Abstract

ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction (STEMI) is a life-threatening cardiovascular emergency that requires rapid and appropriate intervention. One key indicator of successful management is Door-to-Balloon Time (D2BT), which reflects the interval between a patient's arrival at the emergency department and the initiation of primary percutaneous coronary intervention. The CODE STEMI program was developed to streamline the clinical pathway and accelerate reperfusion therapy. To evaluate the impact of the CODE STEMI program on achieving optimal D2BT in STEMI patients. This quantitative comparative study employed an analytical design using the Chi-Square test.

Abstract

Menopause is the permanent cessation of menstruation due to the loss of ovarian follicular activity, which marks the end of a woman's reproductive function. During menopause, estrogen levels decrease, triggering oxidative stress, leading to cell death (apoptosis) and a decrease in endometrial thickness, which can lead to symptoms such as hot flushes, sleep disturbances, decreased sexual desire, and changes in the menstrual cycle. Menopause-related symptoms are considered natural and are often ignored because they are related to a woman's menstrual cycle. Menopause-related problems increase morbidity and mortality due to inadequate treatment, so interventions are needed to reduce morbidity by alleviating symptoms during menopause.

Abstract

Adolescence is a critical developmental period characterized by rapid physical and psychosocial changes that influence reproductive health behaviors. Limited knowledge about premarital and preconception health contributes to risky behaviors such as early marriage, unplanned pregnancy, and inadequate preparedness for future reproductive roles. Digital media provides an accessible platform for health education among adolescents. To evaluate the effectiveness of the “Intip Aja Kalau Gak Percaya” (Information and Tips for Teenagers to Prevent Premature Marriage and Pregnancy) application in improving adolescents’ knowledge regarding premarital and preconception health.
