Abstract

The article analyzes the statistics on the factors affecting the demand for labor and makes recommendations and suggestions to increase the demand for labor using the OLS method. In contrast to previous studies, this research seeks to analyze impact of various factors on employment in non-government sector. An increase of one percent in the interest rate will reduce the number of workers in the private sector by 0.307 units. The inverse relationship between interest rate and the number of workers in the real sector obtained and it is more statistically significant than results of previous papers

Abstract

This paper examines the factors affecting Uzbekistan's bilateral trade flows, especially the relationship between trade costs and trade volume over the past decade. It uses a variety of tests, a gravity model, and an OLS regression method. The obtained results are similar to the previous literature, but some unexpected results were observed. It also provides conclusions and recommendations for future problems through the analysis of the results obtained. The main independent variable trade cost showed its expected result. A percentage increase in trade costs will reduce Uzbekistan's bilateral trade volume by 0.03%. Its relationship with bilateral trade is negative and significant

Abstract

Conflict is a state or conflict of attitudes, opinions, views, values, interests, goals, needs of opponents, which arises in the solution of certain personal, professional, social issues. Conflict is a specific person or group. that there is no compromise between two or more parties. Each side seeks to gain its own point of view, preventing the other side from doing so. Conflict is often equated with aggression, threat, debate, hostility, war, etc., and is always perceived as an undesirable event that needs to be avoided as much as possible, or resolved as soon as it arises. This attitude towards conflict is reflected in the works of the authors of the “scientific school” and the “school of administration”. The authors of the school of “human relations” also believed that conflicts could be avoided. They saw the conflict as a sign of inefficiency and poor management. Abstract

There are two traditions ‒ indigenous and international ‒ that exist side by side and are followed with equal passion by their fans. The most famous local sport is kurash, a form of wrestling which has a history that stretches back over millennia. This article analyzes the existence of some factors that affect the process of organizing the training of young wrestlers in technical movements, their negative impact on the effectiveness of competition activities and the problem of forming effective technical movements in wrestling. The article offers suggestions and recommendations on improving the scientific and methodological basis for the formation of basic elements in young wrestlers, as well as the results of the analysis of scientific and methodological literature
