Dinamis: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat
Jurnal “Dinamis: Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat” adalah jurnal yang berfokus pada publikasi karya ilmiah terkait pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam berbagai bidang ilmu. Jurnal ini mewadahi berbagai kajian yang memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan dan kualitas hidup masyarakat, melalui penerapan ilmu pengetahuan yang relevan. Setiap artikel yang dipublikasikan bertujuan untuk menjawab tantangan sosial, ekonomi, pendidikan, kesehatan, dan lingkungan yang dihadapi masyarakat, serta mendorong pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui program dan kegiatan yang berbasis penelitian. Scope jurnal ini mencakup semua disiplin ilmu yang memiliki manfaat praktis bagi masyarakat, tidak terbatas pada bidang teknik, sosial, ekonomi, kesehatan, pendidikan, dan lingkungan. Jurnal ini terbuka bagi kontribusi akademisi, praktisi, dan peneliti yang melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang inovatif dan aplikatif. Dengan pendekatan multidisiplin, "Jurnal Dinamis" mendorong kolaborasi lintas bidang untuk menghasilkan solusi yang efektif dan berkelanjutan dalam menghadapi masalah-masalah yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat luas

<![CDATA[Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberi pengetahuan dasar kepada Masyarakat tentang pendidikan lingkungan hidup berupa pemanfaatan limbah anorganik. Pemanfaatan limbah anorganik adalah satu cara yang bisa dilakukan oleh masyarakat untuk menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Hasil kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap kelestarian lingkungan sehingga pencemaran lingkungan dapat dikurangi. Pengetahuan dasar yang diberikan kepada ibu PKK dalam kegiatan ini yaitu tentang: (1) Pengertian dan jenis sampah, (2) pengelolaan sampah anorganik menjadi barang yang bernilai tinggi, (3) pengelolaan sampah organik menjadi pupuk tanaman Kegiatan ini bertempat di Desa Bendungan Kecamatan Kudu, Jombangdengan melibatkan ibu PKK yang berjumlah ±30 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalahmetode ceramah, praktik, dan tanya jawab. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa ibu PKK mampu menerapkan teori yang diberikan dan mempraktikkannya. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari tugas-tugas yang diberikan kepada ibu PKK yaitu membuat produk hasil pengolahan limbah anorganik berupa botol plastik menjadi barang yang bernilai tinggi. Untuk kedepannya, harapan dari kegiatan ini adalah agar para peserta bisa mempraktikkan di masyarakat dan mengajak warga lain untuk menjaga kelestarian lingkungan dengan tidak membuang sampah di sungai, serta mampu mengurangi limbah anorganik agar tidak mengakibatkan kerusakan lingkungan.]]>

<![CDATA[MI-Almarhamah students tend not to be able to take part in learning activities well. The majority of them are hyperactive students and cannot focus during long activities. This causes the class atmosphere to be not conducive and student learning outcomes are low. This service aims to improve the quality of student learning at MI-Almarhamah. The methods used are socialization, training and direct mentoring in class as well as monitoring and evaluation related to the application of the Pomodoro and Cornell Notes methods. This community service is able to improve the quality of student learning, make the classroom atmosphere more conducive and help teachers apply appropriate methods for students.]]>

<![CDATA[The low tax compliance of MSMEs is due to tax policies that are too burdensome for them. Tax regulations are burdensome for MSMEs, thus affecting the growth of this sector. Facts on the ground show that MSME actors often feel bothered by the applicable tax provisions. Starting from the complexity of tax administration, which must be passed in carrying out tax obligations. Plus the low competence of SMEs in preparing financial reports, as a basis for calculating taxes, and attachments in reporting Annual Tax Returns (Annual SPT). This is the reason behind the existence of this service activity. The aim is to conduct socialization, training, and assistance to MSME actors in compiling financial reports and reporting Annual SPTs. Where this service is carried out in the MSME community in the Blimbing sub-district, Malang City. This activity lasts for 3 months, from January to March 2022. The stages carried out are in the form of socialization, training in the preparation of MSME financial reports, and SPT Reporting Assistance. This service activity has succeeded in increasing MSME tax compliance. And MSMEs who are participants in this activity feel very helpful, in compiling financial reports, as controls in financial management, and reporting SPT.]]>

<![CDATA[Learning activities have changed during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Face-to-face learning has been replaced by online learning. There were several unfavorable impacts that occurred, one of which was the inability to implement good habits that were regularly carried out during the pre-pandemic. Based on that, the purpose of this community service is to help rehabilitate good habits in the Johowinong 2 Elementary School environment during the post-pandemic period. The method was used in the service includes three stages. The initial stage is observation and determination of activities. The implementation stage is to coordinate and synergize good habits. The evaluation stage finds out the obstacles that exist in community service activities related to the synergy of students’ social habituation. With this community service, the partners gave a positive response. The students were enthusiastic in doing social activities together, such as studying together in the library, walking around, and national ceremony. With the synergy between the community service team and school institution, it is expected to be able to get used to positive social habituation in the school environment.]]>

SAK ETAP or financial accounting standards for entities without public accountability are accounting standards used by entities that do not have significant accountability and and publish financial statements for the same purposes. The purpose of this study is to find out the results of financial statement analysis in accordance with SAK ETAP at UPK Mitra Mandiri in Pragaan Sumenep Madura District. The methods used in this study are mixed because they focus on collecting, analyzing, and mixing quantitative and qualitative data in one study or series of studies.]]>

<![CDATA[Murni Jaya Village Owned Enterprise is a business entity owned by Sumbermulyo village with the Basis of Establishing BUMDes Murni Jaya according to Village Regulation/Perdes Number 2 of 2015 concerning Establishment of Pure Jaya BUMDes in Sumbermulyo Village and Minister of Village Regulation Number 4 of 2015. The research method used in This research is aqualitative research with a descriptive approach, with the research focus: 1. Village potential, 2. Village community interest, 3. Inhibiting and supporting factors. The results of this study are the potential and interest of the village community towards the Murni Jaya Village Owned Enterprise program in Sumbermulyo Village, Jombang Regency. In the next few years, the Murni Jaya Village-Owned Enterprise will add several fields of tourism business to increase village income. However, there is one line of business that is currently underdeveloped and generates income for village income. So it can be said that the existence of this Pure Jaya Village Owned Enterprise is very good.]]>

<![CDATA[During the pandemic, the village’s economic condition was also depressed due to a decrease in consumer purchasing power (demand side) and disruption to the price and distribution of agricultural production inputs (supply side). Therefore, the recovery of the village economy is directed at maintaining food security, revitalizing Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), digitizing the economy and cash-intensive work programs which are elaborated by considering the potential and various limitations that each village has. BUMDes which have a core business in managing village economic potential, but their ability to play an economic role in the village is still weak, so it needs to be strengthened to bridge the development of local resources, restore the community’s economy, and become a driving force for the village economy. This service activity is carried out to assist the village government and BUMDes managers in mapping village productive economic businesses, developing BUMDES management as well as introducing village development stakeholders in preparing various development planning documents. With this service, the community of village business actors, BUMDes managers and village officials have the same knowledge and understanding regarding business revitalization through BUMDes development. In addition, the need for BUMDes governance training and assistance both from managerial aspects, business unit (operational) aspects and administrative aspects is fulfilled from this community service activity.]]>

<![CDATA[Zakat is a term for everything that is issued by someone as an obligation to Allah. Then it is handed over to the poor (or those who deserve it). The emergence of Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning the management of zakat was then followed by the emergence of Government Regulation (PP) No. 14/2014 Concerning the Implementation of Law No.23/2011 Concerning Zakat Management as an operational and technical guideline (juknis) for zakat management laws. LSPT is an institution that collects social funds (infaq, zakat, shodaqoh, waqf) which then redistributes these social funds to those in need (especially the eight groups namely the poor, the poor, the amil, converts, riqob, ghorim, fisabilillah, ibnu sabil, who are in under the auspices of the Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School foundation. The lack of zakat funds managed by LSPT and this is due to the lack of knowledge of LSPT staff about zakat, especially zakat maal. Some of the funds received are included in alms that do not require complicated calculations. The Unhasy PKM TEAM provides training in calculating zakat maal either manually or using the zakat calculation application “Zakat Calculator”. The training uses the lecture tutorial method, practice and discussion. The result of this training is the high enthusiasm of the leadership and staff to take part in the training. The training material is very much in line with the needs at LSPT, and those who lastly is the potential and ability of meni participants In short, it is proven by being able to carry out a simulation of paying zakat maal.]]>
