Abstract

Anxiety appears in the third trimester (28-40 weeks) starting before delivery. In addition, this third trimester is a high risk of the possibility of premature birth so that it can cause high anxiety in primigravida mothers. One of the factors that need attention is the maternal factor, namely the level of anxiety in the face of childbirth. One of the indicators of anxiety is anxiety, fear and stress. And if not handled, the consequences will have a negative impact which can lead to new problems. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between anxiety levels and the smooth delivery of primigravida inpartu mothers at Gemarang Health Center, Ngawi Regency. The research design used is cross sectional. The population in this study were all primigravida mothers at Gemarang Health Center, with a total population of 30 primigravida mothers. Samples were taken in this study through inclusion and exclusion criteria with data analysis coding, scoring and tabulating. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between anxiety in facing childbirth with smooth delivery in primigravida inpartu mothers at Gemarang Health Center, Ngawi Regency in 2021 (p value = 0.003). Where there is a relationship between anxiety in facing labor and smooth delivery in primigravida inpartu mothers due to an anxious condition, a mother cannot concentrate on the labor process she is facing. This condition at a later stage will reduce power or his so that it will increase the time of delivery because the fetus is not born immediately. On the other hand, when the mother is calm, the mother can gather strength for the physiological process of labor to take place.

Abstract

Nutritional Status is a body condition caused by a balance between nutrient intake and need. Toddler Nutrition Status is a condition of child's health determined by the degree of physical needs of energy and nutritional substances. Based on the initial survey of research in the village corner of Kadiri in March was obtained the results that from 10 mothers of toddlers obtained 60% of infants have not understood the status of nutrition and 40% of mothers are already familiar with nutrition status. Factors affecting the nutritional status of the toddler mother is a factor in the knowledge of nutritional status in the village corner of the working Rw 2 area of ​​Sukorame Kadiri City clinic year 2020. This research is comparative analytical research. The population of 41 children is in the corner of Kadiri. Randomized sampling technique with simple random sampling of 35 respondents. The statistical test used was the Wilcoxon test. This study was conducted in 35 respondents with the results of knowledge prior to the most knowledgeable majority health education almost all (74.3%) Respondents and after a good knowledgeable majority health education (60.0%), Wilcoxon test Results stated P value < A < 0.000 < 0.05 which means there is an increase in knowledge before and after the counseling of nutritional status in a toddler's mother. The conclusion that nutrition status health education in toddler mothers managed to increase knowledge and achievement for health care institutions and health achievement in the society.

Abstract

High cholesterol are a serious problem because it can interfere with health even threaten human life. One way to lower high cholesterol levels is by administering red dragon fruit and honey juice. From the initial survey conducted in pustu Datengan Puskesmas Grogol district Kediri the number of menopause with cholesterol levels >200 mg/dl amounted to 42 peaple(10,7%).this study aims to determin the effect of red dragon fruit and honey juice on cholesterol levels in the menopause in pustu Datengan puskesmas Grogol distric Kediri 2021 year. The research design used was pre experimental research with One Group Pre Post Design approach. The population of this is menopause who have cholesterol >200 mg/dl amounted to 16 people. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The instruments used are Auto Check blood test and observation sheet Results of the research before being given red dregon fruit ang honey juice with an average value of cholesterol levels of 220,94 mg/dl and the results after being given red dragon fruit and honey juice with an average value of cholesterol levels of 199.56 mg/dl. Changes in cholesterollevels before and after treatment were given and mean value of 21.38 mg/dl. On the statistical test result is Wilcoxon test in get ρ value of 0,000 then value ρ value <0,05. This indicates that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is influence of red dragon fruit and honey juice to cholesterol levels at menopause in pustu Datengan puskesmas Grogol distric Kediri 2021 year Based on the results of the study is expected menopause can use non pharmacological treatment of red dragon fruit and honey juice to lower high cholesterol levels.

Abstract

Anemia in pregnancy is a condition of pregnant women with hemoglobin levels below 11 gr / % in TM I and III or <10.5 gr% in TM II. Herbal utilization is one of the alternative treatments non-pharmacology, one of which is the fruit dates. This study aims to determine the effect of giving dates on HB levels of pregnant women trimester III. The research design used is pre-experimental research. The population in this study is 16 people with total sampling techniques. The research instrument used SOP, haemometer, and observation sheet. The results of the study were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The Wilcoxon test results showed that there is no effect of giving dates to hemoglobin pressure levels in pregnant women trimester III in the community health center of Bangsongan Kediri in 2018. Based on the study results, it is expected that dates can be used as an alternative treatment for anemia in pregnant women.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is a disease that often appears in developing countries such as Indonesia. A person is said to be hypertensive and at risk of health problems if after several measurements. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of boiling water on the decline of blood pressure in menopausal women with hypertension in Kediri City. Methods: This research is a pre design experiment, with a type of pre experimental type one group pre post test design. Sampling techniques using purposive sampling. With a population of 68 people and a sample used numbering 16 respondents. Data collection using observation sheets and research materials namely tensimeters. Results: In normality tests using Shapiro wilk blood pressure before and after being given boiling water of the mahkota dewa fruit obtained p value 0.03 and 0.41 while diastolic blood pressure before and after being given boiling water of the mahkota dewa fruit obtained p value 0.00 and 0.01. The results of data analysis using wilcoxon signed rank statistical test were obtained p-value result 0.00 with α level (0.05). Conclusion: The results showed there was an effect of boiling water of the mahkota dewa fruit on the decrease in blood pressure in menopausal women with hypertension. Researchers hope to increase the knowledge, skills of respondents as well as utilize the fruit in handling and treating hypertension.
