Abstract

The management of Accountability Reports (SPJ) is a critical aspect of budget management in government institutions. The Department of Economy and Natural Resources (BPSDA) at the Regional Secretariat of Kolaka Regency has been using an Excel-based system for SPJ management, leading to difficulties in accessibility, accuracy, and real-time budget monitoring. This research aims to develop a Web-Based Functional SPJ Monitoring Information System to facilitate more effective and efficient SPJ management. The system was developed using the Laravel framework and MySQL database, following the Waterfall development method. The results show that the system can assist users such as the Assistant Treasurer (BPP), Technical Activity Executing Officer (PPTK), and Head of Division (Kabag) in monitoring SPJ functionality in real-time. The system was tested using the Blackbox method, and the results indicate that it operates according to the designed specifications. This system enhances transparency, accuracy, and ease of access in SPJ management at BPSDA of Kolaka Regency, thus improving budget management efficiency

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has driven various sectors, including the automotive sector, to adopt digitalization to improve operational efficiency. This study aims to develop a Web-Based Spare Parts Sales Information System as a digitalization solution at Ajeng Ratu Motor Workshop. The system is designed to address the problems of inventory management and sales transactions, which were previously conducted manually. The study employs the Waterfall method, which includes stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. System testing was carried out using the Black Box method, and the results show that the system functions as expected. The main features of the system include stock management modules, sales transaction modules, and reporting modules. The implementation of this system improves operational efficiency, reduces recording errors, and speeds up the stock management process. Additionally, the system benefits customers by allowing them to check spare parts availability in real-time. Therefore, this information system provides an effective solution for business process digitalization in workshops, particularly in spare parts sales management

Abstract

The evaluation of graphic design competitions often faces challenges related to jury subjectivity, which can affect the final results and lead to dissatisfaction among participants. This study aims to apply the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in the scoring system of graphic design competitions to achieve more objective and transparent assessments. The SAW method is used to evaluate participants based on four main criteria: aesthetics, originality, theme relevance, and technical quality. Each criterion is assigned a weight according to its level of importance, and preference values are calculated to determine the winner. The results of the study show that the application of the SAW method successfully reduces subjective bias and increases consistency in scoring. Participants with the highest preference values are selected as the winners, with the system facilitating a more objective evaluation process. This research also contributes to the development of more transparent assessment systems in various creative competitions. However, determining the weighting of criteria remains a challenge that requires further discussion between judges and organizers.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly altered social behavior worldwide, including in Indonesia. To understand society's response to the pandemic, this study employs the Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) method to cluster social behavior based on three main criteria: adherence to health protocols, attitudes toward vaccination, and access to information. Data were collected from 67 respondents through an online questionnaire and analyzed using a fuzzy-based clustering approach that allows each respondent to have membership degrees in more than one cluster. The study identified three primary clusters. Cluster 1 consists of individuals with high adherence to health protocols and a positive attitude toward vaccination, with access to valid information. Cluster 2 represents individuals with moderate adherence and a neutral attitude toward vaccination, and variable access to information. Cluster 3 comprises individuals with low adherence to health protocols, negative attitudes toward vaccination, and a reliance on unverified information sources. This study reveals that access to valid information plays a significant role in shaping individuals' attitudes toward vaccination and compliance with health protocols. The Fuzzy C-Means method proved effective in identifying diverse social behavior patterns, offering a comprehensive understanding of society's response to the pandemic. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the formulation of more targeted public policies to address different societal groups

Abstract

The implementation of the Cash Transfer Assistance (BLT) program in Indonesia aims to assist economically disadvantaged communities, especially during crises such as the pandemic. However, the selection process for BLT recipients often faces challenges related to accuracy and efficiency, particularly in determining eligible recipients based on various economic and social criteria. This research develops an information system based on the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) method to address these issues. The system is designed to classify BLT candidates by considering several variables, such as family income, number of dependents, employment status, housing conditions, and family health. The optimal K value was determined through trial and error to achieve the highest accuracy. The system was tested using both training and testing data, and the evaluation results showed an accuracy rate of 85%. This information system not only processes data quickly but also provides transparent and objective results, making it useful for village authorities to efficiently select BLT recipients. By implementing the K-NN algorithm, this system is expected to offer a practical solution for village governments in improving the accuracy of aid distribution to eligible communities.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Tagihan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) memainkan peran penting dalam membantu pemerintah daerah mengelola penerimaan pajak secara lebih efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja Sistem Informasi Tagihan PBB menggunakan metode PIECES (Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency, Service) untuk mengidentifikasi keunggulan dan kelemahan sistem yang ada. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan petugas pajak dan pengguna sistem, serta kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pengguna internal dan eksternal. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa sistem telah meningkatkan efisiensi kerja petugas pajak, terutama dalam hal pengolahan dan pengiriman tagihan secara otomatis, yang mengurangi beban kerja manual. Namun, terdapat beberapa masalah pada kinerja sistem, terutama pada saat beban transaksi tinggi, yang menyebabkan keterlambatan pemrosesan. Selain itu, sinkronisasi data dengan sistem kependudukan belum berjalan optimal, sehingga memperlambat pembaruan data wajib pajak. Dari sisi keamanan, sistem memiliki kontrol yang memadai tetapi audit trail perlu ditingkatkan untuk mencegah potensi penyalahgunaan data. Rekomendasi perbaikan meliputi peningkatan kapasitas server, optimasi antarmuka pengguna, dan penerapan teknologi enkripsi yang lebih kuat. Dengan perbaikan ini, diharapkan sistem dapat berfungsi secara lebih efektif dalam mendukung pengelolaan PBB dan meningkatkan penerimaan pajak daerah.
