Abstract

Pregnancy and childbirth are physiological processes that women experience, but sometimes have risky conditions. This study aims to determine the effect of filial value and commitment to family ability in early detection of high risk pregnancy. This study used a cross sectional design. The sample size of 112 from a population of 155 by simple random sampling. Data analysis using SEM PLS. The results (52.7%) were in early adulthood , (62.5%) secondary education, (75%) worked in private (57.1%) had good self-esteem, (52, 7%) self -motivated enough, (50%) good previous behavior. SEM-PLS statistical analysis CFA, fillial value were 10.23 and commitment was 13.78, on family abilities. The value of the fillial value (0.201), the value of commitment (0.102). R2 value (0.63) and Q2 value of 0.65. In further research, it is necessary to involve other factors to increase family capacity, especially in the ability of families to detect high-risk pregnancies early.

Abstract

Deafness is a hearing impairment that is not functioning optimally. They need a therapy ,these therapies is speech therapy. The research objective was to determine the influence of speech therapy in improving the oral language skills of deaf children. The research method used a queasy experiment with a pre and post test design without control. The samples were 7 students. The instruments used SOP of speech therapy and 20 questions to measure the oral language skills of deaf children. The intervention was carried out 12 times face-to-face. The univariate results showed that before speech therapy the average oral language skills of children with hearing impairment a value of 40,00, then after speech therapy was 12 times face-to-face the average to be 78,14. Multivariate analysis using repeated measure ANOVA p-value 0.000 (p<0.05) it meant that there was an influence of speech therapy in improving the oral language skills of deaf children.

Abstract

One of the factors that influence fetal growth during pregnancy includes the mother's nutritional status at the beginning of pregnancy and the mother's weight gain during pregnancy and delivery, such as;stunted fetal growth (PJT).Low birth weight (LBW),small, short, thin, low immune system, and risk of death. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nutritional status and body weight of pregnant women on birth weight (LBW) in the context of early detection of stunting in the working area of Penimbung. This type of research is Cohort survey with a prospective approach, sampling 30 respondents using total sampling technique.Data collection using observation sheet instrument. The results of the chi-square test showed that the nutritional status was obtained. p-value = 0.538> 0.05, and the maternal body weight obtained p-value = 0.474> 0.05, it means that the results of the analysis of all data, both nutritional status and weight, did not show a significant value. P-value> 0.05

Abstract

This study used a cross sectional study. The population was DMPA and Cyclofem injection family planning acceptors, while the sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of data analysis with the Paired T test, it was found that DMPA acceptors had higher cholesterol levels (mean = -1.822; SD = 45.34; p <0.005) than cyclofem acceptors (mean = 1.722; SD = 35.51; P <0.005). Contraceptive injections cause changes in fat metabolism through changes in HDL and LDL levels. HDL is antiatherogenic, on the other hand, high levels of LDL and triglycerides cause cardiovascular disease in the periphery and coronary arteries which cause cardiovascular disease. Long-term use of hormonal contraceptives causes an increase in LDL, whereas HDL varies

Abstract

The delivery process is determined by several factors that influence it, one of which is from the mother and fetus side (Psychology, Power, Passage, Passanger, Position and Placenta). Childbirth can proceed normally (Euthocia) if these factors are met properly. This type of research is an observational study using a comparative study and a cross sectional approach, namely observing the position of labor (upright position and recumbent position) and observing the duration of second labor. The population in this study were mothers who gave birth at PMB Sari Nurhayati. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The results of the Mann Whitney test analysis showed ρ value of 0.009 (ρ <0.05), which means that there is a significant difference between the upright position and the recumbent position. The average length of time II in the upright position was 11.3 minutes, while in the recumbent position group was 19.7 minutes.

Abstract

Childbirth without direct assistance by the family and the condition of the clinic that is not conducive due to this pandemic will risk making the mother even more anxious and insecure, especially if the mother does not fully understand the current condition. Lack of understanding will make mothers feel anxious. This study used a quasi-experimental study with a pre-test-post-test group. The population is 48 respondents. The independent variable is education about Covid and dependent variable is Self-efficacy and the level of maternal anxiety. Data collection using a questionnaire, anxiety with DASS 42 and self-efficacy will be measured using the general self-efficacy scale (GSES). Data analysis used Pair T test with α = 0.05. The results of the paired T-test statistical test obtained pre post test analysis of education, the self-efficacy variable stated the value of ρ = 0.02 and the variable degree of anxiety the value of ρ = 0.01.

Abstract

This study is a true experiment with a posttest-only control group design. 30 pregnant Rattus norvegicus aged 2-3 months were randomly divided into 3 groups, namely the control group (K), the mackerel oil treatment group (P1), and the omega-3 supplements group (P2). The experimental animals were acclimatized and superovulated. The treatment was given at day 1-17 of pregnancy. 3 newborn Rattus norvegicus with the criteria of the largest, medium, and lightest body weight were taken from each parent to be made preparations on the 18th day. Examination of preparations carried out by immunohistochemistry. The mean ± SD of the apoptosis index in the cerebrum were 4.93 ± 0.87 (K), 2.53 ± 0.45 (P1), and 3.72 ± 0.54 (P2). The results of statistical tests showed that there was a significant effect on the apoptotic index in the cerebrum of newborn Rattus norvegicus between groups with p-value <0.05.

Abstract

Observational research using a restrospective design from a hospital perspective. Samples of all claim files and medical records of breast cancer chemotherapy patients with codes C-4-13-I, C-4-13-II, and C-4-13-III in 2017. Analysis of the suitability of the cost of therapy with INA-CBG's rates with one sample t-test and factors that influence the cost of therapy with multivariate analysis. The results showed there were 113 treatment episodes of 72 patients, of which women aged <45 years were most affected. Difference between the real cost of hospitalized breast cancer and INA-CBG's rates in class 3 treatment C-4-13-I severity level Rp. -62,187,362, C-4-13-II of Rp. 6,159,896, C-4-13-III Rp. 64,042,570. Based on all severity values P <0.05, means the average cost of treating breast cancer with all different severity levels based on INA-CBG’s 2016 rates.
