Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Bank Indonesia's mentoring program in utilizing the SIAPIK (Sistem Informasi Aplikasi Pencatatan Informasi Keuangan) application to improve financial management of SMEs in Central Java. The research focuses on SMEs in the Red Onion Cluster in Pasir Village, Mijen District, Demak Regency. The methodology used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with SME owners, direct observation of the use of the SIAPIK application, and analysis of related documents. The results of this research show that the use of the SIAPIK application has a positive impact on the ability of SMEs to prepare more accurate and structured financial reports. Most of the SMEs participating in this program reported improvements in financial management and operational efficiency. Although there were some challenges in the initial adaptation to new technology, intensive training and mentoring helped SMEs overcome these challenges. These findings indicate that the SIAPIK application can be an effective tool in supporting the growth and sustainability of SMEs in Indonesia.

Abstract

In today's digital era, learning to develop digital skills s essential for students to prepare for their future careers. One way to achieve this s through the Kampus Merdeka program, ncluding the ndependent Study program. This program s expected to be a means for students to prepare themselves for changes n society, culture, the world of work, and rapid technological advances. The purpose of this study s to evaluate the mplementation of learning n the Certified ndependent Study program n Product Management organized by PT Lentera Bangsa Benderang, so that participants can understand the career opportunities available n the digital era. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, where the results are n the form of written or oral data and observable behavior of nformants. The results of the study show that the mplementation of learning n the Certified ndependent Study program at PT Lentera Bangsa Benderang has gone well, as seen from the program framework that encourages motivation and self-learning ability, as well as significant learning achievements with the preparation of a final project that reflects student understanding from the nitial material to the end. Therefore, the project-based learning approach at PT Lentera Bangsa Benderang can be a good foundation and reference for those who want to explore more deeply n the field of Product Management and build a career n the field.

Abstract

The product produced by the Independent Entrepreneur Bagrik Craft is a business that has very good and profitable prospects. This is because the handicraft canvas fabric bag combined with lurik patchwork is a bag that raises the local culture of Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the 4P marketing strategy (Product, Price, Promotion, and Place) in order to find out marketing improvement efforts at BagrikCraft and to analyze the sales prospects of Bagrik Craft, seen from the profits earned during the research period. The research method used is to analyze marketing strategies and income and expenses in the production of Bagrik Craft handicraft bags during the period 4 November to 3December 2023. The results showed that the 4P marketing strategy was very influential on the level of sales of BagrikCraft products, and during the research period Bagrik Craft products sold as many as 100 units of bags with unit prices ranging from Rp55,000 to Rp65,000. Based on simple profit-loss calculations, it can be said to be profitable with the income obtained, namely Rp6,020,000 > Rp5,000,000.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyz the impact of the MBKM (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka) program with an independent study of Data Science on increasing the interest of students at the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta to become data analysts. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method, which involves collecting data through in-depth interviews and observations of MBKM program participants. The results of the study indicate that the MBKM program, especially those related to the independent study of Data Science, has a positive impact on increasing student interest in the field of data analysis. Through experiential learning, such as internships and working on real projects, students gain technical skills that are relevant to industry needs as well as in-depth insights into the challenges and opportunities in the world of data science

Abstract

The purpose of this business model canvas (BMC) analysis is to develop a well-developed business plan to improve the sustainability of Wickercane rattan craft company based in Kartasura, Sukoharjo. By using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach, this study attempts to examine the marketing strategy of Wickercane rattan craft company. Rattan crafts, such as wall decorations, hangers, wallets, and other items, are produced by Wickercane, a company with various domestic and international market potentials. Key components including client groups, value propositions, distribution channels, customer relationships, key resources, key partnerships, key activities, and cost structures are identified in this study using BMC.

Abstract

The UMKM Go Digital socialization program is a strategic step to encourage the development of micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) in the digital era. The digital economy in Indonesia continues to grow alongside global digital transformation. Through digital marketing socialization, introduction to e-commerce, and training in logo, banner, and packaging creation conducted by the KKN Mas 2024 Group 37 team, this research aims to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of UMKM marketing by utilizing online payment systems and digital technology. The methods used include field visits and practical training for UMKM owners. The research findings reveal that the training effectively enhanced UMKM owners' comprehension and abilities in business branding. With continued assistance from the academic community, it is anticipated that UMKM will adapt more effectively to market demands and boost their profitability.

Abstract

Technological advancements drive industries to transition to the digital realm, producing new jobs. To minimize unemployment in Indonesia, the government is combining education and the industrial sector through the Independent Study Independent Study Campus (MBKM) initiative. The purpose of this study is to examine how students perceive the Certified Independent Study MBKM curriculum at RevoU Tech Academy for enhancing their digital abilities. This study employs a qualitative approach with interviews as the data gathering technique, with students who have participated in these events. Thus, it is planned that this research will detail the learning process, the problems encountered during the program, and the program's influence on developing students' digital abilities and preparation to meet the needs of an increasingly digital work market.

Abstract

The development of technology is currently growing rapidly and quickly, this era of globalization affects people's behavior in carrying out daily activities. Current technology has an impact on the economic aspect with the emergence of fintech as a breakthrough in the era of globalization in easy access to finance. Fintech also gave rise to fintch as a breakthrough for making payments when making transactions. Fintech and QRIS have an impact on MSME business actors in developing their businesses. Fintech makes it easy for UMKM business actors to take out business capital loans to develop their businesses. While QRIS provides convenience when making transactions and guarantees security when making transactions. With QRIS, UMKM actors are not worried about the circulation of counterfeit money, and provides a financial analysis to evaluate their business. Business actors are asked to increase financial literacy with the development of technology, business actors must be able to improve their skills in order to compete with large businesses.

Abstract

I In the modern era, digital marketing has grown rapidly and has become a major tool in marketing strategies. Social media is not only a communication platform but also an effective means to increase branding and engagement with customers. This research focuses on CV. Arbain Jaya Mandiri, a micro business in Solo, produces honey, herbal products, and cosmetics. Before using digital marketing strategies, companies still had limitations in significantly increasing brand awareness. This study aims to identify effective digital marketing strategies through social media, analyze appropriate social media platforms to improve branding and measure the success of digital marketing strategies. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with Participatory Action Research. Participatory Action Research is research that involves relevant parties (stakeholders) directly in making changes and improvements for the better during the research process. The result of this research is the application of AI technology in promotional content by CV. Arbain Jaya Mandiri has proven to be an effective strategy in improving marketing strategies. This can provide insights for other micro businesses looking to optimize their digital strategies in small and medium-sized businesses for sustainable marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors that influence audit report lag. The research method employs multiple regression analysis. The population of this study consists of infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019-2022. This study uses panel data, with data processing facilitated by SPSS 25.0. The results of the study show that financial distress has a statistically significant effect on the audit report lag of infrastructure companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2022, solvency also has a statistically significant effect on audit report lag, while the complexity of company operations does not have a statistically significant effect on the audit report lag of these companies during the same period.
