Abstract

One of the causes of the environmental problems is the tofu industry. Disposal of liquid waste in the river causes water pollution. To find out how far the burden of pollution in wastewater is by measuring COD and pH. In this case aquatic plants such as water hyacinth are an alternative way to overcome the waste pollution. Aim from this study the use of water hyacinth (Eichhornia Crassipes) in reducing levels of COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) and acidity (pH) tofu industry liquid waste in Tawang Village, Wates District, Kediri Regency. Based on the type of this research istrue experimental. This research design uses True post test only design with the focus of his research directed to be analyzed the use of water hyacinth in reducing levels of COD and pH of tofu industry wastewater with 3 types of water hyacinth variations in treatment namely 5, 7 and 9 applied with 5L of tofu wastewater is then tested by a laboratory. Analysis of the data used is One Way Anova. The findings found the average levels of COD and pH after the administration of water hyacinth with plant variation 9 is 865.80 mg / l and 7.7220 mg / l, plant variation 7 is 4617.80 mg / l and 7.7180 mg / l , plant variation 5 is 6422.00 mg / l and 7.7180mg / l. Based on statistical tests using One Way Anova get a value of 0,000 <0.05 so it is concluded that the averageCOD level of liquid waste of tofu industry which are given water hyacinth significantly different. Based on statistical tests using One Way Anova get a value of 0.001 <0.05 so it can be concluded that the averagepH of tofu industry liquid waste which are given water hyacinth significantly different. The results of this study can be a community solution to problems in the use of water hyacinth to reduce levels of COD and pH so that the quality of water contaminated by industrial waste can be overcome

Data collection using questionnaires and medical records (MCH Handbook). Bivariate analysis to see the relationship between the independent variables with the dependent variable using the statistical coefficient contingency test with a significant level α = 0.05. The results showed there was a relationship between the knowledge of pregnant women about the danger signs of third trimester pregnancy with ANC compliance in the working area of Ngambon Puskesmas, Bojonegoro District, with a P value of 0.005 <α (0.05) and r = 0.509, so H0 was rejected and H1 accepted, which means that there is a relationship between the knowledge of pregnant women about the danger signs of third trimester pregnancy with ANC compliance in Ngambon Health Center, Bojonegoro Regency, and the level of close relationship. Abstract

Perineal tears occur in almost all normal birth processes and not infrequently perineal tears can result in perineal infections, causing a long wound healing process. This occurs because some postpartum mothers experience abstinence from food and lack of vulva hygiene behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between abstinence from food and vulva hygiene behavior on perineal wound healing on the 7th day of postpartum mother at Bpm Ny. J Puspo Village. This study is a correlational study using questionnaires and observation instruments. The population is all postpartum women with perineal wounds. This study uses the Pearson test. The results of the study found that as many as (25.7%) of respondents had the habit of abstaining from food and (42.5%) did not perform vulva hygiene, found as many as (37.1%) of respondents who had old perineal wound healing. While the behavior of Vulva Hygiene test results with correlation coefficient analysis r 0.616 > r table (0.3338) then there is a significant relationship then seen from Sig = 0.000 which means Sig 0.000 <0.05 then there is a relationship so that Ho is rejected Ha is accepted meaning there is a relationship abstinence from eating with perineal wound healing. With the analysis of the correlation coefficient, the value of r is 0.606 > r table (0.3338) so there is a significant relationship (Ha is accepted), then seen from Sig = 0.000 which means Sig 0.000 <0.05 then there is a relationship so that Ho is rejected Ha is accepted This means that there is a relationship between vulva hygiene behavior and perineal wound healing. There is a relationship between abstinence from eating and vulva hygiene behavior towards perineal wound healing on the 7th day of postpartum women. One of the causes of the inactivity of mothers to join the class of pregnant women is due to work, limited time, opportunities, education, knowledge, lack of self-motivation and lack of support from the husband. Preliminary survey results conducted in Singogalih Village, Tarik Sidoarjo District in January 2020, were obtained from 10 participants who were enrolled in the pregnant mother’s class, only 4 pregnant women had attended the pregnant mother’s class. This shows that there are still many pregnant women who have not yet joined the class of pregnant women. The design of this research is correlation analytic with cross sectional approach. The population studied was all pregnant women with samples of second and third trimester pregnant women of 20 pregnant women. The independent variable was examined by the husband's support while the dependent variable was activeness in taking the class of pregnant women. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling technique by means of purposive sampling, which is taking samples in accordance with the wishes of researchers. The results were analyzed using the Spearman Rank statistical test. The results obtained by the significance value (α) is 0.05 with a correlation coefficient of 0.039 that the majority of respondents (65%) actively attend the class of pregnant women as many as 13 out of 20 pregnant women. Then the conclusion is that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is active activity of pregnant women in the pregnant class in terms of the husband's support about the pregnant class in Singogalih village, Tarik Sidoarjo district in 2020. Based on the results of research that the husband's support in the form of physical and psychological comfort obtained through knowledge that pregnant women need to be cared for, loved, and loved.
