 77.87 kg. Economic Order Quantity, Safety Stock and Reorder Point are interrelated things to be able to find out the most optimal order quantity. Advice for business owners to always take into account when placing an order so that raw materials do not become wasteful or wasted due to damage.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the implementation of strategies that can be carried out by SMEs in order to build a framework for era 4.0. This research presents the concept of a technology transformation development strategy for SMEs. The method in this research is utilized a qualitative approach, using SWOT tools combined with the Business Model Canvas for SMEs. The results of this study identified development factors in the framework of the company's strategy to face era 4.0, especially for SMEs in the Borondong Industry case study. The main finding of this research is that SMEs need to carry out specific strategies related to the proper technology adoptions in stages. The implications of the theory that can be implemented in this research are conceptual strategies that may contribute significantly to the SMEs.

Abstract

Quality human resources is one of the important elements to support economic growth because humans are the true wealth of the nation which humans not only act as actors in development programs but humans are the goal of development programs. Quality of human resources is represented by human development index. According to UNDP indicators of human development index are health, education and average length of schooling, as well as a measure that represents income. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine indicators that have a significant effect on the quality of human resources. This study used secondary data which was analyzed using correlation and regression analysis. Based on the analysis of the variables Life Expectancy, Years of School Expectation, the average length of schooling has an effect on the human development index while real spending per capita has no effect on the human development index at a significance level of 5%. In this regard, it can be said that health and education play a role in building quality human resources especially in Indonesia.
