This research aimed to analyze the effect of local taxes, levies, balance funds, and SiLPA on capital expenditures. The population used in this study were districts/cities in South Kalimantan, this study used quantitative research methods, and this data analysis technique used panel data with multiple linear regression and secondary data for nine years (2011-2019). Capital expenditures have an important role in improving public services, such as increasing the value of assets and obtaining assets, and improving public facilities with regional expenditures, which are effective in increasing the regional economy, such as increasing the useful life or adding value to road and bridge, irrigation and network assets. In the results of this study, the results of the linear regression analysis conducted show that the variables of Local Taxes and levies on districts and cities in South Kalimantan are not significant to capital expenditure and have a positive value, which means that the variables of Regional Taxes and Regional Levies have a significant relationship direction of Capital Expenditures but has no effect on Capital Expenditures. Balanced Funds in districts and cities in South Kalimantan have a positive value and significant effect on capital expenditure. Silpa in districts and cities in South Kalimantan has a significant positive effect on capital expenditure, which means that the Balanced Fund and SiLPA variables have a unidirectional relationship, meaning that it decreases. -the increase in the Balancing Fund and SiLPA variables in districts and cities in South Kalimantan affects capital expenditure

Indonesia is the fifth largest coffee exporter in the world. However, the improvement of Indonesias coffee export volume experiences fluctuation every year and even tends to decrease. This occurs due to some factors that affect it. The objective of this study is to analyze what factors affect the coffee export volume from the demand side and the most dominant factor which affects the export volume of Indonesias coffee from the demand side. This study uses a linear regression data panel method with five destination countries. The data which are used are secondary data between 2003-2019. This study shows domestic coffee consumption and gross domestic product per capita affect positively and significantly. At the same time, the real exchange rate affects negatively and is significant to Indonesias coffee volume export. This study aims to determine the independent variables or sectors of agriculture, mining, industry, trade, and economic growth that significantly influence the open and underemployed unemployed rates. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis tools with cross-sectional data using both logs and no logs in determining the influence of agriculture, mining, industry, trade, and economic growth variables using secondary data in 2017. The regression results on TPT without logs show that only the Mining and Growth variables are insignificant. In contrast, the Agriculture, Industry, and Trade variables are significant, others are significant at 1% alpha, and the mining variable is significant at alpha 10%. And the semi-unemployed regression results without logs, only the Mining and Growth variables are insignificant. In contrast, the others are significant at 1% negligence, and the regression results using logs show that only the Mining and Growth variables are insignificant. In comparison, the Trade variable is significant at 10% alpha. Every increase in the distribution of the Agricultural Sector in GRDP by 1% will cause a decrease in TPT by 0.043% and an increase in SM by 0.218%. Every increase in the distribution of the Industrial Sector GRDP by 1% will cause an increase in TPT by 0.039% and a decrease in SM by 0.681%. Every increase in the distribution of the Trading Sector in GRDP by 1% will cause an increase in TPT by 0.078% and a decrease in SM by 0.071%. Economic growth and the mining sector have very little value, so it cannot explain the impact of this sector on TPT and SM.
