Data grouping can be used in the marketing strategy of a product. The process of grouping data that previously behaved differently into groups that now behave more uniformly. As with the grouping of creditworthiness assessment data, this data grouping is needed to obtain the dominant values that will characterize each group or segment. The clustering method is quite widely used to overcome problems related to data segmentation. Clustering is a grouping method based on a measure of proximity, the more accurately the clusters are formed, the clearer the similarity of customer behavior patterns will be. Thus, companies can determine marketing strategies more precisely, based on customer behavior patterns. One of the clustering methods that can be used to group data is Fuzzy C-Means (FCM), which is a method of grouping data determined by the degree of membership. Optimization by presenting a Genetic Algorithm to obtain test data cluster results regarding the grouping of credit data. The purpose of this study is to examine the application of the Genetic Algorithm in fuzzy clustering, especially Fuzzy C-Means, and to examine the extent to which the Genetic Algorithm can improve the performance of Fuzzy C-Means in optimizing cluster centers to obtain grouping of customer data which will later be used for assessing creditworthiness.

Cooperatives is an institution economic have function in the process of the increase in community welfare, Travel cooperatives not easy to reach position like now. The existence of movement cooperatives as an institution economic expected to act as propulsion engine national economic activity as well as soko teachers the country economy. Bhakti BPJS Kesehatan Service Cooperative is a cooperative engaged in services, forms of cooperative services to the community one is to lend funds (credit) to help resolve the financial problems in the community. In granting the credit cooperatives need to do proper research and calculations to prospective customers who will take credit cooperatives, to avoid mistakes in decision making required data processing is fast, precise and accurate. With the Application Profile Matching Method For Determining Eligibility Lending In BPJS Kesehatan Service Cooperative Bhakti is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in this company, because with this method the decision taken by the cooperative members have been more thorough and detailed than the previous.

Police with regard to its function as a protector of society is expected able to take action in responding to traffic violations by conducting raid operations in uncovering violations that can be committed using analysis technique of habits how often traffic violations are committed. Detection Traffic violations that often occur simultaneously are called Association Rules.

Through the State Civil Apparatus Law, the Government is making efforts to reduce nepotism by creating an open competition system among civil servants in the process of filling positions. The Tarakan Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) already has an employee database and a decision support system that can combine the available databases with assessment models to obtain candidate profiles that match the vacant position profiles needed to support more objective performance. The application of the profile matching method in this decision-making system is expected to assist in the process of recommending candidates for structural officials within the Tarakan City Government according to the capabilities of the fields required in a position. From the results of the study it was concluded that changes in candidate profile values, and the number of sub-criteria used for position criteria, can affect the closeness of candidates to available positions and the use of the profile matching method for cases where the highest score is the best value requires that the ideal value used is the highest score. maximum so that there are no expectations that exceed the ideal value. Keywords— Decision Making, System Profile Matching, City of Tarakan

In this era of globalization, human life is always followed by various problems that must be taken with a decision. There is no day without a decision being made. There is an opinion that all his behavior is a reflection of the results of the decision-making process through his mind so that humans often make decisions. Through the process of identifying the problem until the selection is the best solution and this is what is called the decision-making process. The method used in this journal is propositional calculus. This method has the concept of determining a statement in which there are premises from which then through a truth table, one's statement can be drawn a conclusion. and after understanding what propositional Calculus is we can apply that material by creating a VB.NET-based app project with the aim of facilitating the work of lecturers or other instructors.
