Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Nilai-Nilai Religius dalam acara Mandi kumbo dalam pernikahan adat Melayu di Bengkalis Provinsi Riau. Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mengurai hasil penelitian adalah pendekatan seni, budaya dan esensi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskritif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan Observasi (dokumentasi) dan Wawancara (Interview). Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis data Miles dan Huberman yaitu Pengumpulan data, Reduksi data, Penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tradisi mandi kumbo menjadi salah satu fokus kebudayaan yang keberadaannya diakui secara adat istiadat dan sebagai warisan budaya oleh masyarakat Bengkalis, selain itu tradisi ini memiliki makna dan nilai Religius yang penting bagi masyarakat Bengkalis. Abstract

Business development is growing rapidly along with the development of information technology which has given birth to the term electronic commerce (e-commerce), namely digital business transactions both for the purpose of purchasing and selling products. Between business, information technology is also related to legal issues, namely contract law based on Article 1320 of the Civil Code which regulates the terms of an agreement, including agreement, competence, certain matters and halal causes. The problem that arises is whether Article 1320 of the Civil Code is still relevant as a legal basis for the practice of electronic commerce (e-commerce)? The research method used is a normative legal research method with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The research results show that Article 1320 of the Civil Code is open, so it is still relevant as a legal umbrella for e-commerce activities.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan manajemen risko pembiayaan dalam kasus kredit macet di BMT Syariah Riyal Bekasi. Metode Penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif , dengan jenis studi kasus. Sedangkan tekhnik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan adalah observasi, dokumentasi dan juga wawancara. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan penerapan manajemen risiko pembiayaan dalam kasus kredit macet di BMT Syariah Riyal ini mengambil beberapa tekhnik yaitu 5C yang membaca karakter , sifat maupun kapasitas dari nasabah sendiri terkait dengan pembayaran, kemudian adanya pengawasan dan pembinaan pada nasabah di bidag usahnya serta adanya penagihan sistem jemput bola berdasarakan jenis nasabah yang di golongkan oleh BT menjadi 5 bagian, sedagkan sistem penagihan yang dilakukan juga bertahap sesuai dengan kapasitas nasabah dan data nasabah dalam proses pembayarannya.

Abstract

Human resource is one of the driving and most important factors in the tourism industry. With the richness and diversity of flora and fauna, cultural, and historical art that Indonesia possesses, it requires qualified human resources as well as experts to manage it. North Sulawesi has become one of the provinces with better human resource development compared to other provinces in Indonesia thanks to the role of the government and local culture that shapes the human character. One of the attempts to shape human resource skills is through the institutions of education, where students are given the opportunity to undertake an internship program to develop their skills as well as to experience working in the real world. The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of internship on the work ability of the alumni of the Faculty of Tourism of the Catholic University of De La Salle Manado. The research method used is the Simple Linear Regression Analysis to find out the relationship between internship and ability to work. A purposive sampling techniques was used by spreading questionnaires to 28 respondents. The results of the research show that internship has a positive impact on alumni's ability to work.

Abstract

Tujuan Studi ini untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh suasana, persepsi harga dan citra merek terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Para penulis mengumpulkan sampel responden Sebanyak 100. Dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS 24 3, sampel penelitian ini dipilih dengan prosedur pengambilan sampel purposive sampling, dan metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan regresi linier ganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung yang telah mengunjungi Kisaran kopi Depok dalam 3 bulan terakhir. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa setiap variabel Persepsi Harga Susana dan Citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, Kisaran Kopi Depok secara keseluruhan, dengan kesesuaian model. Hasil penelitian ini mengidentifikasi pengaruh Susana, Persepsi Harga dan Citra Merek terhadap kepuasan Pelanggan di Kisaran Kopi Depok.

Abstract

Café is one of the most popular places among young people in this modern era. Cafe business people are competing to improve their performance in order to compete with other café entrepreneurs. Business actors must pay attention to factors that affect consumer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of promotion quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Caffe Jetto Brebes. The population in this study was all consumers at Caffe Jetto Brebes amounting to 600 respondents. The sampling technique with the Slovin formula was obtained by 86 respondents. The results of this study stated that there is an influence of sales promotion on consumer satisfaction, there is a significant influence of service quality variables on consumer satisfaction, there is a simultaneous influence of sales promotion and service quality on customer satisfaction at Caffe Jetto Brebes.

Abstract

In the digital era, business is growing rapidly, especially in the context of website business. This article analyses the challenges and opportunities faced by FastDigitale Enterprises, a start-up in the website building business. The main challenges include cybersecurity, data privacy, fierce competition, rapid technological trends, dependence on technology, lack of digital skills, cost of implementing technology, customer acceptance, customer trust, legal compliance, scalability, changing consumer behavior, and limited resources. Abstract

The essence of the problem in this research is that the performance of employees at PT Fuzi Citra Mandiri has not been optimal. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, the effect of work ethic on employee performance, the influence of work discipline and work ethic on employee performance at PT. Fuzi Citra Mandiri. This study used descriptive analytical method with a survey approach, quantitative methods, data collection techniques namely observation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, correlation test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the discussion show that the effect of work discipline on employee performance is 96.2%, the effect of work ethic on employeeperformance is 54.2% and the influence of work discipline and work ethic on employee performance at PT. Fuzi Citra Mandiri is 67.4% and there are still 32.6% other factors. The results of testing the hypothesis that f count = 6.133 and f table = 3.35, the hypothesis which states that simultaneously work discipline and work ethic have an influence on employee performance at PT. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara zakat produktif dan kesejahteraan mustahik dalam perspektif maqashid syariah. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga akan menjelaskan peran kinerja amil sebagai pemoderasi yang diharapkan memberikan penjelasan rinci tentang hubungan antara zakat produktif dan kesejahteraan mustahik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi literature dengan melakukan tinjauan dari jurnal-jurnal internasional dan nasional yang terkemuka. Hasil dari penenlitian ini adalah suatu kerangka konseptual yang diharapkan memberikan wawasan baru tentang hubungan antara zakat produktif dan kesejahteraan mustahik. Zakat produktif berpotensi memberikan dampak positif pada kesejahteraan mustahik yang memiliki tingkat kinerja amil tinggi, dan sebaliknya. Penelitian masa depan dapat menguji secara empiris proposisi yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini, untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang komprehensif tentang hubungan antatra zakat produktif dan kesejahteraan mustahik dalam konteks maqashid syariah.

Abstract

The study aims to test and analyze the influence of ethnicity, entrepreneurship knowledge and capital resources on the entrepreneurial interests of the community in the Rantepao district and Tallunglipu district. This research method is quantitative research, data collection technique through questionnaires. The population in this study was 7,218 and the sample of the study was 98 respondents, the method of sampling using the Slovin formula. The data were analyzed using the SPSS 22 program. The results of this study show that: (1) Ethnicity has a positive and significant influence on the interests of entrepreneurs in the Rantepao and Tallunglipu districts, (2) Entrepreneurship knowledge has a significant and positive influence upon the interest of entreprenors in Ranteapao district, (3) Capital resources are ineffective and insignificant in relation to entrepreneurial interests in the district and the Tallunglipu district; and (4) Ethnic knowledge, enterprise knowledge and capital resources combined have a significant positive impact on the entrepreneur interest of the community in the rantepo and the tallunglipo district. This means that every person of different ethnicities has a life spirit that has been planted from an early age so that a person's character can be formed through the surrounding environment, with corporate knowledge that encourages society to grow and innovate so that the undertakings that it undertakes have a long-term impact on its well-being and long-lasting, capital resources that are important to start as a small enterprise and determine a large enterprise
