Abstract

In this article, the author addresses the legal aspects of the conclusion of international agreements between the subjects of private law, in particular smart contracts. Systemic analyzes of private-level contracts based on the practice of German law and a number of other states, as well as on the basis of a comparative analysis method with a written form of contracts, positive and negative aspects of the nature of smart-contracts were revealed. The concluding opinions on the impact of smart contracts for foreign economic stability are given, and to the prospect of the individual relations of subjects in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Abstract

The main aim of this study is to investigate the impact of marketing stimulus on customer intention to purchase green products and customer attitude, as well as to examine the mediating role of customer attitude between marketing stimulus and green product purchase intention. A survey was used to gather information from the residence of ampara district, total of 350 questionnaires were issued and 310 responses were received . The proposed model was tested using structural equation modeling, and confirmatory factor analysis was used to assess the reliability and validity. The main finding of this study is that the marketing stimulus influences consumer intention to buy green products and customer attitude positively, while customer attitude fully mediate the relationship between marketing stimulus and green product purchase intention among respondents.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to determine an endeavor to evaluate the challenges faced by Startups and Small Enterprises in Kabul Afghanistan during 2018 . It outlines an approach to learning how startups perceive the impact of input constraints related to market, finance, labor, regulation, technical, etc. on their success. The article recommends specific measures suggested by the related authorities from the government and nongovernment sectors to secure the survival and growth of startups. Prevalence of government regulation, including but not limited to; taxation, bureaucratic licensing, along with complicated procedures are some of the specific challenges faced by Startups and Small business in Kabul.

Abstract

The article describes the rules and results of the use of video materials for specific purposes aimed at improving the skills of management, in particular, the development of management skills. That is why it is very important to use video materials with clear goals in improving the skills of management staff, the development of management skills, and through this we can achieve clear positive results. For this research, assignments were given to 2 groups of 40 students of the Samarkand regional branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, each with 20 participants, and after the training tests were conducted. According to the results of the training, which was organized with general information, without taking into account the specifics of the group, the indicator of mastering the topic of group 1 was 12 points. According to the results of the training, which was organized by selecting video materials on the topic, taking into account the area of ​​activity of the group members, the field, and other factors, the mastery of the topic in group 2 was 18 points. The article reveals the importance of competent teachers in the in-service training system. Because if the teacher has professional competencies, the training will be effective if the lessons are organized in a way that is as understandable to the listener as possible using interactive methods

Abstract

The article examines indicator and analyses of the preparation and physical development of 7-10 years old boys and girls and their analyzes are given in chart. The level of physical development and physical fitness of boys and girls prior to the experiment was analyze during mathematical-static indicators. The data in the charts show that as children grow older, the differences between all the organs forces of the body also increase. In these figures we obtained, it was observed that the left claw forces differ significantly from the right claw forces. It seems that the use of national action games, along with other natural factors, social and educational means has a great impact. At the same time, based on the new requirements for physical education lessons, it was found that good results can be achieved through the use of national folk movement games, relying on new pedagogical technologies

Abstract

Cognitive neuroscience is a subfield of neuroscience that studies the physiological basis of cognition. Cognition is the process of knowing, thatinvolves the reception of raw sensory information and the transformation, elaboration, storage, recovery and use of the information. Cognitiondepends on the workings of the nervous system and is directly concerned about intellectual function. Problem–solving and creativity are twocognitive processes that help the individual harmonize information for solving problems and generate novel ideas and innovative solutions toproblems. Problem–solving is thinking that is directed towards the solving of a specific problem which may involve both the formation ofresponses and the relation among positive responses. Creativity is the ability to produce novel ideas and innovative solutions to problems. Thecerebral cortex and the prefrontal cortex of the human brain are mainly involved in the cognitive processes of problem–solving and creativity.The cognitive theory of problem–solving are creativity and the four– model of creativity form the theoretical thrust of this study.
