Breastfeeding is a valuable process and is a natural way of giving food to children. Many benefits we can get from giving. Babies get immune immunity from breast milk, therefore a good production of breast milk will make the financial process more successful. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between testing techniques with ASI production. The method used in this research is correlational analytic with cross sectional research. The population is all mothers breastfeeding babies aged 0−2 days at the Same Hospital in East Timor B. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The independent variable is smoking technique and the dependent variable is the production of breast milk. The research instrument used questionnaires and observation sheets. Analysis of research results using the chi square test. The results showed, of the 23 respondents, 65.2% with correct breastfeeding techniques as many as 15 respondents, and 65.2% with a smooth production of Breast Milk as many as 15 respondents. The results also showed that the Exact Fisher's value obtained after the chi square test was 0.006 <0.05, which means there is a relationship between breastfeeding techniques and breast milk production at the Same Hospital area of Timor Leste in 2020. The solution that needs to be done is to help with information through counseling by health workers about techniques that represent an important thing to avoid the lack of breast milk production. It is hoped that we as health workers will always provide counseling in the future through classes of pregnant women.

Abstract

Quality is a dynamic condition that affects service products, people, processes and the environment that meet or exceed expectations. So that the definition of service quality can be interpreted as an effort to fulfill the needs and desires of consumers and the accuracy of their delivery in balancing consumer expectations (Tjiptono, 2015 in Dr. Oscarius Y.A. Wijaya, M.H., M.M., 2020). Based on the results of an initial study conducted by researchers using a questionnaire in February 2020 at the Alita Medika Clinic Balongbendo Sidoarjo on 10 husbands of maternity patients using the BPJS program, it shows that there are still many patient husbands who are dissatisfied. The research design in this study was correlational with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all husbands of childbirth patients who came using the BPJS program to deliver their wives at the Alita Medika Clinic Balongbendo Sidoarjo in 2020. Samples were taken using a total Accidental technique, totaling 23 respondents. The independent variable in this study was Quality with an Ordinal scale. , and the dependent variable is Satisfaction with Ordinal scale. The research was conducted in May - June 2020 at the Alita Medika Clinic Balongbendo Sidoarjo in 2020. How to collect data using questionnaire interviews and MCH books which were processed by editing, coding, scoring, tabulating, data entry and cleaning. Data were analyzed using the Spearman rank test. From the results of the Spearman Rank test above, it shows a significance value of 0.006 which means that there is a relationship between x and y because <0.05, the correlation coefficient above is positive, namely 0.551, so it can be said that the relationship between the two variables is unidirectional. Thus it can be interpreted that the higher the quality of BPJS services, the greater the satisfaction of the husband and mother giving birth. The conclusion is that the relationship between the quality of BPJS services and the satisfaction of husbands and mothers in giving birth is quite strong. According to Budiastuti's opinion (2002 in Nirmala Arum, 2020) suggests that patients in evaluating satisfaction with the services received refer to several factors, one of which is the quality of service factor. In general, it is stated that what is meant by quality health services is health services that can satisfy every user of health services in accordance with the average level of satisfaction of the population, and whose implementation is in accordance with the established code of ethics and professional service standards.

Abstract

One of the causes of and higher nutritional status of children under five is the frequent consumption of fast food. The habit of giving ready-to-eat food is probably due to the mother's ignorance of the dangers of ready-to-eat food and its implications for the nutritional status of pre-school children and lifestyle factors. The purpose of this study was to analyze ready-to-eat food with nutritional status in school-age children in Al-Hidayah kids park, Tarik Village, Tarik Sidoarjo District 2020. The method used is correlational analytic with cross sectional approach. The population is all mothers of pre-school age children in RA Al-Hidayah, Tarik Village, Tarik District, Sidoarjo Regency with a sample size of 47 respondents. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The results showed the Spearman Rank value is 0,000 which means there is a relationship between x and y because <0.05 Figures are free from positive values of -0.503, so it can be said the relationship between the two variables is not unidirectional. Thus it can be interpreted that the more often prepared fast food the more nutritional status. From the output above -0,503 it can be rejected that the relationship between the provision of ready-to-eat food and nutritional status is sufficient. The solution needed is information assistance delivered by health workers about ready-to-eat food and its implications for the nutritional status of pre-school children.

The inklational criteria of the journal have the same variable as research, the journal used is the journal's 30-200 Indonesian respondents. Based on the journals received results that from the six journals it is evident there is a link between work status and a nutrient pattern in exclusive breast-feeding. This is confirmed by prior research. Thus, mother's work and nutritional patterns influence exclusive breast-feeding.
