Abstract

Merdeka Belajar Campus Merdeka (MBKM) Certified Independent Study Program 'Be a Digital Exporter' at the Export School, this research aims to investigate the impact on increasing students' ability to become coffee exporters. The main focus of the research involved evaluating the digital skills improvement, mastery of the coffee industry, and certifications recognized by students taking part in the program. The research method uses descriptive qualitative data analysis, using direct observation methods in the field. The research results show that this program is successful in improving students' digital skills, providing in-depth knowledge of the coffee industry, and providing industry-recognized certification. This positive impact not only affects the level of success of individual students, but also has the potential to make a real contribution to the growth of the Indonesian coffee export industry. The conclusion of this research shows that the MBKM 'Be a Digital Exporter' Program not only creates digitally skilled coffee exporters, but also plays a role in shaping the future of the national coffee export industry.

Abstract

The importance of quick response in health emergency situations has driven innovation in rapid ambulance call systems. This article discusses the implementation of a B2B business model and Go To Market Strategy in the development of the AmbuTrack application, aimed at analyzing effective strategy implementation to enhance the marketing success and business growth of ambulance services through the AmbuTrack application. This application is designed to closely collaborate with hospitals, facilitating scheduling management and introducing responsive ambulance services. By combining information technology approaches with the latest health management practices, this application not only supports hospital scheduling management but also provides a data-based platform for performance analysis and better decision-making. By minimizing administrative barriers, such as application fees typically imposed by hospital staff and ambulance drivers, this solution aims to optimize financial and human resources, creating a more responsive health ecosystem

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research method that focuses on the aim of measuring how important the role of the Export School is in increasing the number of exports in Indonesia as measured through an Independent Study on the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) 2023 Program. Researchers hope that this research can have benefits in improving students' abilities in the export sector and can inspire innovative ways of learning and training in the academic environment. The Export School has such an important role as a provider of learning platforms for students and people who want to learn about exports. Thus, through this program, researchers hope that many new Indonesian exporters will emerge who are skilled and innovative in the field of exports so that digital businesses can be formed more optimally in accordance with the expectations of the Indonesian Minister of Trade and the Indonesian Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs who have launched the emergence of 500 thousand new exporters in Indonesia in less than 10 years.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelusuri keunikan proses kreatif di balik "Mau Tahu Banget" sebagai studi kasus dalammeningkatkan efisiensi, kualitas, dan keberlanjutan bisnis. Metode kualitatif digunakan untuk mendalami pemahamantentang aspek-aspek kreatif yang mempengaruhiperkembangan bisnis ini. Penelitian melibatkan wawancaramendalam dengan pemangku kepentingan kunci, analisiskonten dari materi kreatif yang dihasilkan, dan observasilangsung terhadap proses kreatif. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa terdapat serangkaian strategi kreatif yang diimplementasikan dalam berbagai tahap pengembangankonten "Mau Tahu Banget". Efisiensi ditingkatkan melaluipenggunaan teknologi canggih dalam produksi konten, sementara kualitas ditingkatkan melalui kolaborasi denganprofesional berbakat dan penerapan standar kualitas tinggi. Keberlanjutan bisnis dijaga dengan memahami tren pasar dan adaptasi terhadap perubahan kebutuhan audiens. Penelitian inimemberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang bagaimana aspekkreatif secara holistik memainkan peran kunci dalammeningkatkan efisiensi, kualitas, dan keberlanjutan bisnis. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pemangkukepentingan, pengusaha, dan peneliti yang tertarik dalammengoptimalkan proses kreatif untuk keberhasilan bisnis yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Strategi pemasaran yang efektif tidak hanya meningkatkan penjualan tetapi mampu menjaga keberlanjutan industri pertanian lokal. Menjalankan usaha budidaya sayuran secara hidroponik dapat menjadi peluang bisnis yang dapat memberi keuntungan dan juga memberikan sebuah peluang untuk seseorang, karena harga jualnya cenderung lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan sayuran yang ditanam secara konvensional. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan melalui strategi pemasaran yang efektif dalam penjualan produk sayur pakcoy hidroponik. Metode pemasaran yang digunakan yaitu metode observasi dengan tujuan mengindentifikasi karakter pelaku pasar. Ada dua saluran distribusi yang tersedia, yakni saluran satu dari petani langsung ke konsumen, dan saluran dua melibatkan petani, pedagang pengumpul, serta pedagang pasar konsumen. Produk hidroponik sayur pakcoy memiliki keunggulan dalam manfaat dan juga potensi penjualan. Pertama, hasil panen yang di dapatkan dari produk hidroponik sayur pakcoy lebih sehat. Kedua, proses sortir sayur pakcoy dimulai dari pemilihan ukuran, bentuk, dan kualitas sayuran. Ketiga, proses pengemasan menggunakan wrapping yang berguna untuk pembungkus sehingga lebih terjaga kebersihannya. Potensi penjualan produk sayur pakcoy hidroponik memiliki keberhasilan karena produk sayur pakcoy hidroponik sudah banyak dikenal dan digemari masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Strategi Pemasaran, Sayur Pakcoy Hidroponik An effective marketing strategy not only increases sales but is able to maintain the sustainability of the local agricultural industry. Running a hydroponic vegetable cultivation business can be a profitable business opportunity and also provide an opportunity for someone, because the selling price tends to be higher than conventionally grown vegetables. This activity aims to increase sales volume through effective marketing strategies in selling hydroponic pak choy vegetable products. The marketing method used is the observation method with the aim of identifying the character of market players. There are two distribution channels available, namely channel one from farmers directly to consumers, and channel two involving farmers, collecting traders and consumer market traders. Pak choy hydroponic vegetable products have advantages in terms of benefits and sales potential. First, the harvest obtained from hydroponic pak choy vegetable products is healthier. Second, the process of sorting pak choy vegetables starts from selecting the size, shape and quality of the vegetables. Third, the packaging process uses wrapping which is useful for wrapping so that it is kept clean. The potential for sales of hydroponic pak choy vegetable products is successful because hydroponic pak choy vegetable products are already widely known and popular with the public.
