Journal of Takhrij Al-Hadith is a peer-reviewed journal dedicated to the development of studies and research on Takhrij Al-Hadith, an essential discipline in Islamic studies that deals with the tracing and authentication of hadiths. This journal is published twice a year, in January and July, by the Faculty of Ushuluddin, UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, Indonesia. The journal serves as an academic platform for scholars, researchers, and practitioners to explore, examine, and share findings and new ideas for a deeper understanding of Takhrij Al-Hadith. It encourages interdisciplinary research, critical assessments of Takhrij Al-Hadith, and aims to promote innovative studies. The journal welcomes research papers with prominent methodological approaches related to Takhrij Al-Hadith studies. The review process in this journal employs a double-blind peer-review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the hadith about the virtue of jihad. This research uses a qualitative approach by applying the descriptive-analytical method. The formal object of this research is the science of hadith, while the material object is the hadith about jihad in the Hadith narrated by Bukhari No. 2578. The results and discussion of this study indicate that the status of the hadith is shahih li dzatihi which meets the qualifications of maqbul for the practice of Islam. This study concludes that the Hadith narrated by Bukhari No. 2578 is relevant to be used as motivation, reminder, and guidance in implementing the meaning of jihad in social life.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss Abu Daud's Hadith No. 4290 regarding mutual compassion for humans (Hablumminannas) and all living things. It needs to be owned by everyone for the sake of a good life. This research applies a qualitative method through literature study with Takhrij and hadith commentary. The results of this study show that the quality of the hadith is considered sahih because it fulfills the conditions of a hadith that can be said to be sahih. From the commentary of the Hadith, it is known that this Hadith emphasizes to love each other among human beings (Hablumminannas), both in the form of loving, giving, respecting, appreciating and even forgiving mistakes. This study concludes that Islam has explained clearly through the verses of the Qur'an, one of which is reinforced by this hadith, and the example that has been set by the Prophet is an obligation as a human being that must be carried out. This study recommends further research on the hadith review of the attitude of loving and respecting others who are different in belief, race, and ethnicity so that it can be implemented in everyday life.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the hadith about entrepreneurial empowerment. This research uses a qualitative approach by applying the descriptive-analytical method. The formal object of this research is the science of hadith, while the material method is about entrepreneurial empowerment in Abu Daud's narration No. 1471. The results and discussion of this study indicate that the status of the hadith is of sahih quality that meets the qualifications of maqbul. This study concludes that the Hadith narrated by Abu Daud No.1471 is relevant to be used as motivation, creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial empowerment.

The formal object of this research is the science of hadith, while the material object is the hadith about emotional management in Muslim's narration No. 4724. The results and discussion of this study indicate that the status of the hadith is of sahih quality that meets the qualifications of maqbul for the practice of Islam. This study concludes that the Hadith narrated by Muslim No. 4724 is relevant to be used as a reference in controlling emotions.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the hadith about bid'ah. This study uses a qualitative approach by applying the decriftive-analytical method. The results and discussion of this study show that the status of the hadith is sahih which meets the qualifications of maqbul for the practice of Islam. This study concludes that the Hadith narrated by Muslim No. 3242 is relevant as a reference to be careful in doing something.
