Abstract

This study aimed to identify Performance Management System (PMS), work motivation, and employee performance factors through employee engagement as mediation. Measuring the value of each performance achievement using the PLS SEM method. The research was conducted from March to April 2023. The data collected in this study were primary data obtained from an Indonesian-language questionnaire survey which was distributed via the Google form link using a Likert scale. The sampling method (respondents) used was quota sampling. Data is processed and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results of the study obtained 240 respondents and showed that all variables had an effect. The managerial implication of this research is that state-owned banking companies in Indonesia are advised to increase their current employee engagement and pay attention to factors that can inhibit or reduce employee engagement to maintain company performance in the future. One of the factors that has an impact on the performance of employees and the company at this time is the occurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic and changes in the company's internal environment. Thus, communication between companies and employees must be maintained to minimize misunderstandings regarding their work. The ability of employees to manage emotions, control themselves and establish good relations with fellow co-workers will have an impact on improving performance both at work and in social life.

Abstract

Competition in the business world today is increasingly fierce. This is also felt by the online shop Fitra Shopp. This shop certainly has a target to increase sales in its business, namely by implementing the right marketing strategy. For this strategy to be successful, the store must know the indicators that can influence sales levels. Sales levels can be created through increased purchasing power and quality service. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of purchasing power and service quality on the sales level of the Fitra Shopp online store in East Lampung Regency. This type of research is quantitative research, using SPSS version 21 tools. The results of this research show that all independent variables tested have a positive and significant effect on sales levels. Based on the research results, it can be seen that: (1) the purchasing power variable has a positive and significant effect on the sales level; (2) the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on the sales level; and (3) the purchasing power and service quality variables simultaneously have a significant positive effect on the sales level.

Abstract

This study examines the integration of the Islamic capital market in Indonesia with the Islamic capital market in Malaysia, Japan, China, the United States, and the United Kingdom. This study uses the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) method and daily closing index data from April 2019 to April 2022. The results of this study indicate the existence of a causality relationship between all Islamic stock indices and in Malaysia, Japan, China, the United States, and the United Kingdom with the Islamic stock index in Indonesia. Then based on cointegration analysis, all Islamic stock indices have a long-term relationship with the Islamic stock index in Indonesia. VECM estimation results show that all Islamic stock indices have a short-term relationship.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to analyze the level of risk in investing in shares of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BRIS) on the Bibit application. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach based on secondary data. The data used in this research is a time series which includes data from November 2022 to September 2023, totaling 11 data. From the data that has been collected, calculations are carried out using the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM). The results of this research show that PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BRIS) shares are defensive stock. With this research, it is hoped that investors will be able to know the level of risk in a stock before starting to invest. It is hoped that this research can be used as a source of thought when investors want to invest in PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BRIS) shares.

Abstract

Broadly speaking, the capital market is a place where sellers and buyers of shares interact to raise funds. Companies sell securities to investors interested in potential returns. Islamic capital markets, which adhere to the principles of Islamic finance, are increasingly in demand as an investment option, but understanding of them still needs to be improved, especially among university students.Islamic capital markets are a crucial part of an economy based on Islamic justice and morality, but investment literacy in this regard is still low among university students. An understanding of sharia principles and market analysis are key focal points in investment literacy, especially to encourage active participation from students. In the face of the challenges of digitalization, an in-depth understanding of the principles of Islamic capital markets is crucial to ensure equitable financial inclusion.The objective of this study is to analyze the factors that influence students' investment literacy in Islamic capital markets. With a better understanding of these factors, it is expected that more effective educational strategies can be designed to increase students' understanding and participation in investing in accordance with sharia principles. In doing so, it is expected to contribute positively to sustainable and ethical economic growth in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Inflation, BI 7-Day Repo Rate, and Dollar Exchange Rate on the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) in Indonesia. This study uses quantitative methods, the study population uses monthly data in 2018 – 2022 in Indonesia, this study uses a sample collection technique model with non-probability sampling or non-random samples. Data sources come from data and documents from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Bank Indonesia (BI) and the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia. The analysis process uses multiple regression analysis of time series data assisted by SPSS 2023. The results of this study stated that inflation had a significant positive effect on JCI, while the BI 7-Day Repo Rate had a negative effect on JCI, and the Dollat Rate had no effect on JCI.
