JIEP: Jurnal Ilmu Ekonomi dan Pembangunan adalah jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Jurusan Ilmu Ekonomi dan Studi Pembangunan, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Lambung Mangkurat, yang terbit dua kali setahun pada bulan Mei dan November. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menjadi wadah publikasi karya ilmiah hasil penelitian, kajian analitis, dan pemikiran kritis di bidang ilmu ekonomi dan studi pembangunan. Fokus jurnal mencakup berbagai topik seperti ekonomi pertanian, ekonomi terapan, bisnis dan keuangan, pembangunan ekonomi, sejarah ekonomi, ekonomi lingkungan, ekonomi fiskal, ekonomi kesehatan, industri dan perdagangan, inflasi, ekonomi internasional, ekonomi Islam, ekonomi tenaga kerja, makro dan mikroekonomi, kebijakan moneter dan fiskal, ekonomi politik, kebijakan publik, pembangunan wilayah dan pedesaan, ekonomi perkotaan dan regional, pengangguran, serta ekonomi kesejahteraan. JIEP: Jurnal Ilmu Ekonomi dan Pembangunan is a scientific journal published by the Department of Economics and Development Studies, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Lambung Mangkurat, issued biannually in May and November. This journal aims to serve as a platform for publishing scientific works, research findings, analytical studies, and critical perspectives in the field of economics and development studies. The journal focuses on a wide range of topics including agricultural economics, applied economics, business and finance, economic development, economic history, environmental and ecological economics, fiscal economics, health economics, industry and trade, inflation, international economics, Islamic economics, labor economics, macroeconomics and microeconomics, monetary and fiscal policies, political economics, public policy, regional and rural development, urban and regional economies, unemployment, and welfare economics.

<![CDATA[This research unducted to (1) analyze the influence of interest rate, consumer priceindex, a gross domestic product of real estate in Indonesia, (2) to know the mostdominant factor influencing property price in Indonesia in 2010-2016. The Scope ofthis research is Indonesia as the research area. The data sources of this research comefrom secondary data that will processing using multiple regression analysis by F-test(simultaneously) and T-tes (Partially). The research’s result proves that simultaneouslygross domestic bruto of real estate is influencing property prices. <![CDATA[This study aims to find out how the potential of regional levies in the city ofBanjarmasin through the rate of growth and contribution by using a potential matrix,how is the contribution of acceptance of regional retribution to increase of originalregional income in Banjarmasin City, and how effectiveness level of attainment oflocal retribution levies in Banjarmasin City during 2012-2016. The results of the study using the potential matrix to see the potential ofregional levies through growth rates and these contributions show the average yieldof positive growth rate and its contribution is not possible, these results indicate thatthe potential of regional levies in Banjarmasin City during 2012-2016 fall into thedeveloping category. While the level of effectiveness of local retribution into thecategory very effective because the average value of efficacy of regional levies duringthe last five years is above 100%.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is the 13 districts/cities of the province of SouthKalimantan consisting of 11 districts ( Kotabaru, Banjar, Tanah Laut, Barito Kuala,Tapin, Hulu Sungai Selatan, Hulu Sungai Utara, Hulu Sungai Tengah, Balangan,Tabalong, Tanah Bumbu) and two cities (Banjarbaru, Banjarmasin). This study usesthe panel’s return data analysis ti the Fixed Effect Model. The results of this studyshow that the index of human development, village funds, and infrastructure at thesame time has a significant impact on economic growth. This study also indicates thatthe social development index is the dominant factor affecting economic growth indistricts/cities in South Kalimantan in 2012-2016.]]>

<![CDATA[Each rubber farmer has different results. Several factors influence thedifference. In the production process, the output is strongly influenced by these inputs,in which the context between the production and information is described in theproduction function. The purpose of this research is to see the effect of land area,labor, and fertilizer on rubber production. The research uses primary and secondary data, which is quantitativeresearch. Sampling amounted to 64 farmers. Data collection techniques using aquestionnaire, in-depth interviews, and observation. Analysis technique using theCobb-Douglas function that has been transformed into a natural logarithm that isusing multiple regression. And the result of this study is the land area(X1), labor(X2), and fertilizer(X3).Simultaneously affect the production of rubber(Y). But partially only the size of landinvolving the production of rubber. In this study, the significant and most dominantproduction factors affect the rubber production in Sungai Bokor, Mataraman, BanjarIs Land Area.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to (1) analyze the effect of capital, labor, and raw materialon the wooden furniture industry; (2) to determine which factors dominantly, in fact,the income of the wooden furniture industry. The scope of this study took the case study area in Kelurahan Alalak Tengah,Kecamatan Banjarmasin Utara, Kota Banjarmasin. The data sources are primarydata obtained through interviews and questionnaires to be processed using multipleregression analyses, tested through f best (simultaneously), and t-test (partially). The resultsnofmthisbstudynindicate that the capital, labor, and raw materialsindividually (partially) and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect onthe income of the wood furniture industry. The most dominant factor affecting theincome of the wooden furniture industry is raw material.]]>

<![CDATA[The purposes of this research are (1) To understand the effect of production, landarea, and human resources to the development of the agriculture sub-sector in TanahBumbu District; (2) Which sub-sector is the most important to the development of theagriculture sub-sector in Tanah Bumbu District. The object of this research is three sub-sectors in Tanah Bumbu District(agriculture, forestry, and fishery). The method of this research is a regression analysis of panel data with the Common Effect model. The result of this research that production, land area, and human resourcesboth individually (partial) and together have a positive effect and significant to the development of the agriculture sub-sector in Tanah Bumbu District. The forestry sub- sector gives the most positive contribution to the development of the agriculture sub-sector in Tanah Bumbu District.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the factors that affect the economic growth of the processingindustry sector in Banjarmasin. Independent variables in this research are the Numberof Business Unit of Processing Industry, Processing Industry Investment, andProcessing Industry Worker; dependency is the economic growth of the processingindustry sector in Banjarmasin City. The data analyzed in this study is time-series data obtained from the CentralBureau of Statistics Banjarmasin. The data analysis technique used is regressionanalysis by using a semi-log. Before the research, the first classic assumption test todetect multikolineritas, heteroskedasticity and autocorrelation. Research shows that only the variable of the business unit partially influencesto the economic growth of the processing industry sector in Banjarmasin City. Togetherwith the variables of the business unit, investment and labor influence the economicdevelopment of the processing industry sector in Banjarmasin City.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of government spending on education,health, and social protection simultaneously and partially to the HDI in Banjarmasinfrom 2006 to 2016. The results of the research using the analysis showed that the results of R-square of0.952 could be interpreted that government expenditures in education, health, and socialprotection affect the HDI in the city of Banjarmasin from 2006 to 2016. While partiallyonly in education relevant to IPM city Banjarmasin and health, social protection is notpartly applicable to HDI in Banjarmasin city.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to know the impact of the development of Takisungbeach tourism object to the income of traders and local communities in Tanah LautDistrict. The method of data collection starts from observation, interviews with therespondents, and the Department of Tourism, and documentation. The further researchresult is analyzed by quantitative descriptive method and data processing techniques withfrequency distribution. The result of the research shows that the impact of the development of Takisungbeach tourism object initially impacts on the income of traders and local communities,adding new jobs, but since the last two years, the development of Takisung beach tourismobject has less impact on income, the income of traders and local communitiesdecreased, and it is caused by the number of new tourism objects, especially beaches inTanah Laut District. Therefore it is causing visitors to switch to other tourism objects.Thus the income of traders and local communities who participate in the use of the beachalso declined.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is conducted (1) To know how the effect of per capita income onpublic consumption in Banjarmasin ; (2) To know how CPI to public consumption InBanjarmasin. This researchh was conducted to measure the variables that influence theconsumption pattern of society by using macro economic concept. Economic variablesthat investigated are income Per Capita and CPI from 2000-2016 by using multiplelinear regression analysis. Based on hypothesis testing it can be seen that the influence of income of CPIconsumption in the city of Banjarmasin positively and significantly influence publicconsumption expenditure.]]>
