The primary, but not exclusive, audiences are academicians, students, practitioners, and others interested in Islamic Economic research. The primary criterion for publication in Al-Masharif is the significance of the contribution an article makes to the literature and practice in Islamic Economic area, i.e., the significance of the contribution and on the rigor of analysis and presentation of the paper. The acceptance decision is made based upon an independent review process that provides critically constructive and prompt evaluations of submitted manuscripts.

Because thre are many factor leading people to poverty, it cannotbe eliminated completely without taking the factor into consideration .one of them is laziness resulted from an envirovment morever.There is aperson who has sacha character of laziness. Abstract

Mathematics can be applied in many fields of study, one of them inEconomics. Many problems in economics can be explained by means ofmathematics both in numbers, and formulas so it can be measuredproperly. If we understand about mathematic and can think somethinghow to solve problem with mathematic, so we have mathematical ability.Mathematical ability is the ability to think in accordance with theprocedures of mathematics. Mathematical ability is used to analyze theexisting problems in the economy. Mathematical abilities includemathematical reasoning, mathematical communication, mathematicalproblem solving, mathematical reasoning, creative thinking and criticalthinking. Therefore, mathematical ability has significant role inEconomics.

Abstract

Goals to be achieved in this journal to analyze trade in the light ofIslamic moral values, where in the market there are two actors sipenjualand sipembeli. The main source of this journal is the study of literature.Author Taking conclusions There are some things in the trade that doesnot conform to the Islamic shariah. Therefore, there needs to beimprovement of systems and cooperation between all elements ofbusiness, community and government. In the Islamic value determination(determining) the price is not allowed, because the pricing is done bymarket forces, ie the power demand and power supply. This is inaccordance with Islamic trade krateristik where market participantsshould promote piety, fairness and kindness, keeping the symbols ofIslam, applying managerial good.

Al-qur’an disamping menonjolkan aspek-aspek ketuhanan yangharus dicerna oleh manusia, juga ada aspek kemanusiaan yangmemberikan kebebasan untuk melakukan kreativitas dan aktivitasnya.Hal tersebut Nampak dalam karakter ekonomi yang digambarkan olehAl-qur’an.Ekonomi Islam adalah kumpulan dari dasar-dasar umumekonomi yang diambil dari Al-Qur’an dan Sunnah Rasulullah serta daritatanan ekonomi yang dibangun di atas dasar-dasar tersebut, sesuaidengan berbagai macam bi’ah (lingkungan) dan setiap zaman.Tatanan Kebuthan ekonomi berkaitan etos kerja dan modal kerjamerupakan proses kegiatan dalam penyelesaian permasalahan ekonomi,dengan kata lain semakin baik etos kerja dan modal kerja merupakanproses mencari posisi dalam usaha menjawab permasalah ekonomi islam.

Abstract

The government expenditure is the instrument used by the government toincrease regional economy. The objective of the research was to analyze thereciprocal correlation of government expenditure with the economy of NorthSumatera. The research was quantitative analytic with secondary data with thetime series obtained from BPS (Central Bureau of Statistics) of North Sumatera.The data were analyzed by using Vector Autoregression (VAR) analysis withImpulse Response Function (IRF) and Forecast Error Variance Decomposition(FEVD). The result of the research, using lag 1, showed that there was thecontribution of each variable to the variables themselves and to other variables.The variable which had the most effective influence on the economic growth wasgovernment expenditure. The variable economic growth had the most effectiveinfluence on government expenditure on long term.
