Abstract

Akreditasi menjadi aset penting bagi program studi dan perguruan tinggi sebagai tolak ukur penilaian kualitas mutu.Pihak yang bertanggung jawab dalam melakukan penjaminan mutu akreditasi tersebut adalah Badan AkreditasiNasional Perguruan Tinggi atau disingkat BAN-PT. Dalam melakukan akreditasi program studi, BAN-PTmembutuhkan instrumen berisi informasi mengenai kinerja program studi pada suatu perguruan tinggi, salah satunyaadalah instrumen Laporan Kinerja Program Studi. Akan tetapi, dalam pengumpulan data kinerja tersebut, programstudi jurusan Teknik Informatika Universitas Negeri Gorontalo masih mengalami kesulitan karena datanya belumterkelola dengan baik. Tidak adanya sarana penyimpanan data terpadu membuat tim penyusun borang kewalahankarena harus melakukan pengumpulan dan merekap data yang dihimpun dari berbagai sumber. Kondisi inilah yangmenjadi permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini diangkat dengan tujuan untuk membuatsistem informasi kinerja program studi di jurusan Teknik Informatika UNG, guna menghimpun seluruh data yangdibutuhkan ke dalam satu wadah setiap tahun akademik, agar memudahkan saat penyusunan borang akreditasi.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah prototype. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi kinerja programstudi dengan mengacu pada instrumen LKPS borang akreditasi.

Abstract

Every govermment agency certainly has a program in the form of providing assistance to the community and must be given to recipients who are worthy and deserve it. There are several problems in determing recipients  of assistance, such as it is not well distributed and well targeted to the recipinets. In addition, the manual data collection process often goes wrong and there are no determined citeria for potential recipinets for assistance. This study aims to apply the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) ad decision support in providing assistance to firherman and cultivators. The system built is capable and feasible to be used for determining the provision of assistance to fisherman and cultivators. This system is able to be a solution in solving problems regarding determination of receipt of assistance to fisherman and cultivators to be more tell targeted because it is based on priorities with the determined criteria. Keywords :  Assistance, Decision Support System, AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process)

Abstract

Penjualan makanan saat ini banyak yang memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana untuk mempromosikan dagangannya. Namun hal tersebut masih menyulitkan pembeli dalam mencari dan memesan makanan serta menyulitkan penjual dalam mengelolah penjualan. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem e-commerce untuk memudahkan pembeli dalam mencari dan memesan makanan dan memudahkan penjual dalam mengelolah penjualan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode prototype yang meliputi tahapan komunikasi, rancangan dan pemodelan secara cepat dan evaluasi prototype. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sistem penjualan makanan online berbasis web gis dapat digunakan pembeli dalam mencari dan memesan makanan serta dapat digunakan penjual dalam mengelolah penjualan

Abstract

Limited information is sometimes a problem faced due to the publication of service is only from friends or relatives. Service vendors also have constraints in terms of promotion so that not all people know about vendor information that provides IT services. Preliminary research conducted on 25 respondents regarding IT services in Gorontalo District and Gorontalo City reveals 75% of respondents choose IT service that are often used, such as mobile service, and 64% laptop service. However, the problem is that 64% of respondents state that it is difficult to get information about IT service in Gorontalo District and Gorontalo City. This research aims to build an interactive IT service marketplace application that can help interaction between customers and service vendors. The system development method used is the Prototype method by using the PHP programming languge and the MySQL database. The result of this research is to make customers (user) easier to find information on service vendors, types of services provided, price details, vendor portofolios in the form of images and videos, location in the form of google maps, and to assist service vendors in promoting their services.Keywords: Marketplace, IT Service, Prototype

Abstract Disaster often appear in the news media, ranging from floods, fires, landslides and tsunamis or other disasters. At the time of the accidents that came to happen perhaps people will forget the circumtances around it, because they think about their own safety and belongings. Therefore, it requires a system that can help community in calling for assistance to the disaster management. The aims of thi s study is to augment community choice in asking for help from disaster management. Currently, the process is a paper- based work which tends to complicate officer in seeking certain data informing marriage schedule duc to the making requires the officer to look at the applicant's data one by one Consenquently, it may hamper a service quality to the community, in addition,  the complication applies to monthly and yearly reporting, which is a time- consuming process due to its making process involves a check data additionally, the mamage  data processing still operates Microsoft word and Microsoft Excel so that it leads to a frequent data duplication, data compt/lost, and also error committed by officer in registering the data. Another problem is that a penghulu ( Muslim Wendding offciant) often forgets abouts a must-do schedule. Objective of this research is to design a mamage registration information System at KUA of Ampana Tete Sub district. Data used in this research are descriptive data. Research finding is a mamage registration information system which facilitates and supports performace of KUA of Ampana Tete in processing and registering mamage data. Also, the community and penghulu  of KUA are earsier in accesing information about mamage data as well as mamage schedule due to the system functions SMS gateway technology.Keywoards :Mamage Registration Information System SMS gateway.

Abstract

YUSRA MULAJATO. A Development Planning Information System  (the principal supervisor is Tajuddin Abdillah, S.Kom, M.Cs., and the co-supervisor is Moh. Ramdhan Arif Kaluku, S.Kom, M.Kom.)Musrenbang (Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembagunan or Development Planning Consultation Forum) is a part of the government's annual forum in development planning where is management remains to experience various problems. One of the problems includes a requirement for Kelurahan (Urban Village) to submit data of Musrenbang activity result, whether softcopy or hardcopy, to Sub-district and Bappeda (Regional Development Planning Agency). Then, the Sub-district will re-submit the data to the Bappeda in which this process is believed to cause a delay in the data  processing. Also, due to data duplication is made frequently, search for Musrenbang data is time-consuming when needed.  This research aims to develop a Development Planning Concultation Forum Information System, which can be integrated into F-SKPD Information System. System development method applies prototype. Research finding reveals that the Development Planning Consultation Forum Information System can perform  an exchange data with F-SKPD Information  System. Therefore, it facilitates Kelurahan and Sub-district in managing data of Musrenbang activity result and simplifies Musrenbang process of making report as well as ease the Bappeda in searching Musrenbang data.  Keywords: Musrenbang, Prototype

Abstract

CV. Dua Putra Satu Putri (DPSP) is one of the CVs located in Gorontalo District, Limboto Sub-district, Polohungo Village. Cash in and cash out data recording is still currently done conventionally. Financial data is recorded in a daily journal, which will later be processed into daily work reports. In the recording process, errors often occur, which result in delays in the process of making other reports. In addition, searching for data takes a long time because there is no good grouping of financial data. Based on that problem, it is important for CV. Dua Putra Satu Putri (DPSP) to apply a computerized accounting information system that functions to support the smooth running of business processes, improve the quality of reports, and also as the first step towards changes to the old system used by CV. Dua Putra Satu Putri (DPSP). This study aims to facilitate heavy equipment owners in the financial chart in the payment process for heavy equipment rental services at CV. Dua Putra Satu Putri (DPSP). The owner no longer recaps data in a handwritten manner, thus simplifying the process of managing financial data and making it easier for the owner to get a financial report result faster. The system development method used is the Prototype method by using the PHP programming language and MySQL database.

Abstract

AbstractIron waste is an object that can be reused for its use value by recycling. To get to the recycling process, iron waste is collected by scrap metal collectors from various areas or various places, then sent to scrap metal dealers to be collected and sent to scrap metal recycling factories. The collectors collect scrap metal to serve as something that has economic value. In editioon, collectors need scrap metal not to be produced but seek and receive scrap metal sales, which will be resold to larger collectors with a higher selling price. The problem that occurs is the difficulty for collectors to locate the presence of scrap metal in the community. Moreover, Another obstacle is that people are still confused about how to infrom scrap metal collectors about the availability of scrap metal in their place. Trus, this research aim to facilitate the collectors to find the location of scrap metal in the community. This system also eases the community to obtain information about the location where the collectors are. The system development method used is the Waterfall method using the PHP programming language and MSQL database.Keywords: Scrap Metal, Waterfall.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of the times the need for data as well as accurate, fast, and informative information is very much needed, Gorontalo District Finance Agency was not spared from similar data requests. Presenting data in the old-fashioned way often degrades the quality of financial statements in accordance with Government Accounting Standards (GAS). This requires the agency that manages, monitors the budget and also the entrepreneurs of Gorontalo Regency to present data that is in line with current needs while maintaining existing standards. The purpose of this study is to apply the prototype method to collect the needs of the presentation of financial statements which are then made in a rapid design and implementation of the system, to submit it to the Financial Board in order to get feedback as testing material in order to produce a good system and in accordance with needs. The results of this study are the Budgeting and Monitoring Monitoring Information System using the prototype method, which is applied to the PHP programming language and MySQL storage, this application is expected to facilitate the Financial Agency in presenting financial reports that are not only accurate and fast but also more informative so that easy to understand.Keywords: Information Systems, Finance, Prototype, PHP, MySQL
