Abstract

This article explores the theoretical foundations of increasing investment attractiveness in the regions. The investment attractiveness of Andijan region is analyzed. Abstract

This article explores the theoretical and practical aspects of public procurement. The existing problems in the public procurement system of the Republic of Uzbekistan were identified and ways of ensuring their compliance with international requirements through studying the experience of foreign countries were presented. The article presents scientific proposals and practical recommendations on how to save budget funds allocated to the state budget and ensure their efficient and rational use.

Abstract

After the Republic of Uzbekistan gained its independence, there were great opportunities for changes in the political, socio-economic, cultural and educational life of the country. Under the leadership of the leadership of the republic, including President Mirziyoev Sh. The article explores the theories of using cluster analysis in marketing research, based on the importance and necessity of exploring the competitive environment in the knitwear market. Competitive environment in the knitwear market of the Republic of Uzbekistan has been studied using cluster analysis. The effectiveness of cluster analysis of competitive environment in the knitwear market is demonstrated.

This review paper explores access to finance for youth-led Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), analyses youth SME financing impediments from a policy perspective and concludes with a consolidated view and relevant recommendations to enable youth in developing countries like Rwanda to build thriving businesses.
