Abstract

Organization is a group formed in order to achieve specified goals. This goal can be achieved if the management in it has a good organizational commitment. There are several factors that influence a person in increasing his organizational commitment. One of them is a factor in him, namely in the form of self awareness. So the existence of this study aims to determine the effect of self awareness on organizational commitment UKK Pramuka UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a significant positive effect between self awareness and organizational commitment. This research is quantitative with purposive sample saturation sampling. The research data collection instrument used a Likert scale model and data analysis used simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the significant value of the influence of self awareness on organizational commitment is 0.008 lower than the significant standard, namely 0.05 (0.008 <0.05), which means that there is an influence between self awareness and organizational commitment of the UKK Pramuka management at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin for the period 2019/2020. Then, the R square value is 0.209, which means that the self awareness variable has an influence on organizational commitment by 20.9% and the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

AbstractLecturers are professionals and scientists with the main task of transforming, developing, and disseminating science, technology, and art through research, education, and of course community service. One of the efforts to improve the ability of lecturers is to pay attention to their workload. The workload received by the individual can produce pressure that is manifested under certain conditions. Preliminary studies conducted by the author, namely lecturers with additional tasks who received assignments regarding optimizing the Tri Dharma of higher education also turned out to be charged with administrative affairs of institutions, coupled with human resource problems. The research used is a qualitative type with a case study approach. The subject is a lecturer with additional assignments at the Islamic Psychology Study Program, Faculty of Ushuluddin and Humanities UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. Data collection techniques using interview techniques. The data analysis technique uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study obtained different perceptions of the workload of 4 subjects.

Abstract

OCB is an employee’s initiative behavior in doing work that is not related to a reward, but can help increase effectiveness for the company. Basically, employees who have OCB behavior will include behaviors such as helping other employees, volunteering to do additional tasks, obeying the rules and procedurs at work. Basically, employees who have good OCB will have these dimensions inthemselves, namely altruism, courtesy, sportsmanship, civic virtue, and conscientiousness. So in this case, the researcher wants to do research on the influence og religiosity and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavioron employees of PT. Panca Tknik Banjarmasin. This research is an associative quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people employees of PT. Panca Teknik Banjarmasin. The result of this study are: 1) there is a significant influence between religiosity on OCB in employees of PT. Panca Teknik Banjarmasin with a significant level of 0.000 (p<0,5) and an effective contribution of 31,6%. 2) there is is a significant influence between organizational commitment to OCB on employees of PT. Panca Teknik Banjarmasin with a significant level of 0.000 (p<0,5) and an effective contribution of 36,1%. 3) there is is a significant influence between religiosity and organizational commitment to OCB on employees of PT. Panca Teknik Banjarmasin with a significant level of 0.000 (p<0,5) and collectively gave an effective contribution of 39,2%.OCB merupakan perilaku inisiatif karyawan dalam melakukan pekerjaan yang tidak berhubungan dengan suatu reward, akan tetapi dapat membantu meningkatkan efektifitas bagi perusahaan. Pada dasarnya karyawan yang memiliki perilaku OCB akan menyertakan perilaku seperti menolong karyawan lain, melakukan kegiatan sebagai sukarelawan untuk melakukan tugas tambahan, mentaati aturan dan prosedur di tempat kerja. Pada dasarnya karyawan yang memiliki OCB yang baik akan memiliki dimensi-dimensi ini di dalam dirinya, yaitu altruism, courtesy, sportsmanship, civic virtue, dan conscientiousness. Maka dalam hal ini, peneliti ingin melakukan penelitian tentang Pengaruh Religiusitas dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Organizational Citizensip Behavior pada Karyawan PT. Panca Teknik Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang karyawan PT. Panca Teknik Banjarmasin. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara religiusitas terhadap OCB pada karyawan PT. Panca Teknik Banjarmasin dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,5) dan sumbangan efektif yang diberikan sebesar 31,6%. 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara komitmen organisasi terhadap OCB pada karyawan PT. Panca Teknik Banjarmasin dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,5) dan sumbangan efektif yang diberikan sebesar 36,1%. 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara religiusitas dan komitmen organisasi terhadap OCB pada karyawan PT. Panca Teknik Banjarmasin dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,5) dan secara bersama-sama memberikan sumbangan efektif yang diberikan sebesar 39,2%.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work motivation and job insecurity in contract employees in private companies. The method used in this research is the descriptive quantitative research method. The subjects in this study were employees with contract status in the company with 15 contract employees. Sampling using saturated sampling technique because the population is used as a whole as the research sample. The data used is quantitative data with data collection using a questionnaire method in the form of a scale and interviews. The research quantitative data were analyzed using a descriptive statistics test with a mean value of 46.93 and a standard deviation of 5.812 for work motivation and a mean value of 38.13 and a standard deviation of 4.406 for job insecurity. The results of the correlation calculation using the Spearman rank correlation coefficient test are known to be the Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.356. Meanwhile, the correlation coefficient value is 0.257 so it can be interpreted that the level of strength of the correlation coefficient relationship between work motivation variables and job insecurity is at a very low level. The percentage of effective contribution of work motivation affecting job insecurity based on the results of the determination test is only 0.054 or 5.4% and the remaining 94.6% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

There are many causes that affect the organizational commitment of members, one of which is how a person is able to manage his emotions when organizing. This research uses a quantitative approach. Sampling used purposive sampling technique and the number of respondents in this study were 50 students, namely 95% of the total population. The measuring instrument used in managing emotions refers to the theory of Goleman and Hud, while the organizational commitment variable refers to the theory of Allen and Mayer which was compiled. The data analysis used in this study was simple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the level of managing emotions is in the medium category and the level of organizational commitment is in the medium category. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis shows that there is a significant effect between managing emotions on organizational commitment with an R square value of 0.562 and a significance value of p = 0.000 <0.05. This means that there is an influence between managing emotions on organizational commitment with a percentage of 56.2% while the remaining 43.8% is influenced by other factors not disclosed in this study.

Abstract

Perilaku menyontek yang ditemukan diantara peserta didik menunjukkan belum tercapainya tujuan ranah efektif. Maka dari itu, dibutuhkan pengkajian perilaku yang lebih dalam, langkah tersebut dapat dimulai dengan memiliki kesadaran (awareness) yang baik. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh self awareness terhadap perilaku menyontek mahasiswa Psikologi Islam UIN Antasari Banjarmasin.Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif jenis penelitian korelasional. Populasi penelitian ialah seluruh mahasiswa aktif Psikologi Islam UIN Antasari Banjarmasin yang berjumlah 565 Orang. Teknik yang akan dipakai pada penelitian ini ialah sampel acak sederhana. Sampel yang diambil oleh peneliti berjumlah 80 orang.Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa:1) Tingkat self awareness mahasiswa Psikologi Islam mayoritas pada kategori tinggi sebanyak 36 orang (45%);2) Tingkat perilaku menyontek mahasiswa Psikologi Islam mayoritas pada kategori rendah sebanyak 33 orang (41,25%);3) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara self awareness terhadap perilaku menyontek mahasiswa Jurusan Psikologi Islam Fakultas Ushuluddin dan Humaniora UIN Antasari Banjarmasin dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 31,4%.
