JIEP: Jurnal Ilmu Ekonomi dan Pembangunan adalah jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Jurusan Ilmu Ekonomi dan Studi Pembangunan, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Lambung Mangkurat, yang terbit dua kali setahun pada bulan Mei dan November. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menjadi wadah publikasi karya ilmiah hasil penelitian, kajian analitis, dan pemikiran kritis di bidang ilmu ekonomi dan studi pembangunan. Fokus jurnal mencakup berbagai topik seperti ekonomi pertanian, ekonomi terapan, bisnis dan keuangan, pembangunan ekonomi, sejarah ekonomi, ekonomi lingkungan, ekonomi fiskal, ekonomi kesehatan, industri dan perdagangan, inflasi, ekonomi internasional, ekonomi Islam, ekonomi tenaga kerja, makro dan mikroekonomi, kebijakan moneter dan fiskal, ekonomi politik, kebijakan publik, pembangunan wilayah dan pedesaan, ekonomi perkotaan dan regional, pengangguran, serta ekonomi kesejahteraan. JIEP: Jurnal Ilmu Ekonomi dan Pembangunan is a scientific journal published by the Department of Economics and Development Studies, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Lambung Mangkurat, issued biannually in May and November. This journal aims to serve as a platform for publishing scientific works, research findings, analytical studies, and critical perspectives in the field of economics and development studies. The journal focuses on a wide range of topics including agricultural economics, applied economics, business and finance, economic development, economic history, environmental and ecological economics, fiscal economics, health economics, industry and trade, inflation, international economics, Islamic economics, labor economics, macroeconomics and microeconomics, monetary and fiscal policies, political economics, public policy, regional and rural development, urban and regional economies, unemployment, and welfare economics.

<![CDATA[This research aims to identify potential sectors based on linkage analysis, dispersion effect analysis, multiplier analysis and comparison of potential sectors in Tanah Bumbu Regency economy. It is quantitative research using Input-Output analysis with support IOW. Data used is from Badan Pusat Statistik of South Kalimantan Province and Badan Pusat Statistik of Tanah Bumbu Regency. Forward linkage electricity, gases and fresh water sector, backward linkage construction shifted to manufacturing idustry sector. Disparsion effect electricity, gases and fresh water sector. Multiplier manufacturing industri sector. The results showed that 2010 and 2016 saw shifts in potential sectors Tanah Bumbu Regency economy.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine (1) the direct effect of economic growth and investment on TPAK partially (2) the direct effect of economic growth, investment and TPAK on community welfare partially (3) the indirect effect of economic growth and investment on community welfare through TPAK as a whole. partial (4) the effect of economic growth and investment on TPAK simultaneously (5) the effect of economic growth and investment on people's welfare through TPAK simultaneously. This study uses time series data for 2010-2021 through a quantitative approach using the path analysis method. This study shows that economic growth has no significant effect on TPAK, while investment has a significant effect on TPAK. Economic growth, investment and TPAK have no significant effect on people's welfare. On the other hand, economic growth has a more indirect effect on people's welfare through TPAK, while investment has a more direct effect on people's welfare.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of bank interest rates, fuel subsidies and world oil prices on inflation in Indonesia for the 2006-2021 period. The scope of this study focuses on the variables to be studied, namely bank interest rates, fuel subsidies, world oil prices and inflation. in Indonesia with a research period of 2006-2021. Annual data in the form of quantitative data is used in this study. The research method used is Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The Eviews program serves as the software used in this study. The results of this research analysis show that bank interest rates and world oil prices have a positive and significant effect on inflation, and fuel subsidies have a negative and insignificant effect on inflation.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the contribution and the impact of restaurant, hotel, entertainment, and parking taxes on Banjarmasin's local tax revenue and income, using quantitative descriptive methods and double linear regression analysis. According to the study's findings, the local tax contribution from restaurants falls into the middle range, that from hotels falls into the lower range, and that from entertainment and parking taxes. Restaurant taxes make up a smaller portion of local government revenue than hotels, entertainment taxes, and parking fees. While restaurant, entertainment, and parking taxes partially have no major influence, hotel taxes have a significant impact. 81% of the local government revenue in the Banjarmasin city area is influenced by the combined effects of the restaurant tax, hotel tax, entertainment tax, and parking tax. The remaining 19% is influenced by other factors.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted focusing on the influence of economic growth variables, the average length of schooling, and the open unemployment rate to determine the level of poverty in South Kalimantan. Using secondary data quantitave research with the number of periods 2009-2021 using the multiple liniear regression method. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the variable economic growth has a positive but not significant effect on the level of poverty. RLS has a significant negative effect on the level of poverty. But for TPT it has a significant effect on the level of poverty.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the characteristics of tourists and the tendency of spending on Gendambaan Kotabaru beach tourists. This research is quantitative by using primary data obtained through direct interviews with tourists visiting Gedambaan Kotabaru Beach. This study used purposive sampling techniques. The results showed that the characteristics of tourists visiting Gedambaan Beach mostly come from outside Kotabaru. The average expenditure of tourists from outside the region is much more than tourists from the Kotabaru area. Kotabaru's local tourist expenditure amounted to 155,023 with a proportion of 17225. Meanwhile, tourist expenditure outside Kotabaru amounted to 287,950 with a proportion of 14398.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims determine internal factors strengths and weaknesses in development of New Batakan Beach tourist attractions, external factors opportunities and threats in development of New Batakan Beach tourist attractions, the right development strategy for New Batakan Beach tourist attractions. Respondents amounted to 74 tourist and respondents who were considered experts amounted to 6 respondents. Using SWOT Analysis. The results showed the right development strategy for New Batakan Beach tourist attraction is S-O strategy, which means using strength to take advantage opportunities so that the development program can on target, namely: Improving and maintaining the beauty of natural scenery and fresh air makes tourists comfortable and strategic tourist locations so that they are easily accessible to tourists. Increased government support in development of tourist attractions such as the construction of camping places around the outskirts New Batakan Beach tourist attraction.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the influence of the aplication effect of labor, capital and land area on the production of rice farming in Batarang Village, Kusan Tengah Subdistrict. The method in this research used a quantitative method and interviews with total 58 respondent of farmers in Batarang Village, Kusan Tengah District. Processing data using multiple linear regression analysis with Eviews. The results showed that the labor variable (X1) has a positive and insignificant effect, the capital variable (X2) has a positive and not significant effect, the land area variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on the production of farmers in Batarang Village, Kusan Tengah Subistrict.]]>

<![CDATA[This study was conducted to (1) analyze the effect of Unemlployment, Caapital Expeenditure and Social Assistance Expenditure simultaneously on Poverty in Banjarbaru City in 2010-2020; (2) analyze the effect of unemployment, capital expenditure and partial in Banjarbaru City in 2010-2020. Descriptive quantitative and using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with time series and using Eviews 10 software is a type of this research. This study provides results that show that independently, namely Unemployment, Capital Expenditure and Social Assistance Expenditure have a significant effect on Poverty in Banjarbaru City 2010-2020. <![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of Labor Force Participation Rate (LFPR) and Human Development Index (HDI) on Economic Growth in 13 Districts/Cities of South Kalimantan. Data obtained from the secondary data which are cross section of 13 Districts/Cities and time series of 2007-2019. The method use panel data regression analysis with Fixed Effect Model via EViews 13 software program. Based on result of analysis, simultaneously Labor Force Participation Rate and Human Development Index are significant on Economic Growth in 13 Districts/Cities of South Kalimantan. Partially LFPR is significant and positive while HDI is significant and negative.]]>
