Falahiya: Research Journal of Islamic Banking and Finance is a journal published by the Islamic Banking Department of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, IAIN Ponorogo. The scope of the journal is scientific papers by students or collaborations between students and lecturers in the field of Islamic finance and banking. Abstract

Introduction: This study aims to determine the effect of ZISWAF Fund Revenue, NPF Nett, and Musyarakah Income on NPF Gross with Firm Size as a Moderating Variable. Research Methods: The sample used in this study is a company in the financial sector registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2015.Q1 to 2023.Q3. The data analysis technique used is Panel Data Regression Analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the Eviews 12 application. Results: The results showed that ZISWAF Fund Revenue and NPF Nett had a positive effect on NPF Gross for the period 2018.Q1-2023.Q3. Musyarakah financing and firm size has a negative effect on NPF Gross for the period 2018.Q1-2023.Q3. Firm Size is able to moderate ZISWAF Fund Revenue and Musyarakah Income on NPF Gross for the period 2018.Q1-2023.Q3. Conclusion: Firm Size is able to moderate ZISWAF Fund Revenue and Musyarakah Income. Future research is expected to use other variables as moderating variables, such as dividend policy and use company samples from other sectors.

Abstract

Introduction: Ratio explains the relationship between one amount and another amount. An analyst can gain insight into a company's financial situation and its good and bad aspects by using ratios as an analytical tool. The purpose of financial ratio analysis is to help managers understand what a business should do given its limited financial data. This research aims to compare the financial ratios of BSI, BTN Syariah and Bank Muamalat Indonesia in terms of NPF, ROA and FDR. Research Methods: This research is included in Quantitative research using comparative analysis. The population in this study were financial reports from BSI, BTN Syariah and BMI with 84 financial report samples. Analysis of this research data used the One Way Anova test with the help of the IBM SPSS version 26 program. Results: From this research, the results obtained: there is no difference in the financial ratios of BSI, BTNS and BMI on the NPF variable. The financial ratios in terms of BSI ROA do not have a significant difference with the BTNS ROA value, and the BSI and BTNS ROA values ​​have a significant difference with the BMI ROA value. Conclusion: There are differences in the financial ratios of BSI, BTNS and BMI in terms of FDR

Abstract

Introduction: This research aims to analyze the level of bank health and symptoms of financial distress in Indonesian and Malaysian Sharia Banks for 2018-2022 period. Research Methods: The research method is quantitative descriptive using RGEC, Springate S-Score and Zmijewski X-Score. Data analysis using Normality Test, Sign-Wilcoxon Difference Test and Mann Whitney Test. Data used is from the bank's annual financial and GCG report for the 2018-2022 period. Results: Level of bank health using RGEC analysis shows Indonesian Sharia Commercial Banks in "Healthy" condition with percentage of 73%. Likewise, Malaysian Sharia Commercial Banks are in "Healthy" condition with percentage of 81%. This indicates that the health level of Malaysian BUS is better than Indonesian BUS. Measuring the level of financial distress using Springate S-Score analysis shows that Indonesian and Malaysian BUS are in healthy condition. Conclusion: The Sign-Wilcoxon difference test show that when comparing the level of soundness of Islamic banks there is a difference in the NPF and BOPO ratios, while there is no difference in the ROA ratio. Meanwhile, in the FDR using the Mann Whitney test, it is known that there are differences, ROE and CAR ratios of Sharia Commercial Banks there are no differences.
