Cognitive disorders will greatly interfere with activity in patients with a history of stroke. This will be exacerbated by chronic stress conditions. The design of this study is descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach with 75 post-stroke patients as outpatients at X Hospital. The instruments used in this study are standard instruments, DASS for stress questionnaires and MMSE for cognitive impairment. The results obtained are based on characteristic data, namely age over 46 years (98.7%), female gender (52%), high school graduate education (40%), not working (54.7%) and bivariate test results obtained p value 0.020. the conclusion of this study is that there is a close relationship between stress and cognitive impairment in post-stroke patients. The expectation of this research is to be an important illustration that stress theory and cognitive function can be a reference in the process of solving problems that occur in post-stroke patients

Body Mass Index (BMI) is on of most risk factors for ACL injury. Operative treatment and conservative treatment are the exact solution for handling ACL injuries. The aim of this study is to determine the difference of mean Body Mass Index (BMI) in patients with ACL injury post operative and conservative treatments. Type of this research was observational with post test only design and used a cross-sectional approach. Fifteen operative patients and fifteen conservative patients were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, divided into OT (Operative Treatment) and KT(Conservative Treatment) groups. Body weight and body height measurements were carried out to obtain Body Mass Index (BMI). The results obtained by means and p value are OT group 24,59 ± 5,00 Kg/m² > KT group 23,49 ± 2,60 Kg/m² (p= 0,256 > 0,05). The results can be concluded that there is no significant difference BMI between OT and KT group

This study was to analyze the pattern of colonization of ESBL-producing bacteria and ESBL gene patterns in broiler chicken meat. Random sampling was chosen for collecting broiler chicken meat. One hundred portions of broiler chicken meat were taken from the Traditional Market in East Surabaya. This study was an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional approach. Bacteria were growth in TSB media then screened for ESBL production on McConkey Agar with Cefotaxime 2ug/ml. Afterward, continue for phenotypic screening using Double Disk Synergy Test (DDST). Finally, the detection of ESBL gene by using PCR. ESBL-producing bacteria were found in 33 (33%) broiler chicken samples with thirty positive E. coli, and three positive samples of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Positive gene detection in SHV genes (1%), TEM genes (18%) and CTX-M genes (24%). ESBL producing bacteria have spread in broiler chicken meat (33%) sold in traditional markets, including Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa

This study is an analytical observational research with cross-sectional design. The subjects of this study were adult patients (14 years old and above) infected by dengue virus, that had fulfilled the inclusive criteria and the exclusive criteria. The data used in this study was secondary data from the medical record of the patients who suffered from dengue infection in RS Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kediri in January 2019. Then the data was analyzed by Spearman’s test to know the relation between neutrophil lymphocyte count ratio (NLCR) and dengue infection grade severity in adult patients. The result of Spearman’s test showed that p value = 0.000 (p < 0.05) and the result of contingency coefficient test was -0.733. There is a significant relation between NLCR and dengue infection severity index in adult patients. The lower the NLCR, the dengue infection grade will be more severe

The study population was all patients in the ICU. Samples were 170 patients in the ICU according to the inclusion criteria. Independent variables are room temperature, lighting level, and noise level. The dependent variable is the level of pain. The research instruments were CPOT, lux meter, and light meter. Data were collected using observation sheets and analyzed using regression. Result of research showed that the pain scale based on CPOT most respondents had Moderate pain as many as 43 respondents (50.6%), that the lighting environment (40.22 ± 41.1), noise (60.23 ± 8.5), and room temperature (26.76 ± 1.2) were not directly related to the patient's pain level. Environments factors in this study were not directly related to the pain level. there may be other factors that cause the patient's pain to determine the action, prognosis, and use of a mechanical ventilator

The variables in this study are knowledge and premarital sex attitudes. Measurement of knowledge and attitudes is done by distributing questionnaires filled in by each student. Respondents of this study were all students totaling 84 students. Analysis of the data in this study using univariate analysis to see the description of respondents and bivariate analysis to see the relationship between knowledge variables with premarital sex attitudes. The results showed that the majority of respondents had poor knowledge of 39.3%. The attitude variable shows that the majority of respondents have a bad attitude towards premarital sex which is equal to 56%. A bad attitude is someone's attitude that leads to premarital sex. Bivariate analysis in this study shows the value of p <α (α = 0.05; CI = 95%) which means that there is a relationship between knowledge with premarital sex attitudes in adolescents

This study used experimental research, with a Randomized Pre and Post Test Group Design. This study consisted of 3 groups: the Pump It Up group, the Zig Zag Run game group, and the Shuttle Run game control group with a sample of each group of 10. The Agility Illionis Test was chosen as the agility test instrument. The exercise was done three days a week for four weeks. Anova test results showed that there was a significant effect of Pump It Up and Zig Zag Run exercises on agility with indigo p <0.05, and LSD test showed there were differences in Pump It Up with Ziz Zag Run, there were differences in Pump It Up and Zig Zag Run with indigo p <0.05. The conclusion of this research was that Pump It Up and Zig Zag Run exercises increase agility

This study aims to determine the effect of educational games media snakes and ladders flashcards to improve reproductive knowledge in early adolescents. This study uses a Quasi Experiment Design research design with a Pre test approach- Post test control group design. The number of samples in this study were 38 respondents consisting of 19 interventions and 19 controls. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data collection tool uses a knowledge questionnaire of 15 questions. Data analysis uses the Wilcoxon Test statistic. The results of the study for the intervention group obtained values (p = 0,000) or p <0.05 and for the control group obtained values (p = 0.001) or p <0.05. So, the effect of snake ladder educational game media and flashcard between the intervention group and the control group were equally influential, however, the intervention group had a more significant influence compared to the control group

Subjects were parents who had pre-school children with 49 respondents in the Setia Bakti Kediri Kindergarten. Retrieval of data from 29 - 31 May 2019. Randomization technique with purposive sampling. The variable of this study is parental knowledge. Measurement of knowledge with a questionnaire. Health education is carried out for 60 minutes using lecture methods, audio media, visual aids, and booklets. Research analysis technique with the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test statistic test. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of health education about stunting on the knowledge of parents of pre-school children in Setia Bakti Kediri Kindergarten. Health education about stunting increases parental knowledge

This study aims to analyze the correlation between the levels of betatrophin and fasting blood glucose (FBG) in obese females. This study used a cross sectional study method of 26 obese female aged 18-23 years old, body mass index (BMI) 25-35 kg/m2 and body fat percentage (PBF) above 30%. Betatrophin levels were measured by ELISA method, while FBG measurements used ACCU-CHEK® Performance. The data analysis techniques used the Pearson Correlation test with the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The results obtained the average of betatrophin level (165.707 ± 96.124) pg / mL and the average of FBG (90.576 ± 7.094) g / dL (p = 0.021). Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is a correlation between levels of betatrophin and FBG in obese adolescent girls with a negative correlation direction
