Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness and the quality of Fiscal Services on taxpayer compliance in paying land and building tax (PBB) in Deli Serdang Regency. The research approach used in this study is an associative quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is Incidental Sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to land and building taxpayers registered at the Regional Revenue Agency of Deli Serdang Regency. The data analysis technique used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, f test, and the coefficient of determination using the IBM SPSS Version 28.0 program.   The results of this study indicate that individually taxpayer awareness has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance in paying land and building taxes, the quality of tax authorities' services has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance in paying land and building taxes. Then simultaneously Taxpayer Awareness and Fiscal Service Quality have a significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance in Paying Land and Building Tax (PBB) in Deli Serdang Regency.   Keywords: Taxpayer Awareness, Quality of Taxation Services, Taxpayer Compliance in Paying Land and Building Taxes   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kesadaran Wajib Pajak dan Kualitas Pelayanan Fiskus Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak dalam  Membayar Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) di Kabupaten Deli serdang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Sampling Insidental. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada wajib pajak bumi dan bangunan yang terdaftar di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Teknik analis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji f, dan koefisien determinan dengan menggunakan program IBM SPSS Versi 28.0.   Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara persial kesadaran wajib pajak memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam membayar pajak bumi dan bangunan, kualitas pelayanan fiskus memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam membayar pajak bumi dan bangunan. Kemudian secara simultan Kesadaran Wajib Pajak dan Kualitas Pelayanan Fiskus berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak dalam  Membayar Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) di Kabupaten Deli serdang

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Image, Product Diversity, Electronic Word of Mouth on Purchasing Decisions for Skintific products on Skintific product users in Medan City. The problem in this study is whether Brand Image, Product Diversity, Electronic Word of Mouth on Purchasing Decisions for Skintific product users in Medan City. The population of this study is limited to adolescents 16-24 years of Skintific product users in Medan City, who have used Skintific products, the sample of this study was 100 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire using google form. This research data analysis technique uses a quantitative approach, using Outer Model analysis, Inner Model, and Hypothesis Testing. The results showed that the Brand Image variable (X1) had a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y1), the Product Diversity variable (X2) had a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y2), the Electronic Word of Mouth variable (X2) had no effect on Purchasing Decisions for Teenage Users of Skintific Products in Medan City.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of content marketing on purchase decisions, to determine and analyze the influence of online customer reviews on purchase decisions, to determine and analyze the influence of online customer ratings on purchase decisions, and to determine and analyze the influence of content marketing, online customer reviews, and online customer ratings on purchase decisions in TikTok Shop among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The population in this study consists of all active undergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at UMSU who enrolled from 2019 to 2022, totaling 4,432 individuals, and the sample size used in this study is 75 individuals, determined using the Slovin formula. Data collection in this research is done through questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study include Multiple Linear Regression, Classical Assumption Tests, t-tests, and F-tests, as well as the Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study is performed using SPSS software (version 24.00). Partially, content marketing has a significant influence on purchase decisions. Partially, online customer reviews have a significant influence on purchase decisions. Partially, online customer ratings have a significant influence on purchase decisions. Simultaneously, content marketing, online customer reviews, and online customer ratings have a significant influence on purchase decisions in TikTok Shop among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra.

Abstract

This research is a study conducted to determine the effect of KAP reputation, company size and audit opinion on audit delay in Pharmaceutical Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 Period. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data sources obtained from the company's financial statements published at www.idx.co.id. The sampling technique in this study is to use purposive sampling technique, with the number of company objects with data for 4 years so that it has a total sample of 48 data. The analysis conducted in this study includes logistic regression model analysis with the software used to conduct this research is SPSS version 22.Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that KAP reputation has an effect on audit delay, company size has an effect on audit delay, audit opinion has no effect on audit delay. Then the reputation of KAP, company size and audit opinion together have no effect on Audit Delay.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of Trust and Convenience on consumer satisfaction with purchasing decisions as an intervening variable for E-Commerce at Shopee in Medan City directly and indirectly. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The population in this research is all E-Commerce consumers at Shopee in Medan City whose number is unknown. The sample in this study used the lameshow sampling technique, totaling 100 E-Commerce consumers at Shopee in Medan City, Medan. The data analysis technique used is path analysis using SEM-PLS. The results of this research show that Trust has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction through Purchasing Decisions as an intervening variable because it has a P Value of 0.010, so 0.010 < 0.05, thus it can be stated , and Convenience has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction through Purchasing Decisions as an intervening variable because it has a P Value of 0.006 so 0.006 < 0.05.
