Journal of Takhrij Al-Hadith is a peer-reviewed journal dedicated to the development of studies and research on Takhrij Al-Hadith, an essential discipline in Islamic studies that deals with the tracing and authentication of hadiths. This journal is published twice a year, in January and July, by the Faculty of Ushuluddin, UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, Indonesia. The journal serves as an academic platform for scholars, researchers, and practitioners to explore, examine, and share findings and new ideas for a deeper understanding of Takhrij Al-Hadith. It encourages interdisciplinary research, critical assessments of Takhrij Al-Hadith, and aims to promote innovative studies. The journal welcomes research papers with prominent methodological approaches related to Takhrij Al-Hadith studies. The review process in this journal employs a double-blind peer-review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the behavior of ihtikar towards rising prices and scarcity of oil staples. This research uses a qualitative approach, by applying descriptive-analysis methods. The formal object of this research is the science of hadith, while the material object is the hadith about the behavior of ihtikar (hoarding) in the narration of Abu Dawud No. 2990. The results and discussion of this study show that the status of hadith about ihtikar quality shahih, which meets the qualifications of maqbul ma'mul bih for Islamic practice and can be used as signposts (introspection) in avoiding behavior that does not reflect Islamic morals, namely carrying out buying and selling activities that lead to tyranny which results in harming many people and the perpetrators are reproached by Shara'.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the hadith about Badal Hajj. This study uses a qualitative approach by applying a descriptive-analytical method. The formal object of this research is the science of hadith, while the material object is the hadith about haji in the history of Bukhari No. 1417. The results and discussion of this study indicate that the quality of hadith status is authentic in Sanad, but dhaif in terms of Matan. This study concludes that the hadith narrated by Bukhari no 1417 cannot be used as evidence, because it contradicts the verses of the Qur'an, Hadith, the words of the companions of Ibn Abbas and Ibn Umar, as well as the words of the Tafsir Experts.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to discuss the impact of overeating on obesity from a central health perspective. This research uses a qualitative approach by applying descriptive-analytical methods. The formal object of this research is the science of hadith, while the material object is the narrated hadith of Ibn Majah No. 3340. The results and discussion of this research show that the status of hadith quality hasan li ghairihi who meets the qualifications in the practice of a hadith. This study concluded that the hadith narrated by Ibn Majah No. 3340 is relevant to be used as a reference in maintaining the body to be healthier.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the hadith about the concept of mutual love between others. This research uses a qualitative approach by applying descriptive-analytical methods. The formal object of this research is the science of hadith, while the material object is the concept of mutual love between others in the narration of Bukhari No. 6828. The results and discussion of this research show that the status of hadith quality hasan li ghairihi with the qualifications of maqbul ma'mul bih for the practice of Islam in grounding affection between others. This study concludes that the hadith narrated by Imam Bukhari No. 6828 is relevant to be used as inspiration in doing good to others so that what is created is only kindness, which comes from love and compassion.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the hadith about friendship in the momentum of Eid al-Fitr as an effort to build harmony. This research uses qualitative types through literature studies. The formal object of this research is the science of hadith, while the material object is the hadith about friendship in the narration of Saheeh Bukhari No. 5332. The results and discussion of this study show that the status of hadith of shahih quality meets the qualifications of maqbul ma'mul bih for the practice of Islam. This study concludes that the hadith narrated by Imam Bukhari No.5332 is relevant to be used as inspiration in reconnecting relationships that had been severed to be re-established, even not only limited to visiting each other or and limited to repaying each other's kindness but also building harmony and warmth with each other.
