Jurnal “Dinamis: Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat” adalah jurnal yang berfokus pada publikasi karya ilmiah terkait pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam berbagai bidang ilmu. Jurnal ini mewadahi berbagai kajian yang memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan dan kualitas hidup masyarakat, melalui penerapan ilmu pengetahuan yang relevan. Setiap artikel yang dipublikasikan bertujuan untuk menjawab tantangan sosial, ekonomi, pendidikan, kesehatan, dan lingkungan yang dihadapi masyarakat, serta mendorong pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui program dan kegiatan yang berbasis penelitian. Scope jurnal ini mencakup semua disiplin ilmu yang memiliki manfaat praktis bagi masyarakat, tidak terbatas pada bidang teknik, sosial, ekonomi, kesehatan, pendidikan, dan lingkungan. Jurnal ini terbuka bagi kontribusi akademisi, praktisi, dan peneliti yang melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang inovatif dan aplikatif. Dengan pendekatan multidisiplin, "Jurnal Dinamis" mendorong kolaborasi lintas bidang untuk menghasilkan solusi yang efektif dan berkelanjutan dalam menghadapi masalah-masalah yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat luas

<![CDATA[Because the covid pandemic of the 19 financial sector, especially small industries, was threatened with bankruptcy, people’s purchasing power fell due to mass layoffs. To build the resilience of small industries it is important to do. The aim of the community partnership program is to help the aluminum industry in Jepara Regency be sustainable. The service implementation method will be carried out in 2 (two) methods, namely the tutorial or lecture method and the implementation assistance where the dedication partner participates in a smaller program that is receiving, practicing knowledge. While in the second method, service partners will be asked to be active in carrying out the various activities provided. One way to reduce it is with the 3R program (reuse, reduce, recycle). In addition, the problem experienced by the community is that plastic waste is not utilized as a selling value product so that it is expected to increase side income for housewives. <![CDATA[The sharia accounting is not only required for university, but is needed also for senior high school, moreover SMK that opened sharia banking majors.SMK graduates are expected to be experts and able to work in sharia financial institute. Sharia accountancy education is needed to support professionals in carrying out sharia based economic transactions. Hopefully, students SMK become more aware and understand sharia accounting that previously don’t understand. The purpose of this activity to make SMK students accounting major can understand sharia accounting which will be their provision in competing in corporate world. Stage of the implementation get started by make proposal of PKM, then propose to LPPM, next contact schools that will be a place activities implementation and set schedule for implementing. <![CDATA[The current condition of the Covid-19 pandemic, some of the MSME sectors in the food industry, especially tofu, have decreased in income levels, MSMEs in the tofu industry are Berkah Sejahtera in West Sulawesi Province which are experiencing an income crisis. So to help generate these businesses, the purpose of the service is the implementation of infographics as an effort to increase sales during the COVID-19 pandemic, the tofu industry is blessed with prosperity in the West Sulawesi region. Through mentoring and training methods for making infographics with stages and uses that are easy to implement. Based on the graph of the growth of the Berkah Sejahtera tofu industry in 2016 to 2018 there was an increase in production that was perfectly elastic as well as in 2019 to 2021 the production volume had increased, with the application of an infographic system helping this industry in the sales system and product introduction. Revenue gains in the Berkah Sejahtera tofu industry in 2016-2018 amounted to Rp. 2,439,540,000 and in 2019-2021 it was Rp. 2,153,940,000. <![CDATA[The capital market is used as an effective means of mobilizing public funds to be further channeled into productive activities. Public funds that enter the capital market are long-term funds. And the capital market that develops in a country should be good (healthy). Over time, BAPEPAM-LK (Capital Market Supervisory Agency-Financial Institutions) with the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI) officially launched the Islamic capital market. Islamic stock is one of the products traded in the Islamic capital market. This Islamic stock emphasizes the prohibition of transactions in which there is speculation and contains gharar or obscurity, namely transactions in which fraud is possible (khida’). The presence of sharia shares aims to increase public participation so as to promote people’s economic efforts, including expanding the network of Islamic financial institutions to remote areas. The purpose of this PKM is to educate and guide people to think economically, behave in business and improve their quality of life, especially for students of SMK Budi Agung Medan.]]>

<![CDATA[Organic waste processing can be a community empowerment program, especially for housewives. This program aims to provide insight to housewives that waste can also be processed into something more useful and of high economic value. The purpose of this program is to increase the productivity of housewives in RW 05, Kembangarum Village, Mranggen District, Demak Regency. The implementation of organic waste processing activities into eco enzyme is going very well. The organic waste used in this processing is vegetable waste, fruit peel waste and rotting fruit. The methods used in this service are presentations or lectures and demonstrations.]]>

<![CDATA[A good and strong visual identity is a tool in building a brand because it functions to form an impression that influences consumer perceptions. The longer people are familiar with a particular brand, the more likely they are to have a positive attitude toward that brand. In fact, by changing the visual identity of a product, it can also change or improve the brand image in the community and create an Identity. This is what is meant by the concept of brand loyalty, and vice versa if consumers get a negative stimulus from a visual identity of a brand, the biggest possibility is that consumers cancel the desire to try or make repeat purchases. To represent an identity, a logo and a visual system are needed, so that they are important assets in a company, institution, or product as an identity. This need is needed by various levels of business, including MSMEs. This community service program emphasizes increasing the competence of MSME actors in maximizing the potential for selling business products by strengthening the visual identity of the logo. The implementation of this service involves teaching staff (lecturers) from the Information Systems Study Program, Informatics Engineering and Communication Studies as well as students. This program collaborates with as many as 15 (Fifteen) MSME participants to create an identity design and its application media. In its implementation, the design starts from product analysis and then visual output is made, from illustrations to colors.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of writing the report is to determine the effect of the accounting information system on tax assessments at KPP Pratama Jombang Tebuireng. The estimation results obtained from the regression coefficient of the tax accounting information system (SIAP) variable of 0.025 which means that the SIAP variable has a positive and significant effect on tax assessment. This can be seen from the t-test which has a greater probability value than the 5% significance level.]]>

UMKM kopi sendiri dipilih karena dalam proses pembuatan, pengemasan dan pemasarannya masih menggunakan cara yang sederhana. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kemasan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah sosialisasi, penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. dari kegiatan pengabdian ini, mampu meningkatkan daya saing kopi diluar sana, dari pengemasan yang sudah mengikuti perkembangan zaman dan juga pemasaran di online shop, sehingga mampu menarik lebih banyak pembeli dan juga memperluas pemasaran dengan meningkatkan penjualan di marketplace.]]>
